Ghost Armor on HOX+ - HTC One X+

Hi All,
Has anyone installed a Ghost Armor skin for the back of a HOX+? I'm not sure if the new soft back will adhere.
Thanks!

I'm interested in this too.

I feel like a company wouldn't sell it of it wouldn't adhear and IF it didn't I would assume a refund would be the next step lol. But u know what assumeing does

I don't know about the Ghost Armor but I will tell you that I got an Armor Suit carbon fiber skin for my X+ and it wouldn't stick very well. In fact trying to take it off it ripped and the HTC emblem on the back completely tore off. Like it was cut. Because of the carbon fiber it was thick and tough. It didn't bend around the corners very well. Also it was for the OG One X (i know they are supposed to have the exact same measurements) but none of it lined up. I would have had to cut all the openings a little bit. The rubber backing on the phone wouldn't let it adhere the way it would have on a plastic or metal finished phone.
Hope that helps. Use caution when getting cases/skins made for the OG

I've ordered an One X+ UK GSM skin at BestSkinEver. Can take up to 5 days to deliver. Will post pictures when it arrives.
They (BSE) let you choose between One X+ GSM and OneX+ LTE (ATT). I take it the latter is a bit larger!?

Best Skins Ever?

Hey All,
I just picked up my new EVO and want to protect this baby. Currently, Best Skins Ever is having a buy one get one free sale and I was wondering what your thoughts were on the front skin fitting from a ONE X? In other words, will a screen protector made for the HTC One X fit on the EVO LTE. Right now, BSE does not stock any protectors for the EVO LTE, only for the variants of the ONE X

I don't think there the same. May be close enough to fit OK. It looks like the One X is rounded at the corners of the screen, where ours is a right angle. I wish BSE had ones for the Evo LTE. I would love to pick up a couple more to have for spares. I had the same one from BSE on my OG EVO for a year and a half. Still looked good.
I went with the XO skins for now and it was perfect. No orange peel at all. Not that the orange peel really ever bothered me before. They were the only ones shipping when I preordered.

Thickness of X+?

Is the same like X?
Only the weight varies by 5gms. Nothing difference in size

Not true - the X+ is thinner. Read the spec again.

according to the website for the One X+ for at&t, its thicker than the one xl http://www.htc.com/us/smartphones/htc-one-x-plus-att/
One X+ (at&t) 134.8 x 69.9 x 8.99 mm
One XL (at&t) 134.87 x 69.9 x 8.89mm
One X (int'l) 134.36 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm

So i presume, most of the cases for the One X will fit the One X+ ?
If so that is great news.

Should be close, but probably depends on the case. It looks like exiting One X/ XL cases will fit somewhat more snugly and, depending on how rigid a case it is, it may be too snug to fit. I guess there's just one way to find out for sure.

Thanks, it will be touch and go i think, like you said the only way to find out and that would be to buy a case.
I hope it's not much of a difference since I got the Extended Mugen Battery case 3200mAh not to long ago...

[Q] AT&T HTC One X+ - What case to get ?

I been trying to decide on a case to get for my phone, i also herd there are issues with some cases with AT&T LTE? These cases are One X.. which is the same size as one x+? I herd the international ones are smaller ?
These are my choices so far:
The less bulky:
http://www.case-mate.com/HTC-One-X-Cases/Case-Mate-HTC-One-X-XL-Tough-Case.asp
http://www.seidioonline.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=CSR3HTNXLK-BK
http://www.shopandroid.com/amzer-skin-case/4AA11730.htm
the bulky:
http://www.tridentcase.com/shop-products/htc-one-x-edge/kraken-ams-case-htc-one-x-edge.aspx
http://www.otterbox.com/HTC-One-X-C...4-83100_color=20&start=2&cgid=htc-one-x-cases
something different:
http://ion-factory.com/xforce.php
I would like to have a case that protects my phone but also does not make it any more larger than it already is, i had the commuter otterbox on my last phone and it was bulky but my phone was atrix 4g so it was just the right size, the htc one x+ is big in my hands by itself. I do drop and ding my phone a bunch while i work or do outdoor activities, but not too extreme.

I had an online chat with a Seidio rep about the One X+ and the Surface case - they told me that neither the AT&T/LTE case or the International case will work. I am skeptical of that claim, so I am ordering one of each (w/o kickstand) to see which works better. I should have them next Tuesday.
Edit: Returned my phone today (last day of my 14 day return window) due to the bluetooth issue, so I will still have the cases on Tuesday, but won't be able to test them. If anyone is in the PDX area and wants to try (or buy?) them, let me know, otherwise they will be going back. FYI, the International version of the Seidio Surface case with holster in red or blue is less than $11 at Amazon, $50 at Seidio and $25+ for the AT&T version at Amazon, so very good deals.
im rocking this case, good luck breaking your phone in this case one piece design and its a sexy looking case, fitment is 100% perfect on att one x plus i paid $18 on amazon normally $35 at At&t
I got the case mate barely there. It looks amazing!
Just ordered a casemate, for now. Let me know if anyone has any of the other cases i mentioned, i am still curious.
I have the otterbox and find its not as bulky as some other cases and it provides really good protection as well.

Converting INT battery case to AT&T

I bought a case on amazon thinking it would be compatible with my phone but it seems to be only for the int original one x. I've read that cases for the xl work with the x+. The case splits in two and it seems like all I would have to do is make holes to scoot the pins over. Any tips on how to do this and thoughts if it'll work?

[Q] hTC Hard cover

Ummm, hello
so i bought a htc one x+ 64GB around a week ago...
It came with a White silicon cover which i am having a hard time with, i keep on getting annoyed by trying to push the phone into my pocket
but when i try that the silicon cover has too much grip so it sticks halfway i my pocket...
so i'm about to buy a new cover, a hardcover and also a screen protector,
but i can't find any good for the htc one x+, only for the htc one x, so m question is: if i buy a cover and screenprotector ment for the htc one x
will it work perfectly with the htc one x+ or is there a little diffrence in size? i tried googling but couldnt find any answer to my question,
Regards,
-ozi
Next time, post the question in the Q&A section.
But to answer your question, yes. Both screen protectors and covers work, as long as they are both for specific versions of the One X and X+. That is, either International One X and One X+, or North American One X (like the AT&T One X) and One X+ (again AT&T One X+). So be careful, because there are differences between the international One X/X+, and the N/A One X/X+, like the placement of pogo pins on the back of the device - this is for covers.
As for screen protectors, all are OK for any of the models, although it's a bit difficult to find ones that cover the screen completely. Search the threads on this forum and the One X forum for more information on this.

Um, im sorry, next time i will post it there
thanks for your help.
Why do you need a cover anyway ? A phone with a cover makes it extremely big, while it is already not easy to put a X+ into your pocket .
No worries I have large pockets I just hate silicon cases because they stick In my pocket xD
