[Q] Porting upcoming Android 'Ice Cream Sandwich' to mini Pro - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Hi guys,
This is the upcoming Gingerbread/Honeycomb mashup next version of Android called 'Ice Cream Sandwich' (see images and also the link). Apparently, "many older devices (< 1 year old) should be able to run it" - which means our mini Pro might be able to run it I was wondering if (when there are leaks of course) someone can please port it to our mini Pro please (when leaks emerge) ? Let me know, thanks

The icon at the bottom right hand corner looks like a Task switcher, and going by the Icon pic, seems as if its going to have a Windows 7 style Aero switching animation (would be cool if it is )

Ripple Lock has been updated to version 2.5.9 with some new features added, such as screen timeout, screen lock, delay lock, display contact name and number of the incoming call, and also the bugs was fixed on version 2.5.5. Ripple lock is now more stable, has more features and faster. Ripple Lock is a Lockscreen that was ported from Android Tablet Honeycomb to work on pre-honeycomb Android devices, including your Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread and even donut.
Ripple Lock allows you to have the same lockscreen on tablet honeycomb device. As we know, lockscreen on honeycomb device is very beautiful that always makes us envy. Now as long as you have an Android device, you will be able to enjoy it. To unlock the screen, you just have to drag the inside circle to the outside circle. To have it on your non-honeycomb device will give you an experience you will like, you will never get bored unlocking your device. On ripple lock 2.0, some features have been added like self-define shortcut icon, add choose music control, add self start after root and more. Ripple Lock 2.5.9 .Apkworks on Android 2.1 and higher version.

Great app. Thanks! It's working fine on Wildfire CM 7.0.3
The new lockscreen from CM7 Nightly 209 is inspired by Honeycomb, and I love it, though I like this one more.
EDIT: I installed it, and I couldn't get out of sleep. Had to battery pull. It's off my device, for now.
Tnx! Could you upload v 2.6?
thanks gonna try this
edit

[Q] google experience launcher - grid size

Hi, since 12.12.13 there is a new update of google search in playstore.
If i install this update, the google experience launcher changes the grid size (now i have less icons) and some widgets disappear or are resized.
Is there a possibility to change the grid size of the experience launcher desktop with a hack?
I would also like to know what has happened to the grid, as now I cannot have my homescreen as it used to be.
I wonder if this is anything to do with the new 'tablet mode' in the launcher. (install on an N7, then turn horizontally)
Funny, that the launcher is not officially supported on tablets!
For the time being, I have just reverted to GSearch 3.1.8. (or whatever it is!)
I am a developer, but I cannot find any reference to grid size in either the Launcher or Search APKs.
If you know, please reply

There are there modes phone, phabet and tablet. With Android 4.4, tablet mode is not available anymore. To switch between different modes use this tool
I think that it does not depend on the tablet oder phone mode. Other user have the same problem on different devices. (home button not in the middle, widgets deleted and and ...)
Hate to post in an older thread, but this is one of the first results when you start looking for ways to adjust the grid size.
GravityBox[KK] can change the grid size on the GEL launcher, but it's not perfect.

some widgets don't take to kindly to being squished down. like BeautifulWidgets.

Thanks for this. I was looking for a way to get the grid size larger on my Note 3. The resize ability for widgets is great too. I got it working using the Kit Kat version of Gravity Box, despite the fact that the dev says it may not work on Touchwiz ROMs.

Changing colorPrimary and colorPrimaryDark in apps

I just switched from jailbroken iOS to Android (will root as soon as my Redmi Note 5 is unlocked) and so far I am really liking it. So many things which were a hassle even with a jailbroken iPhone just work out of the box with Android.
One little thing that has been annoying me though are the colourful top bars in some applications (they are called colorPrimary and colorPrimaryDark), I wish they were just grey or white. Is there any way (once I'm rooted) to batch override all apps to display them in a certain color or at least change the value on a per app basis?

I'm sure you will enjoy creating what we call a substratum theme , this is an overlay system working with root and it is really easy to make.
If you modify manually the colorPrimary and colorPrimaryDark for every app , you'll have want you want. I know , that's long , but if you love Android , making this theme will be super funny.
Here some link to start with theming :
• My tutorial on how to theme
• Riro's how to make a substratum theme
And then you can post your work on XDA but you should know some rules , here some links :

I hope you'll forget apple and welcome to XDA

Mine is XQ-AU52, with SEA Customization. I recently checked Xperifirm and it was just released for that customization
Today I got the update of android 12, what a good mobile from 2020 with two updates already
No option for changing colors, disappointed and also no AOD.
I've also got the update but I cannot find the new feature of scrolling screenshot which should have been a great improvement of android 12
Great battery, terrible camera. 4k ~ 18fps & jumps around. 1080p ~ 28fps
yesterday my Xperia 10 II was updated to 59.2.A.0.463, with may android security update, probably the last as Sony saids in it web page that only 2 years the phone is supported since it release https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/smartphones/business-phones
Been running it for 2 months, seems super buggy and I've found it very annoying.
Autorotate rotates the screen way more then previously when disabled
Takes 2 minutes to restart
Setting and preferences changed after the install
Changes my sim preference randomly when running dual sims
I don't find it aesthetically pleasing
Changed in the way to screen capture
Apps keep moving to my home screen randomly
That's weird, nothing like that happens to me!
today my Xperia 10 II was updated to 59.2.A.0.463,
