Does anyone have the files for the HTC lockscreen update to fix the missing phone icon? I can't download them through the manual software update because of the ROM I'm using. It doesn't offer the update. I figured I'd ask since there was the watch apk floating around, and the update came in a form of a apk anyways.

They just updated the app, i already did the OTA so im not sure if everyone has to do the OTA in order to get the htc watch update, however green hornet works now

Can't you just get it yourself. Download the update but don't install it. We can't pull the apk from the system as we don't have root. If you want it from the update.zip you can get it yourself.
Your right but in order to get update.zip would have to install the ota don't want to do that

How do you download the OTA without installing it? What directory does the update install to when it's downloaded?
I had the movie working this morning (2011/06/24 got my device yesterday) after the APP updated. But now it is saying their is an HTC update (the OTA) and won't let me play the movie anymore.
Ive seen the updates downloading to the download folder, but that could be a fluke, yesterdays update was in the dowload folder but wasnt conplete I tried to redownload and it failed

Since I am running a custom rom, I no longer get the VZW apps in market. I tried to download the Medco Pharmacy app from the android market and it said my device is not supported. I think because this app was developed in partner with VZW, it is only available on their app market- not in my rom.
Can anyone download it and post the apk somewhere for me?
It's totally not the end of the world if I don't get this app, but it would be nice to have.

I've been having issues updating my apps, it will tell my I have an update then ill have to manually close the market a few times or restart my phone or have more than one update at a time in order to update,so does anyone have the apk file to the market right before this one?

Hi all,
I mistakenly installed the 4.4 KitKat Launcher which updated Google Now, and since I don't have root (and one doesn't appear to exist yet), I'm stuck unless I do a full wipe. Anybody know of where to download the stock Google Now apk for 4.3? I'd rather not wipe over this one small issue, but maybe I'll have to. Thanks in advance.
I don't know where on xda to find one, but you can just download 'team blackout updater' from the play store and download one of themed Google now apk's they offer.
But if you're problem with the 4.4 Google now is just the force closing, all you have to do is switch the language to something else then switch back to fix it.

Hah, nevermind. Just discovered the Uninstall Updates button. Reverted back to stock app and it's fine now.

My XT912 is flashed and rooted so I do not want the latest update. I can't seem to get rid of the reminder even though I froze the update program with the Disable Service app. I can't find a file for the update so I assume it hasn't actually been downloaded yet. What else can I do to get rid of the update notice?

After I discovered ES File Explorer does not view hidden files by default and turned that feature on, I found the update file. I deleted it and haven't received an update notice since but I won't be convinced it has gone away until I don't see it for a couple of days.
