Rom:
Built directly from the kies download, comes with everything in the shipped firmware so you can choose what to keep. This is what I've been using as my daily driver so it's tested and fully operational. I haven't had any FC's and I've noticed good battery life and quick GPS locks. No modem included, make sure you grab the one you need from the bottom of this post.
Original build - closest thing to actual stock, now in second post!​
Features:
Telus DTLLF4 Base, Stock.
Absolutely no ATT garbage! The phone, contacts, messaging and status bar are much cleaner in Canadian relase imo.
No hacks needed for Tethering!
Rooted - SuperSU app included.
Busyboxed, Deodexed, Zipaligned.
No boot sound.
h0tkernel R5s1 with System Tuner and BLN Included. Thank h0tw1r3.
ES File Explorer, and Titanium Backup included.
Quick Boot included for easier recovery access.
S-Note, Nova launcher + other apps now included.
Conversions for Rogers and Bell users, now with Carrier apps.
Google and included apps all updated.
Fully Bloated, so you can keep what you want!
I've only removed 2 things related to system updates, as any updates will be coming from me :fingers-crossed:

Conversions:
What are they? For Bell and Rogers users, turn my Telus base into the Rogers/Bell equivalent. These zips include the build.prop from the Rogers/Bell builds, the CSC files for network/carrier specific settings and now you can get them with the Carrier apps as well. These are the only thing that differentiate the Canadian ICS versions. Now you wont have to wonder if a Rogers/Bell base could somehow be better. I recommend installing right after installing my rom.

Instructions:
Copy I717D-TLLF4-BASE.zip, modem and optional Bell/Rogers conversion to your sdcard
Restart in recovery
Wipe data/factory reset
Install I717DTLLF4-BASE.zip
Install optional Bell/Rogers conversion
Install modem
Done!
Tips:
Turn off notifications in SuperSU
Use Nova Launcher as your default and in Nova Settings/Look and Feel, set scroll speed and animation speed to "Faster than light." For some added sex appeal set Icon Theme to "Jelly Bean"

Optional Mods:
LF4 Custom Canadian 4-way Power Menu Freshly baked and fully supported, copy to sdcard flash in recovery
These mods should work, if they don't work for you I wont be supporting them. Just reflash my Rom and leave as is. When flashing any mods make sure you let the rom boot once before you do, don't flash immediately after install of rom.
Electron73's 15 toggle Mod tested and working! however changes some things in the status bar to their uglier ATT counterpart.

I have extracted the modems from all the Canadian ICS firmwares directly from the kies downloads and made them into a cwm flashable zip for you guys since there doesn't seem to be any floating around. All tested by me and working.

It's an optional mod with some GS3 goodies, it should work but like any mods added to this rom if there's any issues with them I wont be supporting them.

I had the same problem (I'd just get to a screen with error messages after a while), but the download worked after disabling NoScript for the site. If you have a similar Javascript blocker or something, that might be affecting your ability to successfully start the download.

This is way cool.... Loving an authentic Telus build as I'm on Telus, and it has cooler features like an n icon for wifi n and nicer lte icon imho. Also finally no stupid att contacts crap or us only yellow pages.

Rom does not ship with h0tkernel, it comes with a modded LF6 kernel from the ATT release. Any ICS modem should work with JB.

I think some people are getting this confused as a Telus rom. My intent is to use this as my base and have it fully functional for all Canadian carriers.
