you can use espier launcher to get the full feel of Iphone and milocker to set the lockscreen...
You can install Go Launcher from Android Market (is free), then install Go Locker and the last search a theme of iPhone for Go Launcher, there are many themes.

the only problem with go launcher is that when you press menu..it takes sum time to show up the options
any ios or miui theme which can work with CM 7.1.0-RC1 & launcher pro plus

Not sure if anyone here can help, but you guys are so helpful I thought I'd give it a shot. My wife likes the style of the icons for the iPhone apps, but definitely doesn't want an iPhone. Any way I can make the icons that show up in her app drawer have the iPhone look, possibly without rooting it?

I'm not sure how to make it show up in the app drawer, but it's definitely possible to make the icons show up on the home screen. And you can do it without root too.
First, download a launcher from the market called launcher pro. You don't need plus. The free version is fine.
Second, download your icons.
Third, press and hold on the homescreen until a pop up appears. Select shortcuts, then select applications. Choose your app, select custom icon, and then select your icon of choice from the folder your icons are located in when your gallery shows up.
Your app should appear with the custom icon on the homescreen now.

Yeah, she's using launcher pro now. I knew I could do that with the dock but didn't realize you could choose a custom icon for the shortcuts and also wasn't sure about the app drawer part. I may see if just changing what she sees on her homescreen will satisfy her. Any suggestions on iphone style icons?

I think that ADW Launcher themes can theme the drawer icons. If she is hesitant about changing Launchers, ADW Ex adds some of the Launcher Pro Features that the free ADW Launcher does not have (and also some that Launcher Pro doesn't have).

He's right and if I remember correctly there is even an ADW theme that changes the icons to look iphonish.
Sweet, I'll have to look into that. Is ADW just as smooth as Launcher Pro?

Currently, I would say that ADW might even be faster than LauncherPro. That wasn't always true. I use LauncherPro Plus, because I like the widgets, but I have been playing with ADW Ex recently and it seems very fast on my phone. The developer of LauncherPro is currently working on rebuilding it from scratch, so it might speed up in the future.
i dont like the app drawer of launcher pro...is there a way to change it..???..

what exactly dont you like? The scroll direction, size of icons, number of rows / colums? all of this is easily tweaked with launcher pro. It would help if you told us exactly what you do not like. I prefer ADW EX personally

i dont like the size of the icons...they are too large...scrolling direction...i prefer horizontal..n drawer background...i havent found any option to change these...could you be more specific about the tweaks please...

I was wondering how to get more advanced home screen that has 5 icons at bottom(i am new so i cant give pictures but you will hopefuly know what i mean).
I only got some bad version with 3 icons at the bottom and when i look on some youtube versionsit looks great and on my mobile it looks bad
AFAIK, CM7 has a version of ADW launcher as the home screen. so, on your home screen, go
menu button > ADW settings (may be under more) > UI settings > Main Dock Style > 5 icons
that should be what you want
Or if you dont want the adw launcher go to the market and download a new one!

Currently I have six icons on my doc and two 1x1 widgets on my home screen (so I can see my wallpaper ).
Phone/Contacts/App Drawer/Browser/Handcent/Folder (with all my other regular apps in it).
where can i get some pretty hott icons and how do i install them after i find them...
Suave Icons are very nice. The Suave Iconset has nearly every app in it.
I use Go Launcher EX as my homescreen, just install from the play store (it's not free anymore though) and select it from the Go Launcher EX preferences. I think Suave exists for many launchers.

I believe there are themes you can download for apex launcher. After that go into theme chooser and you can select what icon pack you want to use.
Well, it's all up to taste, search the market apex and nova can use go and Adw themes. I use mitch's flat icons

For icon changing, I recommend using Desktop Visualizer and then any icon files you want for ultimate customisation even if you use stock launcher
Hi all,i try to run modded pixel launcher or nova launcher to replace the stock poco launcher on miui 10 beta. The custom are run fine but the icon are super ugly and old school, it doesn't follow the icon in previous poco launcher.i go into theme app and apply new themes but nothing has change on custom launcher. i believe miui 9.6 will face the same problem too.
anyone can tell how to solve this?

There's no solution for this use third party icons from playstore to replace them. I've seen this problem in every redmi series it looks like miui icons are limited to system launcher only.
Use a miui icon pack in Nova Launcher and enable resizing icons to match material guidelines, you should be fine.
I faced the same issue...I installed "Lawnchair" launcher,..and yeah the icons look ugly as hell..
