This is developed for the GSM 8GB version of Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-I8190), and tested when running I8190XXAMG1 baseband.
I'll only support this model since it's the only one I own, if someone wants to attempt to port this ROM to his model feel free to take my tree as base, but don't expect support from me.
I'll never recommend this rom for daily use, you'll use it at your own risk. I do this because I love to learn lots of things about Android.
Reporting Bugs
If you want to report bugs please read THIS HOWTO first. Please try to provide logs if you see errors (logcat and dmesg). If you don't know how to do that check google or ask people here to help you. Don't contact me directly.

If you turn Airplain mode on / off you will be able to have data (with correct APN settings ).
I can connect to internet fine but I dont have phone(incoming calls) as stated in OP
CM10 Alpha? That sounds great. I will test it after work
Tested for a couple of hours and runs smooth.
Installed also gapps-jb-20121011-signed and there were no problems
To enable data turn airplane mode on and off and you will get APN settings
For the moment two major known issues as stated in OP
- No calls
- USB mounting to read internal and external storage
Keep the good work
to all....please can someone flash my kernel or stock kernel ( you can get from dmod thread) to see if RIL works?? i think that some permission is missing in init.*.rc files..

If it is android 4.3 it's cm10.2
About the other issues, I have no idea. The rom author will tell you I guess

Sorry but until now, where's the big difference between your rom and the unofficial cm build? A few "build.prop tweaks"? You can find those in the forums, but what is the big change in this rom?
Thanks in advance for pointing it out
Sent from my Nexus 4 running Android 4.3
I was thinking why would you use CM 10.1 as base for adding features like HALO etc., in my opinion use 'PolishBlood AOSP' bcoz of the fact that vanilla (AOSP) is always the fastest and more stable (if u want customization you can always use XPosed mods like GravityBox).
I was thinking of doing the above myself as i already syncd the necessary (AOSP) repos bt due to lack of time i couldn't do it.
It's just a suggestion btw.

Android 4.4+ KitKat ROM built from CyanogenMod v11.0 source with lots of custom additions
The credit for the idea behind this project goes to DerTeufel1980, with additions from ThdDude, ad Cl3kener compiled using the Linaro-4.8.2 Toolchain for a super optimized build. Lots of tweaks under the hood for snappy response, great battery life, and the ultimate in customability. Over the next few weeks the ROM will evolve and lots of additions will be made. I plan on updating and maintaining this project so expect good things, as the ones of you who know me, know I'm all about getting you what you want...I hope you will join me on this journey to hell....

Thank you man,
Will download and flash then report bugs.......
Remember that if something's broken, you can use cm11 kernel to get it working as it should
Congrats @Abhinav2,nice:thumbup:
Ooooooommmmmmmmggggggg........ This ROM is undescribable ....it is hot as hell
Only bugs yet are Bluetooth and camera video recording
Omx (youtube, video playing) is working
It has way more featuers than cm11
And it is as stable as maclaw's last cm11
Man you are my hero, if this is the first alpha, then
next builds would be really awesome
Thank you man again and again

Rom is good, but wifi is a little buggy (very slow download speed, i tested with other roms, and is some rom problem) i instaled full gaps, but i think with slimgaps will be faster. There are many tweaks, and guide for best performance would be good.
thanks for release

I get error 7 when installing. What should i do?
The ROM is really really nice, been using for a couple of hours now and it's very responsive and I encountered no issues thus far. The tweaks included are pretty good although at this point I can't say what impact they have on performance. Coming from carbon rom, I'm thinking of switching to Hellkat as my daily driver for now. Looking forward to further releases, a big thumbs up for this project
Heard @Abhinav2? We'll have to start a war to make the best rom ever lol !

What is the difference between AOSP and AOSX ?
We have integrated the follow features in AOSP :

BlueZ bluetooth stack

CyanogenMod's SuperUser

CyanogenMod's File Manager

CyanogenMod's BusyBox

CyanogenMod's Browser

CyanogenMod's Torch

OmniROM's Recovery (TWRP)

OmniROM's Music Player (Apollo)

OmniROM's Equalizer (DSP Manager)

Google Play Store

Bugfixs
plus some hardware and development stuff. For more information check our local_manifest.xml.
Why don't you keep it pure AOSP ?
Because our goal is to provide a user friendly and clean ROM. We chose these applications because they are opensource and advertisement free.
I do not like some pre-installed applications, how I can delete them ?
If you do not like them, just uninstall them with a rooted uninstaller like Root Uninstaller.
Feature X is not working or applications Y is force closed, what can I do ?
Usually this kind of problem is due to dirty installation. Please wipe data, cache and dalvik cache.
I found a bug. How do I report it ?
Create a bug report on Bug Tracker and remember to attach a logcat, otherwise your report will be ignored. Also try to attach the log of only the relevant part.

I don't know , is there anybody has been faced flashing boot.img problem or not . I have flashed boot.img then try to flash ROM through TWRP .But unsuccessful. Then I have used cwm to flash ROM .
Bugs I've found until now: AOSP calendar appears unusable (always asks to add an account and if you do then it claims a server error), I suspect because the included gapps don't have GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk :cyclops:
Voice Dial doesn't start listening
Labels for Scene modes in camera don't match the icons
DTMF dialer sounds are very quiet

Labels for Scene modes in camera don't match the icons can be easily fixed like flash function on camera which was messed up since 4.3 (The missing camera resolution translations and such aren't all there on aosp because cm has worked on adding those in their rom)
