lol i dont know how to move it except just post new thread there

Sounds like you need a new SD card. Some of the stock cards don't play well with MTD based ROMs. I would probably get a Class 10 microSD card (be careful if you get 32gb, there are known problems with some of them)
I bought http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-microSDHC-Class-Memory-Adapter/dp/B0058GH4U0/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1335980268&sr=8-12 and have had no problems at all after!

You are flashing the THS build 2 first right? You have to flash that rom, then reboot to recovery by holding down the power button wile your in the OS and select the recovery option after that you'll be in a compatible version of CWM. Flash AOKP M5 from there.

buy a class6 or higher sd card and your issue will be solved.
As I said in my other post:
Sounds like you need a new SD card. Some of the stock cards don't play well with MTD based ROMs. I think it's a speed issue, and MTD based roms assume cards are at least a certain speed. I would probably get a Class 10 microSD card (be careful if you get 32gb, there are known problems with some of them)

thanks everyone for replying...i might have to just upgrade to a different card and see if that will solve the problem.

every since switching to a class 10 card, i have had no mounting issues or sd card damage errors since. my device also seems to be more tolerant of dirty flashing, before i had to always wipe data...also the phone seems faster loading apps, pictures etc.

Wrong sd install now stuck on m logo with unlocked

Ok so before you all try to get on my case I know now I am suppose to install these roms from the internal sd.
problem is I tried to installed CM7 because I hate stock roms. I am not new to flashing since I have done it on the g2x, milestone 2, x8, transformer prime but this is the first to only allow me to install from internal sd
so anwyays I tried with no success. I wiped all and left my phone on over night maybe thinking it will take some time.
So at this moment I am charging the battery using the macguver method and also I think i need clockwork recovery 5 something something
right now I have version 4.0.14
So my main question is how do i send the rom i want to the internal sd and or is there a rom that I can install from any sd card?
just want to boot up, get my paid version of cwm, get cm7 on and have a wonderful time playing with this phone!
thanks!

Flash recovery-atrix5.img, clear davlik-cache, cleardata/factory reset, then reboot system
Hey I fixed it! I let the battery charge for like 30 min on the macguver way and then I used the auto unlocked v4.2 and then, I downloaded cwm 5.020 and renamed the same as what the auto unlocker had which was like 4.9 something, open auto unlocker and selected flash cwm.
Then I wiped data and cache. Installed cm7 from ext sd. Wiped cache again. Rebooted and now it's perfect.
Would have wrote and Better response but I am on a phone!

Bootloop into CWM

Hi, Nook Tablet gurus!
I desperately need your help! :crying:
I've been trying to bring my nook tablet to life for 3 days and evidently just reading and googling doesn't help - I need your help!
What I have:
Nook Tablet 16Gb
It always boots into internal SD cwm - nothing helps!
NT can boot into internal CWM, but I can't get to emmc - internal CWM just doesn't find it!
When I load through SD card I can see the content of emmc. And even use .zips on it to try to flash. But anyway i always get or in SD's CWM or into emmcs CWM
I tried lots of things: Tried different CWM versions, tried to mount\unmount different partitions (but didn't formatted!) Wiped cache, data, dalvik cache lots of times. Used method from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1663836) but it says, that i must contact the B&N shop after reboot.
What I didn't try - repartition through ADB, as I'm afraid I'll just screw all things further.
My initial goal was just to flash ordinary (but beautiful) CM7 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1512373) previously I used just rooted version of stock for half a year.
Could anybody, please help me? Will appreciate any help!
You're saying you can or cannot boot into a CM7 SD ROM?

Sorry for VERY stupid question.
I can make an sd card with CM7 SD ROM on it?!
Wow i thought i can only write CWM on SD cards and nothing more serious. Could you, please give me a link on how exactly do this and what should I do next after this SD CM7 Rom will be booted from SD card?
Thank you Very Much for answering my noobish question - i really tried to handle everything by myself at first.
Yes you can make a bootable CM7, CM9, or CM10 card. CM7 is easiest, so we'll try that. Go to this post right here and follow the instructions underSD VERSION IMAGE.
Basically, just do this:
1.) Download the CM7SD ROM in that post.
2.) Download the .img writing software in that post.
3.) Attach your microSD to a PC using a USB adapter
4.) Using the .img writing software, write the .img ROM file to your SD card.
5.) When it's done, put the SD card in your NT and power it on from a completely off state (NOTE: You may need to be plugged into a wall charger if your NT doesn't boot into the SD card.)
6.) Wait for it to boot into your CM7 SD ROM.
Just flash CM7 to eMMC. It will run faster than off the SD

[Q] Can't Flash a ROM from my EXTERNAL SD card...

Hey guys,
Had a question, i have downloaded several roms to my ext SD card, my phone sees them and everything while i'm in recovery. My problem however, is that when i try to install one of the roms it just freezes up and doesn't move past the psrogress bar. I was running Clockwork recovery, and thats where the problem started, I was curious if i might had disabled something there. I switched to TWRP and still the same thing is happening. I would love to see if anyone has had this issue and if so if someone could help me out. side note i can flash roms just flash roms from my internal memory just fine..
thanks in advance...

Need some major help with my root and ROM install.

To be honest I was lucky to get my Nook Tablet rooted and installed a custom AOKP ROM on it after trying unsuccessfully to get any CM ROMs to work, they would just start with the spinning CyanogenMOD swirling circle and then it would go black. I trying CM9, CM 10 and CM 10.1 along with some other ROMs based on the CM core. The only ROM I got to work was one called "Unofficial AOKP Jellybean Milestone 1". I was having some weird problems with it like I would click on an app that was just working and it would say it wasn't installed and I would have to install it again. This happened to lots of apps. I decided to change the ROM, copied a new one to the SD card, booted into CWM and did a restore/wipe and installed new ROM and it said it completed and on reboot it didn't show CWM or boot into ROM. My root was gone. I followed a procedure to make my SD card bootable again and have been attempting to re-root it, it does say it is successful but I pull the SD card out (or leave it in, it doesn't matter) and it just keeps looping the "Nook" splash screen. Something happens to the SD Card during this procedure and it loses it root boot so I have to do it over again. I have repeated this like five times and I can't get a root to stick and everytime I go through process of rooting the NT I lose the root on the SD card. Why?
I want to be able to root the NT but leave root on the SD card along with a large partition so I can have a bunch of ROMs on there so I can try different ones. When I make the root boot SD card I have no room for even one ROM as Minitool won't let me expand the boot partition and if I create another partition Windows won't see it so I can't put ROMs on it.
How can I root this thing to stay again and have my SD card with ROMs on it?
Can someone walk me through on how to root the unit itself (and not just on the SD Card) and how to put a ROM on the system itself (and not on the SD Card) in this thread step by step with links to the files to get? I know it is alot to ask but I keep going to other threads and doing them but nothing is working. I would appreciate it.
