Flash Siyah or Dorimanx kernel before flash rom
Download the rom and put it in your phone
Reboot in ClockWorkMod Recovery
Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache
Format /system
Flash the zip
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Enjoy! :good:
If you have FC, flash these gapps
If you are updating the ROM
Don't use ARD Updater to update from 2.1.0 it's not working !
Download new version
Put it to the root of your sd card/phone
Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache
Format /system
Flash the zip
Wipe cache and dalvik cache

So is this yet another cm ripoff with a different theme? Then it does not belong in original development. You don't even give credits to teamhacksung nor the cm guys!!! I find it really disrespectful.
Edit: I see you added credits. Try to be careful next time. Some people could get really annoyed.
