Too many home screens
Hey is there any way which allows us to reduce the number of home screens?? Because i used this ROM and although it works exceptionally well,9 home screens becomes too overwhelming...so can you please explain how we can reduce the no of home screens??

If you don't want home mod, open the zip, go in system/app folder and delete home.apk and homeadd.apk then flash normally with cwm.

Hi Friends,
This is Stock Sony Launcher with ICS animation in App drawer and with multiple home screen
I have made 3,5,7 and 9 panels for home screen.So the restriction to have only 5 screen is removed now !! Go and get any one you want and follow these instructions to make it work !
And this is for Xperia Mini Pro (SK17i) Users with Android 2.3.4 OS as i have tested it on my SK17i
Mini,Active and Live users can try at their own risk ! And please report if it works....
NOTE : I am not responsible if you damage your device by my work ! AND DON'T HESITATE TO HIT THANKS BUTTON IF YOU LIKE MY WORK !!
Instruction for use :
1] Firstly choose number of screen you want to have and download proper file from here.
2] Now extract "Xperia Nero Home (X Screen).rar " anywhere you want.
3] MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSTALLED ANY OPTIONAL LAUNCHER TO AVOID FORCE CLOSES IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG !
Now Just Copy " Home.apk " and put it anywhere in phone memory before you replace original file using adb or Root Explorer etc and change permission to

4] Make backup of original Home.apk before you copy this one.
5] Lastly replace original Home.apk from System/app folder with the one you copied to phone memory and reboot ....
And you are done !

But if you want then get such launcher from theme and app section
This is mod of Home.apk which the original file came from Alifdroid. But i'll post this to you all. All this mod does is if you set the device to landscape, it should be able to auto rotate the home (without the need of opening keyboard in Xperia Mini Pro)
I know the screenshot is from hdpi device, but it should give you the idea of this mod
CAUTION: To apply this mod, better to empty your home widgets first. Some error may occur. If this mod gives you error, please flash the stock and the home will be reset and when you reapply this mod, it will work

First i make backup for my home.apk and then I flash auto rotate. I don´t like that auto rotate and I replace in system folder home.apk and now I have black home screen. Stock zip don´t help me. Any ideas?

I'm using Serajr home v3 based X-mini ics home now. But i can't add on-off tools, clock widget and weather widget from xperia s ics fw. So hope that a dev will help me port them to mdpi device's ics home. Tks so much

if you're using v3 Mini Home Launcher by Serajr, you need to install widgetpicker/addwidget aswell....without it you wont be able to use Xperia S widget cause most of Xperia S widget have a multiple choice widget in one widget....

Thank you. But it is not work. I think it's need some mod for those widgets to work
Thilinac mod has that features, but only work stock
tools widget works for cm9.

I disistallato the home with titanium backup and now when I turn on my phone I only have the black screen where I can not do anything.
The phone has root permissions, however, it is not unlocked and I can not install a rom.
I, however, the recovery function which flash a home in zip format.
On the Internet, however, not been able to find home zip.
If someone had the good will of a zipparmi zipme and send it home with him would be very grateful.
On GooglePlay we are home for less than 200k for example fast simple home or home.
Just install it on your device and then converts it into zip format zipme flashabile.

Make your customised theme using Xperia Theme Creator..
Search it at sony website and install on your PC. follow the instructions for installation.. Goodluck

You really got no choice.. Anyway. It's simple and easy to use.. A bit of photoshop, copy and paste and voila.. Your navigation buttons are changed. I dunno how to attach file, i always got error uploading screenshot.. but, i changed mine to xperia kitkat style navigation button..
My phone is xperia m4 , not rooted..

Yes, I know that also made my own themes. But it's not that perfect, also a lots of bugs. There are some devs, whose are using more advanced tools for themes, so I was to get a bit help from them. Btw thanks if you can share your own made themes.
