Samsung Voie Talk - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I've Galaxy S2 for almost 1 month now and still exploring all the features it has.
I found VoiceTalk is one of the tool which one can use to call, send SMS and perform some more function while on the move but when I attempted to use it while driving after mounting my SGS2 on Car Dock, I found that it is not working and giving error :
"Check your Network and try again"
I tried searching different forum and could not find ant solution to this problem.
Now my question is :
1. Why it is giving Network Errro when I can make call and send SMS with Voice Talk without any problem.
2. From Network does it mean to use this tool, one has to have Ingernet Connectivity.
3. If Internet Connectivity is required, then why they call it call/SMS/Play mucing with Voice and why they call it use Galaxy S2 on move with voice commands.
I hope all the seniors here will help me in getting the tool working for me.

Samsung Galaxy S II problem with incoming calls

For the past week, I've been having some problems with incoming calls on my Samsung Galaxy S II. Every time I try to answer a call, I immediately get a "Call Ended" message. All the calls I get seem to go straight to voice mail but i don't have the auto reject option enabled. I don't have any problems calling other people and when i put my SIM card into a different phone, it works just fine.
The problem arose after I flashed the XWKJ3 firmware onto my phone. I've tried reflashing the firmware and I also tried to flash other firmware versions but the problem persists. I've spent hours on google looking for a solution but i failed to find one.

[Q] How 2 call from PC via Android (have bluetooth headset). Help appreciated.

First of I have searched and searched on Google (about an hour) and these forums (ok well spent about 15 minutes on here which seems a long time) and amazed not to find a solution.
Basically my Samsung Galaxy S2 gives me unlimited calls to mobiles/landlines and I want to make A LOT of calls throughout the day. I have a plantronics pro uc bluetooth headset which syncs up with my phone. I can send SMS and remote access the phone (too slow and clunky to make calls fast and simply).
What I want to be able to do is dial a number from my computer and my phone start call it. Essentially just want the phone on my computer. Paste a number in/dial it etc... click a link and the app/whatever call it.
Am I crazy? This seems really obvious and something I just assumed would be available (like deskSMS is for texting).
Anyone got any ideas? Know what app it is I want? How to do this?
(P.s. a remote desktop is not the solution as it is too slow - I tried that with MyMobiler. I have a skype number and can pay a small fee for unlimited landline calls but would have to pay for mobiles so this isnt a solution either).
(P.p.s I am in the UK and we can't get a Google voice number. Also my contract gives me unlimited call so really want to harness the power of this and not pay for more calls).
I have found a solution (it's perfect).
The app is called "Remote Phone Call Trial" you get it from the Play market (or whatever they're calling it now). If you want to keep it you pay £4. I've downloaded this and it looks sweet.
There did seem to be a free alternative called "RemoteCall" however I haven't downloaded this or tried it (because I was happy with the first one) and I read both reviews.
Anyway I'm not recommending any of them! I am just letting you know the solution I found.
Update: remember to disable bluetooth and only use wifi with this app if ur using bluetooth with ur headset (yeh I'm an idiot). I almost uninstalled.

[Q] Viber & WhatsApp connection problem

As the title says, I can't send or receive messages through these two apps, meaning there's a connection problem on my phone (it's a Galaxy S2 btw). Only when I am connected to a WI-FI I can properly use the program.
What should I look for and how do I solve this issue?
Maybe you should talk to your 3G provider..
i supposed you have tried to reinstall applications?
at least you can give it a try flashing a different modem if no
Yes, maybe I should talk to my provider.

Trouble with SMS and Music streaming in standalone mode

I have a Gear S (Verizon) connected with my S5 (Verizon) and I am having some trouble in standalone mode. I have read a few threads and it seems that I should be able to receive SMS messages to my S5 on my Gear when in standalone (there is no problem when I am using BT). All of my calls are forwarding without problem. It also seems that I should be able to set my Gear to call using my S5 Phone number in standalone mode which I have been unable to do. Finally, I cannot stream through Milk while in standalone mode (once again I can connect through BT and control Milk on my S5). When standalone I get a cannot login error. I have replied in another thread about this, but I am hoping to get all my answers in one spot (I have not received an answer in that thread that has worked for me).

I was able to get the SMS problem resolved. It seems that if the WIFI connected on my S5 it will not connect to my Gear S remotely. Kinda crappy :crying:
It might be the WIFI at work is blocking something that is prevent the SMS from working. Going to retest when I get home.
I still have not figured out the Milk streaming or how to use my S5 number when making a call through the Gear. It does use my S5 number when sending SMS messages remotely.

How to mirror calls and sms over wireless or bluetooth to another phone

Hi there guys sorry of this question is not in the correct forum ,
So my problem is now i have to carry two phones for two sims
One is my old sim for calls and sms , the other i recently got for the internet 4g
So i put the 3g sim on my s6 , and stuck with the old call sim on the old s7262 wich sadly does not support 3g or this would have been easier
The thing is the sms cards are for different countries so i cant call forword
My plan is to find an app that can mirror calls and text over bluetooth /wirless like in cars just to be able to handle one phone at anytime while the other is nearby
Remember the old sim have no internet connection so any app that requires connection cant be used , needless to say i tried mysms app and it needs internet
I need help guys until i can buy a better backup phone
Thank you
At least calls , i can live without sms , today i missed a job offer over this phone chaos
Any ideas ?
Looking for the same thing
