1. sms to and fro in the same thread. Both methods for selecting receiver work (manual tel number input and person from the "Contact" list)
2. GPRS
3. Traditional Chinese input and support. I think there is no reason simplfied Chinese is not support in this rom although I have not tested it.

Confirms that sms works like a charm. You don's need to set anything after flashing. In case you cannot send or receive sms, go to setting/application/messaging/ and set the SMS center number blank.
One weird issue is the charging problem. 1) when the battery is critically low, the phone is not chargeble by usb via a pc, it only works with transformer charging; 2) the phone will be turned on automatically during charging.
Still waiting for the camera, usb headphone, audio/video threading to work> otherwise it is perfect!

and that's the sms problem! It's why sms can't be sent when they are saved in +49 xxx xxxxxx format (with country number). I think, it's the easiest problem to solve. has anybody a solution?
thanks for ur rom first. but i have some problums( in cht and chs).
1. if i use CHT version . i can't use phone dailer . but i switch language to english and reconize in taiwan . it can works .
2. can't use location . GPRS no work . but english in taiwan can work.

As you know WM6.5 development is in progress and new builds have less and less bugs, more stability and maybe some new features. But the general looking is not different too much.

23635 is a newer build. (23635: date February 14 2010; 23223 :January 28 2010; 28232 February 10 2010)
Moreover, Bikertibi has kindly prepared the 28223 build for prophet.
If you mean 28232, maybe. I'll see....
25005 is very stable and fast on my device like 23635. I'll try 25006 ....

I, myself like the ROMs as clean as possible, but any suggestion is welcome.

The sensivity for the touch screen is very slow in this version. If I use the hard keys on my prophet its working fast but if I try to select or start an item in the file explorer i have to tip on the item for at least a second or more. Happens very often. This is a no go for me.
Edit: The new version A works like a charm! Great work, Babak!! Testing the rest of your roms functionality now
The first post has been updated with a small patch for the download C, (The one you have got before).
After installing the cab, the touch screen will be so sensitive and there will be no delay at all.
Downloads A and B (UltraClean) do not have the problem (It has been resolved in-situ).

I'm a Chinese, so I need Chinese display support for reading and writing in Chinese.
I prefer the fast speed of English ROM, normally I use a English ROM with a Chinese Language package, never failed before.
This is my first time meeting this kind of problem, after installing the Language package, it can't be displayed correctly as before. It seemed nothing happened.
I will also try to contact dioxda2 to get a possible answer.

But i would like to setup the new wm6.5 lock with SmartLock or something similar. how can that be done?
if i install SmartLock 1.7E or 2.0F and configure it, the phone doesnt boot anymore. means its stuck at the Windows 6.5 Babak00000ed bootscreen and flashes every ~10seconds. seems like it cant launch the wm lock.
only hardreset helps then.
Any suggestions or how to´s for that?

Hi dkena,
Just tap and hold the camera "X" a few milliseconds, it'll respond.
I don't have Resco Photo Manager to try. Maybe the same way?

I usually use HomeScreen's lock option to run the Windows native lockScreen (So I didn't include SmartLock here. Maybe in future...)
Anyway, I've just installed Smartlock 1.7E, and it works without problem, trying all options, one by one.
Maybe it's an incompatibility in your other softwares.
just did another hardreset to check that
its working if i install smartlock right after the hardreset!

CSC: B7610INUIJ3
Can I use this ROM with my phone, will it be 100% safe and not void my warranty? Sorry, these are n00b questions but even though I am a seasoned WM user, I got my Omnia Pro just a few days back, so still gathering knowledge about it. In India, Samsung hasn't launched WM 6.5 update and they aren't giving any clue about when it will be available, I contacted customer care twice.
It can void your warranty because it's not available in official ways.
The ROM is 100% safe but flashing it is not. There is always some chance of bad flashing (power shortage for example). But flashing PDA and CSC parts of ROM is fairly safe. Omnia has some features to recover from bad flashing of these parts. Eboot and Phone parts are more dangerous.
PS. This ROM has Swedish/Dannish keyboard layout.

