[HELP] Ace Brick...

Hi, well yesterday I was trying to flash the SGAce of my dad with Odin, but it was like 18 minutes without moving from the part that said "qcsbl download .." and as I unplug the phone and I closed the Odin, as I unplug the phone and turn it off so I try to turn it back on and nothing, try to enter the recovery mode and nothing, so try to enter anything Download ... and now I have a paperweight ... What I can do?
view my post here, flash the clockworkmod recovery from stock. if u allready have cwm, then flash the rom in the link off your sd card. it will boot up.

not work, download files ClockWorkModAce.zip Root.zip and place them on a MicroSD, insert the MicroSD to the phone and try to enter recovery mode and nothing happens ... : s Understand that the phone does not respond (it has full battery, no SIM) as well as connect to the computer via USB or attempt to charge the screen does not respond. Do you know any other solution? : s

Thanks dragonnn spacecaker, today I learned something new and I'll put you to review this more thoroughly, but the important thing now, I have everything installed ok but when I put "adb devices" do not see the Ace, remember that the phone is in black does nothing.

I really thought that the Baseband is corrupted. ODIN is dangerous sometimes (Mine was freezing too, Thankfully it was on data.rfs) :/

Yep, service is your answer. Bricked mine about a month ago. No life whatsoever, couldn't turn it on. I tried every possible solution that search results offered me and still nothing. At the end it had to be flashed directly on board. So I spent 50 euros on service, but I learned a valuable lesson.

Oh, I'm fine now, 50 euros lighter but with working Ace.
Ticoticox3000 is the one with the brick in his hand.
He should try the usb jig and share the experience.
ive tried it when mine was bricked but 4 day later i dropped mine from concrete stairs -_-
but yeah that was 4 months after i bought my ace now ive got it already 1.6 year

Full BRick!

Phone will not boot, full brick. Anyone know how to remove the internal memory chip from the board and know of a device that can read it?
How did you manage this? A bit of information might be useful.
Thanks.

This might be helpful for taking the phone apart and working out what's what.

I would assume the chip would need some specialist equipment to read it though :/
Donate it to Adam outler for testing his unbrickable mod.
Bad luck dude.

Maybe its just dead and charging is broken? Worth trying an external charger or friends device to make sure, that really is bad luck I hope to get this phone but I wont be diving into roms until I'm sure this won't happen :/

Note + Don't blame the ROM, it is ALWAYS the USER, as it was your choice. Nobody made you try flash it!
Is your device a international I9300 or I9300T model?
What did you mean exactly "Phone will not boot", stuck at samsung logo? or phone just won't power on?
try usb jib for S3. you should be able to go to yellow download icon mode and then flash back the old stock rom again.

All of your posts up until this thread have been in the Xperia forums... So you're presumably a new Galaxy SII user.
What did you try to flash? (a link would be helpful)
What is the exact model number of the phone you tried to flash? (look on the label under the battery)
But my initial impression agrees with przemcio510. If you get no reaction when trying to power the phone on, nor when plugging it into an AC charger, you've likely bricked the phone, and your only options at this point are to take it somewhere that can JTag it, or go to a Samsung repair center.

there is no jtg plug
may u mean a USB-JIG or a jtag unit
anyway u can try to pull out the bat. for at least 15 minutes after that plug it back in and see what happens if it does not help try to buy a usb jig on ebay or something other if that also does not work u have a hardbricked device and just a boardreplacement or a jtag unit can save u.
thats the reason why i do not like aroma installer it can lead into serious trouble on exynos galaxy S2 devices

Need help with a soft bricked GS3 please

Hi chaps,
I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII of my mates here thats stuck on the boot logo, my mate has already had a go at fixing it with odin with no joy.
I can get it into download mode ok and have odin downloaded ready, i have a feeling he has wiped the operating system and bootloader off :silly:, need some advice on how best to proceed with this one.
The details inside the phone are as follows
MODEL GT-I9300
FCC ID A3LGTI9300A
SSN:-I9300GSMH
IMIE354244/05/981362/2
S/M RF1CABR307M
Thanks in avance
I have tried installing UK factory software using odin 3.07 and 3.09 with no joy, as soon as it trys to write it fails, i thing maybe the bootloader is damaged or missing, how do i fix that?
Try the rescue firmware, from general forum with the pit.
If that doesn't work then the emmc chip is damaged.
Without bootloader the the boot would be a hard brick, it is what runs download mode so it's still there.

Nope tried 1.4.8.0 usb drivers, still failed on write
In this link you should find everything you need. The zipped driver is older than the .exe and older than the driver you have. It is also the one that works for me.
