What kind of games can you play? Cut the rope and plants vs zombies? Or dead space and shadowgun?

Of course, not every app will work with BlueStacks, but SO MANY of them do. It is worth playing with.
Your Phone Will Sync All The Favs!
I know Angry Birds series, slice it, wordfeud work. Messaging apps work, Evernote....... there are Many.
Another great perk is that you can link your phone to the app player on your laptop or desktop with their Cloud Connect app.
This app installs on your Android phone and allows you to pick and choose which apps from your phone you want synced to your desktop.
You will have access to the Amazon AppStore and Get Jar and a few other appstores right out of the gate.

This will be great on a windows 8 tablet.

Will this work with a windows 8 tablet?

If you own a Window’s anything it should work.

Exciting to see future cross compatibility with win8 tablets, and it should work with win7 tablets as well. But personally, I see no need to use it on my beefy computer.

This is interesting... Honestly, I wish they had one of these for iPad... I want to play Pac Man: Battle Royale, but I don't want to buy a $2000 device, or pay at the local Dave & Busters to play...

[Q] A101 + WiiControllerIME

Has anyone else had any trouble pairing a WiiMote with the A101? I've got it to pair twice - once after the initial 2.2 update, and again after I updated to the newest firmware.
I was able to connect the WiiMote using the IME found in the market and everything worked fine. Once I disconnect the controller I can't pair it again. When I try subsequent pairings the lights on the WiiMote just keep blinking until the WiiController program says "No controller found".
Is anyone else having this problem or has anyone else found a workaround?
I found the answer!
I am not able to connect the WiiMotes when the wifi is turned on. If I turn off the wifi the WiiMotes connect perfectly every time. Turn the wifi on, and it fails every time. I've been able to connect 2 remotes and use them both simultaneously numerous times.
I hope this saves someone else some time and frustration.
Are you able to use the Wii Remotes to play the NES, SNES, GBA emulator games.
Yes u can play those games with a wii remote....also something is wrong if u cant use a wii remote with wifi on cuz I can with mines...

[Q] Multiplayer games on Android?

any games that offer=
1)multiplayer on the same device
2)multiplayer via bluetooth
3)multiplayer via wifi
android v android or cross platform!!!
Live Holdem Poker Pro is over any internet
Glow Hockey 2 has same device multiplayer
Words with Friends is multiplayer cross platform
NOVA 2 has WiFi multiplayer
Drag Racing is over any internet
there are more but i cant think of at the moment.
4 Player Reactor is pretty fun. Also has 2-player mode. It's a game where it will show you a trivia question, or a pattern, or some other puzzle-type thing, and all 4 (or 2) players have a section on the screen to tap when they see the right answer. Pretty simple and well done, can be played anywhere.

damn it guys!=[ most of the games i have already played, and others like naval crash dont even appear in my countries market
In for an answer… I'm looking for good (local) multiplayer games since two years, but still almost nothing pops up. Meanwhile, quite a lot of my friends do have Android phones (whereas two years ago I was the only one and my search was pretty hypothetical).
But I have one to add to the list: GalaxIR is a fun game to play over (local) WiFi.
Anyone got more?

If Sony want to integrate all 3 platforms (smartphone, tablet, Vita), PSOne should be included in PlayStation Mobile.
Current games in PlayStation Mobile app is definitely cross-buy. I just bought 'Samurai Beatdown' on my Xperia S. And I'm able to download the same game on my Tablet S and PS Vita without re-purchase. One time-fee for all 3 devices.
New games to be added every Wednesday.
And thats are good games? Pfff

Does somebody know if its possible to run it on non xperia devices?
Maybe over a build.prop hack? That worked pretty well with the S Voice .apk that got leaked before the Galaxy SIII release.
Could maybe somebody upload his build.prop? Then i could give it a try.

This is from the faq page
PS one Classics will continue to be available for PS Vita from PlayStation Store. However, they will no longer be available to buy for PlayStation Certified devices. Any PS one Classics you have previously purchased will continue to be downloadable from your Download List and can be played on your PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Certified devices.
However, as your device software is upgraded, you will eventually find that your PS one Classics will no longer be compatible. The dates that this will happen will vary across countries and will differ across devices. More information will become available with each update.

As far as I know, no..
As I use dex station for around a month, very few games are able to be played there..
Use dex if you really need the workstation..
If you're playing games, it is better to buy a Bluetooth controller and a USB C - hdmi adapter imo.
Thanks.
My laptop is dead now so I was looking for an alternative as i have monitor, keyboard and I like lite games like asphalt, modern combat etc.
Tuen I need to think something else
Will Samsung Dex ever get 4K HDMI output as orginally advertised? Currently max output is 1080p

My suggestion is to get a new laptop instead of relying on phone.
Laptops are very affordable now. Just go for basics ones. 300usd and below.

Well you can't play games directly in dex but you have a game that works with a USB or bluetooth gamepad, you can just set the phone to mirror mode instead of Dex and have the game displayed on your monitor, I'm able to play Shadowgun: Deadzone using that method.

Not that I care about gaming with DeX, but how is the input lag with screen mirroring and using a BT device? Never tested it tbh..

I have tried Real Racing 3, with a moga game controller, in DeX mode (not mirror) and it feels like I'm playing on a console! It was easy to forget that it was running on my phone lol
With DeX developer mode enabled (instructions in DeX Hubs true windows guide) pretty much all apps are scalable, so you can play a game whilst keeping an eye on something else!

Garena Free Fire: HMS Vs. GMS

Garena Free Fire: HMS Vs. GMS
Large battle royale-style games are the most popular type of game right now. GMS powered phones have a large selection of these types of games to play, including PUBG, Fortnite, and others. Being able to play games like this, is one of the best ways to use your high-end phone. Huawei makes some of the most powerful phones on the market, with the ability to run very graphics-intense games. Without the support of GMS, can Huawei still offer a great gaming experience? In this thread, I will compare the popular game, Garena Free Fire. This game is available on the Play store and the App Gallery, coming in both GMS and HMS flavors.
This game is very similar to PUBG, for those that have played that game before. It also has a mix of style that is more similar to Fortnite, when it comes to player movement and gun mechanics. The game is totally free to play, and offers a premium graphics experience.
Garena Free Fire [GMS]
Installing Garena Free Fire on a GMS phone results in a great gaming experience. The gameplay is smooth and the graphics look very good. The game plays like a light version of PUBG. It's a bit more casual, with enemy fights happening way more often. There's plenty of skins to choose from and there is a good ranking system that matches you with players that have similar skills.

The game doesn't get as much recognition as other big titles in the same genre, but after playing Garena for a bit, you'll probably find that it's every bit as fun.
Garena Free Fire [HMS]
The HMS version of Garena is able to produce the same graphics experience. Even without GMS powering the game features, Garena plays just the same and is just as fun. You won't find that any features are missing, and everything functions as normal. The developers have done a great job in bringing this game to Huawei phones.
Using Huawei's HMS Core Game Kit, Garena is able to be one of the best games available to HMS phones, and really shows off the potential of future games to come. So for anyone looking to get the best gaming experience on a non-GMS device, this is the best solution so far.
Is crossplay enabled - GMS <> HMS ?
Its a very good game.I also play this game and its a good experience for me.
