This Rom comes shipped as is..iv went ahead and added a couple of neat features here and there. Not much just yet but i am still learning. I believe the touchwiz deserves a chance so i added TW from S3.
It does work and it is fast. Widgets also work
This Rom runs off a base and is constantly updated with fixes found around the forums. I believe this is how a rom should be, Stock. And so do othe forum members.
I dont think of myself as a developer nor am i one.
Alot more updates to come and ill try to listen to all of you as much as i can.

This is my first ever ROM
So what comes in it exactly you ask?
Stock, Rooted, Deodexed
TouchWiz Launcher from S3 is default
Debloated (more to come)
Svoice (Works)
busybox installed, symlinked
Latest UCLE2 Modem
Rooted
Some confusion going around.
This ROM is based off of FlappJaxxx's Base ROM. Any Work/changes/additions to this ROM is of my own. Same goes for any future Updates.

Instructions:
1. Download to sdcard
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Data wipe/factory reset *REQUIRED*
4. Flash ROM

What you can look forward to is S3 Boot and shutdown.
CRT off and extended power menu.
LWP Ripple effect. (any wallpaper)
Files pulled from the S3 to give you some tastes of S3's scrolling experience. It could make your scrolling responsiveness even smoother
setting puts your phone into a deeper sleep when on standby. This may improve battery life.
phone to use power collapse when in standby.
WIFI to scan less frequenty. This conserves battery life, however may come with side effects such as WIFI points not showing up as fast.
Disabled dithering which can speed up your phone at the cost of Image Quality.
Enables HSUPA for faster uploading speeds
Make JPEGs higher quality
Increases the memory cap when decoding JPEGs.
Increases the video recording quality.
Disabled the debug notification icon on the status bar. Doesn't increase performance at all.
Forced the launcher to stay in memory. This could slow down the front app, but allow for quicker app switching.
Increased network speed.
I have more but i forgot :/
Theres not much you really can improve/add at this point lol
OH and TW has been fixed. Wont FC when choosing lockscreen on homescreen and no more white on white text in the menu of tw

Troubleshooting:
1. Did you do a full wipe?? If not, please do.
2. Did you reboot?
3. Don't restore app data via TIBU
4. Post in this thread
Known issues
TW widgets dont fit properly but isnt that annoying.
Widgets may tell you they don't fit.
*Solution* Menu> Apex settings> Homescreen settings> change Portrait grid to 5x6 or more and Landscape grid to 5x4 or more. Your widgets will fit now.
It will hang when booting, let it sit for a good 2-3 min.
