Good news! change your bootloader Access to YES - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Buenos días a [email protected]
Good day, everyone!
[Tr. This text is somewhat awkwardly worded, so my apologies if sounds that way, just trying my best to make it as clear as possible]
For starters, our apologies for taking so long in replying or giving a solution, just to tell you that, about the ability to unlock your bootloader on Xperia phones, and after direct contact with Sony, we can confirm that the parameter that permits the modification of the programming is, for security reasons, being automatically activated in SIM-locked devices, no matter the carrier.
Movistar did not know about said locking mechanism, and, for that reason, it was not done by our request, but, as previously indicated, by the device makes, since unlocking the bootloader will, logically make the SIM-lock less safe.
Now that we know of the existence of said parameter, it seems logical to us that the devices have their bootloaders locked, but we have requested Sony to make it so that unlocking the SIM-lock code would enable bootloader unlocking as well, from now on.
As long as this new policy on unlocking (we wish to remind you that unlocking the bootloader could mean losing your warranty) and because it's not possible to enable unlocking the bootloader via any code, Sony has proposed a solution.
That those of you that wish to enable unlocking, and after unlocking the device through SIM-lock, should get in contact with Sony Xperia Customer Support at [email protected] with your e-mail, IMEI and your Xperia unlocking code.
Greetings.

Someone care to translate it better than Google Translate for the rest of us? From what I was able to decipher if you get a Simunlock code you can some how get the Bootloader Unlock Allowed changed to Yes?

Yeah, in Spain if you get a Simunlock, sony takes your phone for 5 days I believe, and returns it to you wit the the bootloader unlocked.

google translate:
Good morning to everyone s
First of all our apologies for the delay in giving you a solution or answer, tell you that the matter of permission to unlock the bootloader of the Xperia terminals, and after being in contact with Sony, I can confirm that the parameter that gives permission to modification of the schedule, for safety reasons it is automatically activating those terminals that have simlock, regardless of the operator they are. Movistar was unaware of that lock, and therefore has not been a request by us, but as noted previously, is activated by the manufacturer as logically bootloader unlocking the simlock reduces security. Now we know of the existence of this parameter, it seems logical that the terminals have the bootloader locked, but we have asked Sony if possible simlock code itself also enable the permission to unlock the bootloader from now on.
As long as this new policy applies unlock (I want to remember that unlocking the bootloader can involve the loss of the guarantee) and since you can not enable the permission to unlock the bootloader by entering a code, the solution Sony has proposed is that those of you who want to have such permits, and having released through Simlock terminal, you get in touch with the customer service of Sony Xperia in questions.es @ support.sonymobile . com indicating your e-mail and the IMEI unlock code for your Xperia.
greetings

Spoke to o2 first. They told me if I sim unlocked my phone, the bootloader status would change to yes.
I got the code from them, sim unlocked my phone, obviously didn't work.
So I spoke to them again, and they said the bootloader was broken but as it didn't affect functionality of the phone they wouldn't do anything.
Hope someone finds a way round soon.
Awful not being able to flash cm roms after getting rid of my x10.
Cheers,
Lunar.

Yes, when you will sync the phone then in phone maintenance you will get an option to tick/untick the bootloader.

Did it work (Have a guess) how come the lucky people who live in spain get the status > Yes?

'ENGLISH' the official language here in this post
Help/ Ayuda
Hi the member has a question/ problem, he states that the device he has is a g4, but the rom he flashed was probablyt a g3 rom. He also states that the phone does not power on, and if theres anything that he could do to remedy that. Don't mean to butt in, but the fact that one has a language barrier and somehow manages to find this website/forum probably means that whoever has the ability to understand and translate should help out, and not turn away any member simply due to the language barrier.

ok, we all here the senior members and gurus are always happy to extend whatever help we can offer and provide every assistance, to get the guy out of a problem, but if a person fails to understand, what the problem is,due to language barrier, how he can help ! Thats why the official language is English as its very widely spoken and converse with.
Anyway! if he has flashed a G3 Rom with IPL/SPL on a G4 device,it certainly is a 'Brick',there's nothing anyone here can do about it or give him any advise to recover it back, the only solution is to replace the M-System Flash Chip (DOC) on the motherboard or complete replacement of the Motherboard.
i think you got tired writing that on and on zabardast ...well i have the same problem akito88 and sent it to the service repair center...it will cost be but at least i will have a working device...are you sure you flashed a g3 on a g4...tell us the ipl and spl of you phone if you still have it...and tell us what you have flashed...maybe there is hope...have a nice day
so.......is spanish the official unnofficial language?

