I'm on rooted stock I9100 ICS 4.0.4 LPW.
Can someone direct me or send me a modified phone.apk and contacts.apk with:
1. Non increasing ring tone.
2. Call recording.
3. Noise reduction off.
4. Bigger caller contact picture.
5. Unlimited joined contacts.
Also, is there a way to enable CRT off animation?
Please help.
I wouldn't mind changing to custom ROM, however, most of them are buggy or battery draining and I find myself getting back to stock ROM but missing a few simple customization.

I've installed ROM that I mention on the title and I have a problem that my calendar is missing? Why it is missing and how to get it back? I would have made this question in that wanam's thread but still missing my 10th post...

Yes the problem is with stock PQ / P7 as well as the cooked ones.
I have to try the odexed instead of deodexed...may worth trying.
The strange thing is that nobody reported this issue all are talking of icons color or ics color and lauchers...! and AOSP horrible white and raw mail / exchange and other apps...
Please notify if you manage to get calendar back, because I'm desperate and I need that calendar...

hey guys I am having little bit of trouble when i installed cm9 or any asop ROM when i make a call my phone wont show me "call waiting" when the other person is already in call as my galaxy stock ROM so if u guys can give me way to fix this or

Can't use stock phone/dialer on CM9/AOSP. Won't work. Stock rom = Samsung framework, CM9 = AOSP framework.
so is there any way to get outgoing "call waiting" notification like Nokia phones and galaxy s2 stock ROM
I recently upgraded to the most recent DLIH rom from Samfirmware and I have been using the recording fix provided by the community in a few variations to great success. Sadly however I can not get it to work on DLIH, but it works fine on DLIB, DLIB was the polish "official" release DLIH is the swedish one. But if I use the swedish one, then all I get when I try to flash the modded secphone.apk is that the signal bars turns into a big circle with a line through it meaning there is no signal and it will never even try due to secphone.apk being wrong.
So this brings me back to the question at hand, is there a recording mod that works with DLIH since I want to be able to record my calls for legal reasons and without going back to the polish Rom?

Finaly i found a mod that work in Jelly Beam XXDLIH.
The mod has been made for LI8 , come with aroma installer and you can select beteewn a lot of add to your phone. I only select call recording and 15 toogles and both works fine in my JB stockrom XXDLIH .

Found in Lighting Rom and FoxHound Rom before but these are in ICS.
if any one could give me the name of the ROM in JB( jelly Bean ) series which has the same features. I appreciate the most.
I found the MUII ROM Interface really good with White background. but none has the Call recording feature.
or is there a zip file that can be installed on the custom rom. please help

hi,mate.. there is a app called call recorder in Playstore,im using it in Resurrection remix ics and jb, since i want that call recording also. it never let me down.Like you i keep on searching if there is a zip file that can be flashed in cwm for me to get a call recorder,sadly i cant find anything.. but then this app comes,and boom!it got me, you can look at this for further details.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1441643

Kindly your assistance with few issues:
1. What is recommended Kernel for this ROM (ciyah and etc.), the battery is going very fast?
2. Where can I find Call recording MOD for this ROM?
3. Where can I find MOD for setting next/previous mode by volume keys?
4. Is there in FM radio application for this ROM?
5. What is the functionality of NAVIGATION RING - The only ring that I use is in the lock screen (what's the difference?)

What rom what kernel posts not allowed .
Its your choice read the rom thread .
2. Where can I find Call recording MOD for this ROM?
