Dang that's going to be huge in a car!
I figure most 10" universal mounts should work.

You can find some on ebay.I just ordered one.I can't post the link,because i don't have 10 post yet,but if you want,send me a msg,and i will reply

What kind of mount do you want? In front for navigation or like a headrest mount?
arkon has a pretty good variety of tablet mounts.

I was looking for a suction mount like for the windshield, but I was going to mount it to my lower dash under the radio in my Silverado for using waze and such. I'd prefer if they had an official samsung mount, but obviously, no luck. How trustworthy are those universal mounts?

I posted this in another thread, but this one is probably more appropriate.
I actually ended up making my own, a TV mount coupled with a gel case.
TV mount: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0044YMQIW
Gel case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009L7OMVG
With a little modification, it worked out quite well.
I like this setup because I can easily reach the tablet to control Pandora, Stitcher, Maps, etc, and still swing it over for a passenger to watch Netflix or browse the web.
For audio/usb connection, I'm going to try the cord I posted in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2018021

Hey Miami_Son,
Yeah i did find your tread after posting mine, and just commented on it, do u have a how to or anything?
Thanks
P.S feels good im not the only crazy on the "needs" the gel buds
Why do that? just get the wired remote and use regular headphones?
I have the original HTC remote and it's awesome, has all the controls you need on it.
What wired remote? Link?

Eh?
Oh well, let me google that for you .
I also got a simple extUSB to 3.5mm converter for $1.5.
Looks good. Wonder why I never heard of it before. In searches for HTC accessories I've never seen it.

IDK, I got'em with my Raphael, and kept them
But the cheapest route is to get some extUSB->3.5mm dongles off ebay.

That's why I made up the set I posted earlier. I hate using a dongle. I found the HTC thingie on eBay, but none cheaper than $25 + shipping. I'll stick with my homemade headset.

Eh? You have a variety of extUSB->3.5mm dongles/cables.
Just get one that suits you.

I guess you don't understand. I DON'T like the dongles. That's why I made my own set of USB earphones with gel buds. Can't make it any clearer than that.

^^^ thats a knock off of the HTC one, i like the concept but would just want one with just the remote not the mic... might interfere with my bose headphone that has a mic build in

Is it this?
Looks interesting...Prolly priced around $40.00 (just guessing)
I would assume a more hefty price tag.

It looks interesting enough that I signed up for the pre-order notification... :>)
That's it

wow, i almost got out of my chair and bust a move when I watched that video.. lol, would be even better if it had a keyboard attached so we could type a little better when roms come out.

I was hoping to use a usb keyboard when we get roms.
Sooooo March is when this thing is going to go into pre order status priced at 60$
_______sig starts here______
Even you were a beginner once
If this post helped click the thanks button!
remember QTIP - Quit Taking It Personal
I have a rooted NC and I am just waiting for the right time root my wifes NT. I think this would get used in our house I just cant justify spending $60 on it right now (or March).
Looks cool, but it seems a bit bulky. I can't see lugging that thing around anywhere, and I don't use my NT at my desk at home enough to justify that. I like the business card holder/stand that albertwertz uses. I'll probably go w/ that.
albert's card holder charger?
Do you know what this is and where he got it?
(POST DELETED) Wrong tab, sorry about that XD

Want!
I use my Nook as my main alarmclock and bedside reading/watching device. This would be perfect. I was thinking about making a dock but I couldn't think of a decent way to mount the charge cable.

I would be interested as well, but for a slightly different purpose: I wanted to use Skype and be able to use my tablet as a whiteboard. The closest I got was to use [email protected] which allows you to stream your screen through USB. The only problem is that the sync speed is quite slow, at 10 fps.
The problem seems different than what you're asking, but keep in mind that the FPS limitation is due to Android's screenshot function, which takes 0.9 seconds for a screenshot.
I did some googling a week or two back and have been meaning to try android screencast - can anyone recommend it ?
Link to guide on androis screencast.
Would be v.useful to be able to have PC linked to projector in a meeting showing drawing from Flyer, the pen makes quick sketches very easy.
Well I'm not talking about a vid function, more like real time drawing on like Photoshop etc... To use this as a mouse...
I've tried what u are asking for.. but on my cellphone... Its quite handy if you wanna do a tutorial etc... But it's not as crisp as you want it, and not the smoothest... But workable!
But, again, I'm interested in a draw pad...

https://code.google.com/p/remotedroid/
i know you guys have posted last year and have probably found something else but thought i would share
thanks
Any movement on this?
wondering if anyone did find a graphics-tablet style app for use with the flyer? remotedroid isn't as good as splashtop, for what it does, but still not a photoshop tablet - any takers?
Thanks

Thanks, dude!
Will hit that up for GiMP rather than PS then - was ideally looking for Win/OSX solutions, though I have no objection at all to a little Ubuntu lovin'
I know it's an old thread, but just recently started messing about with the Flyer since my note went on the blink so it could stand in as a phone till I get the aerial sorted, so catching up on what else the wee tab's capable of

Best Desktop Dock?

Looking to get a docking station for my Evo... I've found a few that are listed on this site... But it seems like all of them say "Does not initiate dock mode"... Are there any that do? Would like to hear opinions on them... Don't use a case, so thats not an issue. But would like dock mode and also to be able to watch Netflix and charge at the same time....

I just bought this one..... http://www.4u-mobi.com/onlinestore/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=77
Works out pretty well so far, fits with or without a case
I have been wondering which is the best myself, I think I am going to just order the Hyperion model.
Thanks guys... Looking like the one you linked doesn't support Dock mode... Still on a quest to find one that does...

RAM Mount, no drill car mount

I have this mount for my Nexus 6. I had it for two months, then ended up getting a new car. My new car has a place to put my phone, so I no longer need this mount. It's an awesome mount. Holds the phone super secure and allows you to easily adjust the position of it while docked.
I can sell it for $50 flat. I purchased it for $80. It's in like new condition.
Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this. Swappa didn't seem right, as it appears to be just for phones.
Really cool looming mount, however XDA forbids people from selling things on any forum or post. I don't care one way or the other, but I thought that I'd give you a heads up before someone got all bent out of shape about it.