But I remember seeing it written somewhere that when we upgrade to the 6.5 ROMs (official), the Eboot/CSC gets updated and that is required for the 6.5 ROM to function properly. I am not 100% sure about it but still I have my doubts. Do you know anyone who has done the same ie. upgraded directly from 6.1 to 6.5 with unofficial ROM?
Also I wanted to ask that if I flash the MST file enclosed in the zip file, will it update the Eboot/CSC?
UPDATE: Got it. The MST does have the Eboot part, but not CSC. I extracted pda.nb0 using i900Extractor and used it. Worked absolutely fine, just the free ram is too low as my eboot is still using the 20 MB PP of 6.1. Plus the Widget interface is causing some problem. When I am selecting more widgets in Widet's settings menu, first the entries are being displayed in black (or maybe no text) and selecting any one of them is causing all the Widgets except digital clock to disappear. Will wait for the official update I think.

Yes you can select german language after flashing, on your phones screen you can select languages and it will configure it for german use if you like.
But when you flash the CSC your keyboard might be messed up, as said above.

I just kept my CSC from my german winmo 6.5 stock rom B7610NDBTIK5
but flashed everything else(eboot, pda and phone) and till now I have not had any problems and my keyboard is still german layout.
As it is version 6.5 the start icon is in upper left corner as usual.
Changes you can read in first post pretty much everything is said there.
Maybe two more things,
the messaging app has really been improved, you can type a lot faster and don't have to wait so long until the letter is recognized, which is good for people who can type fast.
and if you have a DLink router and had problems using the internet that is solved somehow. I was able to use Opera and open websites for the first time since i have this phone although i still have no real stable connection.

Well, obviously there is no form bellow, it really is a dead end; I even tried using another computer and I got the same error.
It looks like the access had been restricted. I have e-mailed the site administrators but no answer...as expected, otherwise.

Here is what I did and STILL getting the same error when trying to use any download link on Modaco:
1. Cleared IE (deleted cookies, cache, etc)
2. Used a 3rd party cleaner to do the same thing (CCleaner – latest version)
3. Registered a 2nd account with Modaco (different user ID and password)
4. Tried using another computer in my house (connected through a wireless router) to complete the same task + also my phone.
5. Installed Firefox and tried downloading again from Modaco.
...YET, THE SAME ERROR ALWAYS POPS UP.

Yeeahh, my mi7ROMs are a little bit different-
clean, fast and small.
The wp7 Master are aeroflyloby, ffboy, quin and ehhm, nok...
i love the way you say ahhm nok.... haha you are right to say they are the masters you got that right but you are certainly give it a good go.

Miro, in case new apps are too big I solved it by removing dictonaries from IME and MSIME packages, you will save about 30 mbs :O
Another question: installing wp7 (apps) the phone says its low on phone memory...what is the actual size of the phone memory? And there is no way to use a recognised sd card with wp7 in our tg01s?

tg01 storage 512 MB, I think.
sure, i use a 4 GB class 4 on my wp7 tg01- it have to be class 4, i think you can use a 8 or 16 gb ........

yeah, i do it also. what i mean is the htc hub = 22 MB ....... and install time by start are to high ....... better clean. afte flash we can install all desired apps .......

yeah i have an 8gb sd card in you have to flash the rom with your sd card inserted for it to be appart of the phone tho if you get what i mean
also when you have an sd card in with wp7 rom it will only work in wp7 on your tg01 and wont work in anything else as it is formated to wp7 so it wont be read by any sd card readers.
ask some 1 like miro or aeroflybuby for more info on that and how it works
i do not want to be responsible if you make an expensive memory card usless

Ah okay, thanks for the info. Yes, when wp7 first came to market I read pretty much about the card issues...seems like only symbian can get them back for work...well, my 32gb micro sd stays in my motorola, safer there...but I will probably give it 8gig...
So sad tg01 only has resisitive touchscreen...with capazitive it would be rocking!
Still cant log into wlan. Will try this rom here tomorrow!

