As described in the title, this is "Xperience Mod SEMC Debrand Engine". In this rom I will try to fix progressively all the bugs here, so please be patient and BE RESPECTFUL, if you want to try just flash the rom and report issues, this way we can go on without interruptions in this proyect, so thanks in advance for that, if you are about to comment some troller stuff please think twice before do that, like said before please be respectful.

How to install:
1. Download SEMC Debrand Engine V3 and XPERIENCE SEMC debrand engine
2. Flash semc debrand engine and kernel using latest FLASHTOOL
3. Boot into CWM
4. Full wipe
5. Flash the ROM
6.- Flash XPERIENCE ZIP
7. After step 5 → DO NOT FULL WIPE!
8. Reboot
9. Enjoy

Ok, second day testing. This version of SDE seems MUCH MORE performing than original good work! The original was almost unusable after some hours, due to terrible lagging, NOT experienced here.
However, here we have the same major bugs: I've already reported the frequent (not always) reboot after unplugging the USB cable from computer (still not tested from charger), and I've the same incredible battery drain as in first version of SDE. I try to explain better: phone idle and standby the battery consumption is normal, as you turn on screen battery drain starts like hell. I know screen uses a lot of battery but here it is terrible. I attach a screen shot of only two hours usage.
Tested wifi tethering and it works perfectly.

I know that problem is in system/bin/akmd2 file if you replace with original sde of x10 mini no reboots but autorotaion no work

Requirements:
Latest 2.1.1.A.0.6/2.1.1.C.0.0 SE firmware / Baseband: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
Unlocked bootloader
Latest version of the nAa .29 kernel or nAa .32 kernel
Instructions:
Download the MiniCM7-xxx.zip from the release link that follows
Backup your /data contents: contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
Move the MiniCM7-xxx.zip to the root folder of your sdcard. Download the suggested Google Apps for CM7 from here (check http://goo-inside.me/gapps/ if you want to experiment with other gapps versions)
Unlock your bootloader, if you haven't already. Check http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225 for a nice tutorial
Flash the nAa kernel using Flashtool. To to this:
- Turn off your phone
- Start the Flashtool\X10FlashTool.exe and select Flash. Then select the E15_nAaxxx kernel firmware (this flashes both the kernel.sin and the loader.sin)
- Keep the back button pressed while connecting the usb cable. Flashtool should detect your phone and flash the kernel.
- Once done, disconnect the usb cable and power on the phone.
Once the logo appears, press the back button repeatedly to enter CWM.
- Select 'backup and restore -> Backup'
- Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (RECOMMENDED)
- Flash the MiniCM7-xxx.zip. To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the MiniCM7-xxx.zip
- Flash gapps
Reboot (first boot will take ~2 mins)
Once your device has booted, you can navigate to CM Settings -> System -> Update notifications and select 'Register'. This way you can get update notifications on new versions of MiniCM7!
Please make sure you followed the above steps before reporting any issues, especially 'wipe data/factory reset'

Currently i cant use your kernel as i using GDX right now but i really want ur kernel as its has more extra ram. No vibration, wifi error, bluetooth ok, OC reboots at 806MHZ

Requirements:
Latest 2.1.1.A.0.6/2.1.1.C.0.0 SE firmware / Baseband: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
Unlocked bootloader
Latest version of the nAa .29 kernel or nAa .32 kernel
Instructions:
Download the MiniCM7-xxx.zip from the release link that follows
Backup your /data contents: contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
Move the MiniCM7-xxx.zip to the root folder of your sdcard. Download the suggested Google Apps for CM7 from here (check http://goo-inside.me/gapps/ if you want to experiment with other gapps versions)
Unlock your bootloader, if you haven't already. Check http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225 for a nice tutorial
Flash the nAa kernel using Flashtool. To to this:
- Turn off your phone
- Start the Flashtool\X10FlashTool.exe and select Flash. Then select the U20_nAaxxx kernel firmware (this flashes both the kernel.sin and the loader.sin)
- Keep the back button pressed while connecting the usb cable. Flashtool should detect your phone and flash the kernel.
- Once done, disconnect the usb cable and power on the phone.
Once the logo appears, press the back button repeatedly to enter CWM.
- Select 'backup and restore -> Backup'
- Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (RECOMMENDED)
- Flash the MiniCM7-xxx.zip. To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the MiniCM7-xxx.zip
- Flash gapps
Reboot (first boot will take ~2 mins)
Once your device has booted, you can navigate to CM Settings -> System -> Update notifications and select 'Register'. This way you can get update notifications on new versions of MiniCM7!
Please make sure you followed the above steps before reporting any issues, especially 'wipe data/factory reset'

yeah i was basically to sleepy to look for the correct kernel... should've slept more. anyways, first impressions: amazin work. feeling like traveling with the speed of light through my device
OMG.. 1382 score on Quadrant at the first run! My highest score what my phone reached was 1198. :O

I'm interesting about the 2D score, its really using nAa kernel? I'm using nAa kernel 11, and mini cm 219, but i got 2D score : 285.
If the score is right for nAa kernel, i think its really nice ROM.

You'll always be able to freeze or delete any app that you don't like using titanium backup or another program, don't you??
Excellent!! : D It's the best rom that I tested Highly recommended for its high performance!! Everything works perfect and there is nowhere bugs.
The battery drain is quite high nearly 70% over night I charged before sleeping, nothing is on gps, wifi etc. Everything is off yet such a huge battery drain.

It happens to you it with is rom?. If it is like that it is rare, since to it my me does not spend almost anything of battery in the night.
But try to wipe in battery stats

Wow man, I've never heard something like that, I could spend the whole night listening music and my battery never drains 70%, I think your battery is about to die
this rom compatible with any nAa kernel right , cause iam using 10 not 11? , also if someone used nAa's rom then used this plz tell me how smooth is it and how far is it better than nAa rom cause actually i like the looking of this rom

i just flashed this rom but the google account is missing. i flashed it without full wipe and then reflashed doing a full wipe but the possibility to set a google account is still missing.

1.i debloated the rom and remove things i dont use like email.. etc
still the rom dies when screen is off with 10 mins i rebooted my devices around 4 times already
2.Reboot option icons (when you hold power button) is hard to see

Maybe
found a temporary solution for lockscreen bug guys, try this: disable system lockscreen -set it to none, then download holo lockscreen then voila, no more black screen of death.

Ok, but it causes horrible battery drain, 'cuz with perf governor the CPU runs on the setted max. frequency (e.g.:748mhz,600mhz,whatever is the maximum)
HTC Sense... Devs, please do it for x8!

so the final version of XSDE was based on 2.3.7 and im satisfied with it.so is there a chance you might work on the new SDE that is based on 2.3.4? I am going to try this Rom now o/

hi my friend, the problem maybe in the superuser app of the ROM, try downloading Chainfire's SuperSU, it will ask you to update the su binary, just accept it, and lastly, in the settings of superSU convert it to system app