No problem friend ! Thats what this grrrrrrr8 forum is famous for "Help & Support" but it also suggests & recommends to the newbies "Search & Seek",its full with hundreds of threads, posts and pages with info & guides, practically on every subject and problem regarding Windows Mobile devices (PDA's),all the newcomers (noobs) are advised to 'Read & Read' and fully understand the subjects they are seeking, before doing any procedure, coz altering the defaults of a gadget is "Moding & Hacking" and it always carries the Risk of failure and ruining the device altogether, but if done with knowledge and correctly.than, you'll agree that results are always fruitful.
Even,if the things go wrong, there's always 'Help' nearby to get the things right. But atleast "Help Us Help You" by providing the correct info & nature of problem!
Have a nice day

when u start the phone, check at
IPL X.XX.XXXX
SPL X.XX.XXXX
where X is a number, pls tell us

cuando prendas el telefono, fijate en
IPL X.XX.XXXX
SPL X.XX.XXXX

Unlock Boot Manager of an ANE lx1 without dc, hcu or potato nv.

Mod edit - translated by https://www.deepl.com/translator
Unlock bootloader without paying or JTAG.
It is my impression or there is no one who wants to unlock the bootloader of the Huawei p 20 lite ANE lx1, or there is no interest.
Hackers do a great job on hardware and software to get this for free.
I know on honor 8 they have obtained it by data mining the bootloader on the device.
Mr ALF recommends Potato nv, which seems extreme to me as I have to demagnetise the phone.
I find this method inappropriate as you have to disassemble part of the device to achieve this.
I know that in honor 8 they managed to extract the bootloader from the device, but I don't know how and I would like to learn.
my build is 8.0.0.46(OCXB), where I disabled Google's FRP protection and found security holes in the firmware such as the disappearance of the file manager. all this leads me to think that in this build, despite still having "vendor orange" the firmware is more than likely hacked (Testing firmware, I think).
My questions were:
Is it possible to extract the bootloader directly from the device and how to do it without unmounting the device?
Anyone other than ALF, who can give me serious and not infantiloid options?
Software tools for the process?
Techniques and methods for the process?
Links to the honour 8 thread, where they got results that I couldn't find again?
A time machine to bring ALF from the 80s to the 21st century?
And by the way an effective and well explained method to recover a LG K10 420n motherboard with error 1003?
Thank you to all the people who collaborate, {Mod edit}
I am willing to decrypt a Huawei, which did nothing better than the Ascend p7.

Thank you.

Welcome to XDA. I hope you'll always find the support you require. I've moved your thread to the Q&A section.
This is just a friendly reminder that English is the mandatory language and as courtesy, I've translated your above post. With reference to rule no. 4 of the XDA Forum Rules, please post in English or add at least an English translation to your Spanish posts.
Spoiler: Rule No. 4
4. Use the English language.
We understand that with all the different nationalities, not everyone speaks English well, but please try. If you're really unable to post in English, use an online translator. You're free to include your original message in your own language, below the English translation. (This rule covers your posts, profile entries and signature). You could try :- https://translate.google.com/ or https://www.babelfish.com/ or use one of your choice.
As you are heavily promoting hacking and hackers, I suggest that you also closely review rule no. 6 and no. 12; while we encourage sharing of development we also support the developers publishing their work on XDA in the protection of their intellectual property.
Furthermore,a dn please see this as very important: I've edited a part out of your post! Please read rule no. 2 about member conduct very well: We do not accept any statements that show disrespect to another member or offends the member!
Thanks for your cooperation!

Excuse me, but... I do not promove piratery more than others here, and, are the same rules for all in xda? Please be carefull with the newees
I don't think you can unlock other than those 2 methods. But that doesn't mean there aren't any other way. Check this thread for example. As thread suggests you should be on build June 2018 or lower. That doest give you any flexibility because lowest you can go with dload for c432 is build .125 which is June patch itself iirc. I have a second phone that I'd like to unlock but I dont have the time. If that works please let me know.
Edit: Looks like they can't generate slock anymore. I just had time to check their telegram. Even they recommended using hcu or potatonv, rip.

I will make ONE post and then you're getting slapped on ignore. I have no patience for people repeatedly making the same post expecting a different answer, no tolerance for people unwilling to follow simple instructions and no sympathy for people who can't be bothered to listen.
Sell the damn phone for parts. Its bootloader cannot be unlocked and can never be unlocked unless you somehow figure out the demo mode password. Even then the IMEI is most likely blacklisted world wide, meaning you will never get service on a major network.
