I just flashed kernel with hybrid app2sd, so i have so many space to apps would you recomend me something useful? I do not use phone to play games, looking for something practical.

alarmdroid - great replacement! best alarm app i found
androzip - usefull to extract *.zips
go keyboard - great keyboard
go sms - functional sms client
go chat - FB chat client
mangawhat - app to read manga
meteoservis - great weather app
note everything - notes, voice notes, ....
open sudoku - oh, there is game in my phone
Dual File Manager XT - User-friendly for moving files around to clean SD Card.
imo.im - Sign in GMail, Yahoo!, MSN etc. accounts with 1 app.
Msn mercury - only for msn, but it is the best app for msn i found, many customisations, history record etc
FontChanger - well yeah, the name says all
Navigon Europe - navigation
Unified remote - via wifi, control mouse, scroll zoom on pc browser etc, but you dont see pc screen on phone, like on remote
Wifi file transfer - you got that, upload/download on sdcard, or system
UAG - protect individual apps with pin, pattern, FC etc
Motion and sound alarm

Catch is a very useful note app. You can #tag notes (this makes it really easy to find specific notes), put them in certain folders which they've named 'streams', you can do voice notes, picture notes and reminder notes. Best of all, it's backed up onto cloud storage so you can back it up using your Google account.

The best apps are the apps that serve me most.
ES File Explorer - file manager
PowerAMP - excellent mp3 player. The only Android app I paid for in my life.
Advanced Task Killer - terminate apps you dont want

This is true.
The apps that work best for me may be different for you and vice versa, so it depends highly on what you'd like to do with your phone. That said, here are a few I'd recommend:
Google voice - visual voicemail, free additional phone number, free texting
Lookout security - antivirus for your phone, as well as a GPS locator to help find your phone if you lose it
Flixster - Movie times/theaters/reviews
Dolphin Browser HD - replacement for stock internet Browser

Hiya everyone. This type of thread isn't new to XDA as it's on almost every device fora, but I decided to bring it over here aswell.
I'm going to share the most useful applications to have on a HTC OneX+ and would like you to share your must have apps. If an app gets mentioned by numerous people, that isn't on this list, I'll be sure to add it.
Power Toggles - This is simply the best toggle app around. Able to toggle lots of main features.
Picsay Pro - This is a brilliant photo editor, but limited compared to some others. My personal favourite.
Rotation Locker - WYSIWYG. It locks your screen to either Portrait or Landscape. Really useful on some apps.
XDA App ICS Blue Colours/Themed - Our favourite forum app but with a complete red or blue colour theme thanks to our own Whiskey103

CPU Sleeper Quad Core - Since we have Quad Core CPUs, we have a CPU 0 and a CPU1/2/3, core 0,1,2,3 while the screen is off we really only need to have 1 core active "CPU0", this App will make sure CPU 1/2/3 shuts off while the screen is off, then resumes normal usage when the screen comes back on.(You need to pay for this app)
I thought cpu sleeper is not needed for htc one x+ cause the tegra 3 already done that automaticly

My favorite messaging app is "hike".

I use it instead of WhatsApp, because I feel it secures my data more than WhatsApp.
It isn't very popular atm, but I think it's an real alternative to WhatsApp.

Not everyone can afford to (or is willing to) work for free.
What are your favorite apps in your mobile? Which app do you think is most important for you where you'd say I don't want a phone if i cant install this app.. mine is Whatsapp

Desktop to Phone Data Transfer (install on phone and chrome as an extension; allows you to copy and paste things back and forth between devices). Has ads so use adaway or whatever.
App Dialer (T9 Search, I put the widget on my home screen, I haven't accessed my app drawer since, I rarely buy apps, but I ended up buying pro because I loved it so much). Go in settings to switch from QWERTY to T9. Even if you don't remember the app's name and remember a part of it, it'll give it to you as a result. For example typing in Games will give you the "Play Games" app as a result too)
Waze (better than Maps since it lets me know if cops are around, finds quicker routes by taking small roads that Maps overlooks)
Buttons Remapper (I like hardware buttons and I like changing what they do rather than default, changes actions based on short press, long press, double tap)
Web Video Caster (chromecast any video from any site)
Friendly (Facebook + Messenger in one app, and it is really small in size with ad block features, and fewer privacy concerns)

The best app in my mobile is PlusePrivacy because is a free app who provides me a unified dashboard for protecting myself from a variety of threats to my privacy. It enable me to control the privacy settings in my social network accounts, hide my email identity, block ads, trackers and malware and prevent unwanted apps and browser extensions from tracking me and collecting me private data.