There is an app called SD Unlock which unlocks the card to be identified by partition managers, then you just format the card and it's working

Very nice ROM, clean, stable, fast. All that matters!
Tested and working now:
Internet (wlan and 3g with fix), SMS, gmail, facebook
now I try sideloading some apps and change ringtone and Unlock screen.
@mirolg, does this ROM has fix for answering sms directly or you have same sms error when answering? (that sms cant be sent cause of +381....or +XXX country numbers?)

I don't know why the same drivers works on prenodo and don't work on mango
You noticed that if you change REALLY NOTHING in deviceoem and just change the sys you get not working youtube and directional calls?

hi my friend and tnx to visit your "old" homeland! Yeeah, tg01 is so a beautiful, powerful device- but it neeed the right heart to rise up! wp7 is THE os for this device- the most user forget: we get soooooooo much on new, cool and fast features and have ONLY 2-3 driver issues. as a main phone is the tg01 to old and has a to small battery- but hey as a second device is much more worth ........

I do not need or use, sms, camera and youtube. With whatsapp and a few other apps I am satisfied. For these things I have my other phone, Samsung Galaxy Note.

the main difference is, final relase has my signed certificate to get working with cab sender tool. cab's for coming updates, custom cabs, fix cabs and skin cabs + few pteinstalled apps. read the description 1st Post.

first, thanks for your ROM.
tested for few days and the first thing is the boot up picture was scared me= =(I flash it at 4:00am)
the ROM was faster than before, and more not heat up (for me that was being heat when i using Wi-Fi)
everything good except SMS problem. (that's the big problem for me)

I would like fix this problem but my tg01 is damaged (i dropped phone). I came to how this can be done. Error can be removed by tampering with the system registry. System itself has entries that are responsible for convert + to 0 no matter whether it is a mozart, hd7 or hd2. OEM drivers are not 100% compatible with mango. So this issue is so hard to remove ... as I mentioned, I have broken phone and I can not test the changes, which will fix this error. everything I could do it to describe (one of many) a method to repair this error.

I've got a weird problem with this rom. After I flash it all I can see is a black screen, with battery status and clock on top, and few moments later phone restarts. I tried flashing it with both qpst and common downloader but it was all the same. I thought that maybe I'm doing something wrong so I flashed Miro's Tango final rom with qpst and this one works.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Well, it took me quite a long time to fix TG01 after I accidently erased EFS2 partition. Right now everything's fine and I can say that this ROM is really good. All major features (Phone, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth etc.) are flawless and there are only small bugs like disappearing SIM contacts import or useless camera. WP 7.8 seems to be much faster than WM 6.5 and it looks way better for sure. Now I still have to obtain the activation code somehow . Anyway, if you want to try this OS on your phones, then I guess this ROM is the best choice. Amazing job WojtasXda, this is a new life for TG01 .

System itself has entries that are responsible for convert + to 0 no matter whether it is a mozart, hd7 or hd2. OEM drivers are not 100% compatible with mango. So this issue is so hard to remove ... as I mentioned, I have broken phone and I can not test the changes, which will fix this error. everything I could do it to describe (one of many) a method to repair this error.

Happy that you are trying to fix this problem, I have try to looking up the system registry but I have no idea which registry I should change or delete....XD

Hello, I installed this rom and everything is good except the bluetooh is not anything anyone can say to that is devido, I have restored several times to factory settings and still not working.
Any solution to this.

I've installed the rom but the phone is blocked on the green light :/ I can downgrade to W6.5 with success but i would upgrade to WP7.8 !
I think i've the bad bootloader.
Can you help me or give me a download link for the bootloader and necessary files from the rom !
