Stickers lol, Skinit.com - HTC Titan

Anybody get one of those stickers on their phone? I came across skinit and thought "hey why not..." Looks pretty cool
Some show what it will actually look like on the Titan while others just show the basic image of what would go on it. I'm guessing those stickers would stick fine on a screen protector, then the back gets me iffy since stickers don't tend to stay folded... Then again I'm going to have a case on it anyways

I am looking for stickers but not this pricey and also all I want is a huge sticker that shouts out "Windows Phone" - think we need brand awareness and I want to do my bit

This is what I ordered off that website

fitted
got them from here

you can use you own pics
I give them an 8/10
Thanks for posting. I thought about a skin but wondered how they would do those high edges. Glad I waited because I would not have been happy. Does the Flyer have those cheap inlaid HTC letter on the back? When it comes time to remove the skin, I wonder if the letters will peel off with it. I had that happen on a previous phone, I was glad OEM battery doors were cheap. The Flyer and View backs are not cheap.
I use to skin all my phones, now I just do the screen and a TPU case for them. I guess I will do the same for my View.
erm
the HTC looks engraved n filled I think
its under the skin now, can't check easy
I wiped mine down with ipa 1st before the stickers so they stuck well
Thanks for the 20% discount! hahah just joking with you...
seriously, you might want to erase it before someone grabs it before you
otherwise, i think it will look better on the black HTC View... flyer users might want a lighter color instead. to much contrast maybe.
but still good.

Discolor battery cover (white)

My white battery cover is becoming discolored. I would say it looks exactly like a marble with streaks. It happens when I put my phone in one of my black velour cloth/case that I had for my hard drive. The discolor cannot be cleaned with cloth, water, or glass cleaner. It seems to be below the glossy surface. The more I put it in the case the more streaks it develops.
I have called Samsung about it but they refuse to send me a new one saying that I probably did something to it. At&t local stores are completely out of stock so can't do an exchange either.
It doesn't look bad but just strange. lol

I've not seen discoloration like this - Samsung or AT&T should replace that for you.
Personally, I'm buying a replacement battery cover so I can take my stock one off and put it in the box and never use it again until I sell my device. They are FAR too easy to damage one way or another (if nothing else, scratching). I'm just buying a cheap one from eBay because I plan on keeping my GS3 in my Incipio Silicrylic case 99.5% of the time and I don't really care much if I have a stock battery cover on or not.

DAYJOY Luxury Aluminum Alloy bumper case

Anyone use these cases? What you think? I just ordered the silver.

I don't have one but have looked at it many times on ebay.
Makes me wonder if the back panel is gonna pop off if you drop the device and then the phone goes flying and the glass cracks in to thousand pieces?? ...the back panel is being put in place by some kind of snap on feature. I would Like to see screw assembly instead.

I have one that says Yoo Don on the packaging but it looks the same. I put it on and took it right back off because it is impossible to open charging flap with fingernail, might be able to with a knife tip or something. The back does indeed snap into place and seems pretty secure but wouldn't expect it to add any protection if phone was dropped.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I will let you know what I think when mine comes in a couple of weeks.

Alternative back covers (Aliexpress)

Hey, anybody seen this? I'm tempted to get one (the red one looks good!), but I couldn't get the back cover off my last nexus 6. Might order one for just $8.99. Supposed to come with a motorola logo although the picture doesn't show one.

I've seen those but haven't pulled the trigger. Usually Ali express sellers blur out or remove a logo on the product images, probably for copyright reasons. Let us know how it goes, I'd love a red one
Pretty cool. But I always use a skin, so it's kind of useless to me.
Looks good. I still prefer bare back with a bumper case.
at least according to the pictures they don't have the motorola logo on them. that may be something to keep in mind.
that particular seller no, but almost all of the others have a "logo" placeholder for the m. they're also all offering the same colors, so it's probably coming from the same source
There will be a logo, I asked the seller, he sent me this picture.
I haven't ordered yet, still not sure. If it sucks, the adhesive of my stock cover is unusable
I don't have a link, but while looking for back covers came across a few adhesive pads you could use on your stock cover

Appalachian Engineering a Fix for a Torn Moto360 Sport band

Like so many folk, the band on my Moto360 Sport tore. Pain in the ass. I got it fixed/replaced once, but of course, it tore again. No such luck the second time around. But I love my watch. Its not perfect, but I love it. So with traditional fixes out the window, I moved to non-traditional fixes. I believe that the pics below illustrate an elegant solution:

interesting. My strap just broke out of warranty. I was looking for a silicone glue but even for a tiny amount it would cost 20$ for something thats a 50/50 fix.
I cant beleive Moto designed something like this, its the first thing I said when I recieved it as a gift "what happens when the strap breaks?"
Im going though different repair mods in my head. Im debating if I can cut out a space in the the rubber the size and shape of a regular pinned ban and then use either a pin or long thin screw to hold it in.
nice job but where did you get that little metal piece an does it ding into your arm?
