Call reception problem? - HTC Desire X

I upgraded from my trusty HTC Desire to the Desire X about a month ago and its been great apart from one issue. During calls the line will cut out for approx 10-15 seconds before coming back on. It happens fairly frequently 1+ times per call and is really annoying as I use the phone for work calls as well. Unsure if anyone else has experienced this problem?? I haven't changed providers or sims so don't think that's the issue. The phone is rooted but still with stock everything. Would appreciate any ideas on this.
Cheers

It might be a hardware issue. If you have warranty go to a service center. They will probably give you a new phone.

The reception on my Desire X is better than on my Sensation XE

[Q] Missing Calls/Texts with custom ROM

I recently flashed to FroydVillain 1.5.0 and the ROM_Radio_G3_Radio_HERO_63.18.55.06S_6.35.17.03 radio and I've been experiencing some strange things.
During a call (an important one so Murphy and his law were surely not going to leave well enough alone), the phone not only DROPPED the call, the phone actually rebooted.
I find that my phone will miss/not receive the signal from my carrier and I'll miss both calls and texts.
UPDATE: I just want to clarify on the missed calls. They will go straight to voicemail and then between 2 and 24 hours later I'll get a text saying I have "9 New Voicemail". This, as you can imagine, is problematic at best.
Is this a ROM Problem? (Okay the phone rebooting likely is. But the calls and Texts?) Is this a carrier thing?
Also, as an aside since I'm planning ahead: For those who have done this before, how do you go about getting rid of still functioning smartphones to upgrade to the latest and greatest? I kinda want to move on to an HTC Desire Z with Bell but I don't want to just pitch my Hero either.

[Q] No voice out during call

I just got my radar. I liked it. But it has an annoying issue. There is voice out during
call. It displays call connected but we can not hear each other. It happened to me several times. It is getting me mad.
Did you guys have similar experience?
Not a single problem. May be defective device or problem in mobile operator. I use mine HTC Radar from Nov 2011. Very fast phone and no need to reset for this period.

Service issues. Annoying

I've been getting annoying service issues the past few days. I did in another state about 10 min away. And another county about 25min away. I keep leasing data. Or it will go in to emerancy calls only which makes me think its switching over to tmobile. Anyone know whats going on? Its not the area cause another att phone with me both times didn't have an issue at all! Im running surorom 7. With stock modem. Any one have an idea?
As I am typing this my phone done it. And it also likes to switch to edge a few times while in town.

Someone Help.... VERY annoying!!
Not my sim card. as it does it with my ORANGE UK sim and my T-Mobile sim!
I've had my Note for 3 Weeks. I've never rooted, so I'm just on the stock AT&T ROM. I had that same issue, it would lose signal and become non responsive for up to 2 minutes until it reacquired a signal. it appears I've solved the problem by doing a Factory reset. My suggestion is that you return to stock and see if that solves your issue. if it does, redownload your ROM and reflash
Update: after a couple of days, the signal issue has returned. I'm waiting on a replacement from Amazon; I'm hoping this is just a defective device. Otherwise I'll have to return the Note. This signal issue is a deal breaker and I'll have to move on to the at&t One X (wasn't too impressed with with the SIII announcement).

Data disconnected Issue.

Hi Everyone,
I got an issue that just happened with my HTC One X+ which I got from UK about ten days ago. After doing some research others using the HTC DNA are expericing this issue as well.
The first week I got the phone everything worked fine and yesterday I can't seem to get the data connection to work. I tried rebooting, turning off/on the wifi, airplane mode etc. etc. nothing seems to help.
The funny thing is, I take the same vodafone SIM card and put it into my HTC One X which I got here in Australia and it works fine. No problems, always get a data connection.
However since the new HTC One X+ worked fine for the last few weeks and now it doesn't, it has nothing to due with the network.
Since DNA is having this same issue, I am wondering if it has to do with Jelly Bean or using the Sense upgrade from HTC One X and ICS, as this seems to be the only commonality. Maybe some special sleep mode etc... kicking in.
Has anyone else experiece this issue which is bloody frustrating ?
Any suggestions ?
UPDATE !
I still have this frustrating problem. With my galaxy note 10.1 I have 75% connection on GSM and a network connection. With HTC One X+ 20% connection on GSM and NO network connection.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Any suggestions anyone?
Is nobody else experiencing this issue?
I'm thinking of selling this phone and getting something else. Thought of DNA, but some people there are also experiencing the same issue.
Update. Got it working again. Network connections are a bit sensitive.
Will monitor this issue over the next week.
