This is developed for the GSM 8GB version of Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-I8190), and tested when running I8190XXAMG1 baseband.
I'll only support this model since it's the only one I own, if someone wants to attempt to port this ROM to his model feel free to take my tree as base, but don't expect support from me.
I'll never recommend this rom for daily use, you'll use it at your own risk. I do this because I love to learn lots of things about Android.
Reporting Bugs
If you want to report bugs please read THIS HOWTO first. Please try to provide logs if you see errors (logcat and dmesg). If you don't know how to do that check google or ask people here to help you. Don't contact me directly.

If you turn Airplain mode on / off you will be able to have data (with correct APN settings ).
I can connect to internet fine but I dont have phone(incoming calls) as stated in OP

CM10 Alpha? That sounds great. I will test it after work

Tested for a couple of hours and runs smooth.
Installed also gapps-jb-20121011-signed and there were no problems
To enable data turn airplane mode on and off and you will get APN settings
For the moment two major known issues as stated in OP
- No calls
- USB mounting to read internal and external storage
Keep the good work

to all....please can someone flash my kernel or stock kernel ( you can get from dmod thread) to see if RIL works?? i think that some permission is missing in init.*.rc files..

You shouldn't take care of benchmarks too much, they depend a lot of platform, api version, gpu, screen... and blablabla, they also can be cheated, like samsung did with his Note 3
Selinux is a security improvement added to android, I did enabled it on kernel side to make the system binary stop spamming logs, but I haven't added real support yet, maybe next releases.

Oh ok, It dont feels slower or something. so the benchmark istn really convincing
And something is a little strange. The toggles in the notification-bar are a little bit different now. Or the handling istn the same, when you want to replace or add new toggles, it looks like the toggles from the "fast settings". and in 4.2.2 it was just a list. (omg, dont know how to say it right in english ^^) but it works, so maybe its just a 4.3-thing ^^

Well glad to see this thread finally. No words can express our gratitude for Munjeni. Right from porting JB 4.1.2 to this CM 10.2 (4.3), you have given life to our supposed EOL device.
But then again, I would request everyone to not make this thread for personal conversations and unnecessary posts. It's a DEV thread. Let's be highly supportive of Munjeni and test and verify his ROM development at every stage as it goes through completely, I hope.
Let's post proper error logs, non working parts, and NO ETAs for builds.
Cheers.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Instructions how to flash:
First time flashing CyanogenMod 11 your device, or coming from another ROM?
1 Download the zip(s).
2 Extract boot.img and flash via Fastboot
3 Boot into recovery
4 Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
5 Full wipe[data, cache, format system].
6 Flash CyanogenMod Rom Zip.
7 Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.
8 Reboot.

Got it :good:
Thanks!!!
The first Kit Kat Rom with working OMX and Bluetooth.
Can't wait to try, downloading soon.
Thank you soo much :fingers-crossed:
Edit: Downloaded and Working!!
Video is working. Haven't been able to test bluetooth yet.
Soo excited!
Edit:Bluetooth is working, able to recieve and send files. Haven't got any forecloses like reported by some.
The battery life was great. Although it said after about 10 hrs of use that the android system used up most of the battery, almost about 55%
Is that normal? Had this problem also on CM10
Everything is great, only issue is gaming.
Games like RoboCop, Eternity Warriors 2, close down. Unable to play.
Thanks again for a terrific ROM!!

Hot Impression 4.4.2 First Build
Great Rom, installed and using Now flawlessly (Dalvik)! I plan to switch to ART soon to test there also...
I'll continue testing till tomorrow (seems that some localized string inside the system are in some foreign russian-like language, but it's only few of them (ex. User Account info in the Default Tiles)), then i'll report back.
The NFC is now displayed in the Settings but it's always on and cannot turn it off from there (maybe deleting the apk from system in the meantime can help preventing battery drain?).
Thanks for your hard work guys, i will continue testing as far as i can do (i'm not so smart, just trying to help doing something i hope that is "useful") ...
I write this here because i don't know if is something related to the GApps i flashed or is ROM related... (GApps flashed : 1-16_GApps_Standard_4.4.2_signed.zip from ART GApps Compatible thread)
In camcorder, the phone will not take videos. You must change the video resolution (inside the camera app settings) to 720p (setted at 1080p) to make the video recording work. Related to camcorder, seems that the hardware button is not linked to the camera app, so the phone will vibrate but will not open any camera app.

Cant wait to download it! Yay!

Workaround for Random Reboot.
Hi there,
Use wakelock apps to prevent random reboot.
Install this app (link given below) and set it to Partial Wakelock.

Thanks @Messi and @aapav and other in this development.
Its a very good rom.
Bugs I faced are:
Flash light is not switching on from notification panel.
Random reboots as others reported. after some days use it reboots in every 2 mins.
And it rarely laggs at some point.
really appreciate your work guys.... thnkyou...!!!
The Bugs I found on CM 13
Aside from camera not working, Couldn't get Incall volume to be working until I restarted the phone for first 2 times. And there was no random reboots untill the incall audio has been working. But once incall audio was worked the phone started rebooting once in 10 mins or before. Couldn't play video which has been recorded with camera app from mobile, tried different players too. All other videos. media have been playing well. Everything else is working great. Smooth and sleek, but a little bit high restart time. Low media volume too. But really greatful @messi2050 and @aapav01 to make it possible for Exynos chipset for our J7. :good:
