mine

Trying it out now.

Kernel appears to work fine. I have been running it at 1812, no problems that I have run across. I use CM 10.1's performance setting to change speed and governor. CM 10.1 appears to reset itself to max 1600 after each boot the best I can tell despite the set on boot setting. Not a big deal though.
Does Advanced Power Emulation allow us to change the charging settings? If so, how?

Could this be used with the EU N7100?

The kernel is working fine with RootBox rom now. I used it almost 2 days, very stable with 1910Mhz CPU speed. Thanks ptmr3. Please keep update continuously. I like this kernel.

USB fast charging support?

Erm I googled Paranoid Android Galaxy note 2 N7105, even though the thread is down in xda cuz the developer left xda.
This is the link http://www.android.gs/update-galaxy-note-2-lte-paranoidandroid-jelly-bean-4-2-2/
it's the unofficial one, you can follow the steps and in step 1 it will ask you to download the Rom file from a site, choose Paranoid Android and I chose the version.3.15, because 3.16 was a little buggy for me
So far so good, pretty smooth remember to
1. make a Nandroid backup,
2. wipe data, cache, dalvik,
3. Flash PA Rom,
4. Flash PA gapps
5. Wipe cache and dalvik
6. Reboot, wait and enjoy
Hit thanks if I helped

Slight OT is fine, but when users decide to act stupid they should be dealt with with the appropriate means - its really annoying for me when OT turns crazy. Please put the warning/ban hammer anytime any of you think there's lack of respect and/or too much unwanted OT crap - but if it doesn't meet this criteria let the OT posts alone. Thank you.

Fsync toggle:
It's disabled by default. Enabled = stock IO speed while having data integrity; disabled = more IO throughput but less data integrity
echo Y > /sys/module/sync/parameters/fsync_enabled (N to disable and Y to enable)
GPU clock interface:
To check the current GPU frequency:
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/gpu_oc
To change it:
echo X > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/gpu_oc (change the X with your desired value. Should work up to 750Mhz at least, beyond that is pure madness)

I'm guessing that is a technical term. Maybe someone should add it to the wiki.
On topic: I flashed r1, but am getting a never ending boot animation (not a loop).
Also tried 'fastboot erase cache'. Will report more when I know it.
EDIT: Same thing happens for me each time I try... never ending bootanimation.

[ROM][4.2.2][YP-G70][July23]Cyanogenmod 10.1

Unofficial Cyanogenmod 10.1 (JellyBean 4.2.2)
For the Samsung Galaxy Player 5/ Galaxy S WiFi 5
What is CyanogenMod?
CyanogenMod is an aftermarket firmware for a number of cell phones based on the open-source Android operating system. It offers features not found in the official Android based firmwares of vendors of these cell phones.
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

If coming from any ROM OTHER THAN CM10.1:
I just installed the linked CM10.1 build coming from CM10, Paranoid, and Entropy's clockwork recovery from a year ago and had no issues; so hopefully you guys will too. Do me a favor and prior to installing wipe /system, /data, /dbdata (or /datadata or something), and /cache; THEN install. Don't wipe after or else you might wipe the /system_app directory that we're using to install the /system/app on a different partition because our /system isn't large enough.
If coming from a previous version of CM10.1
My zips wipe your /system and /system_app directory (which is the /system/app partition symlinked). That means that you will have to reinstall the Gapps package at the end of every zip! Also, go to the advanced menu in clockwork and wipe your dalvik-cache
In order to boot into recovery after installing this ROM, you must enable development settings by pressing on the build number in the Settings app 7 times; then go into development settings and enable "Advanced reboot." Then reboot your device by holding power and selecting recovery.

Just a minor suggestion to add to the OP:
Perhaps, you could put a hyperlink to Jackpot's separate International kernel for those that need to flash it separately. Just a thought.

there is an intl kernel that i compiled on 4-19 that should be in the dl's folder. its the same as Jackpot's
I just installed this. I had to do a full wipe coming from PAC-man.
Seems to be working fine.
One question: In PAC-man there was a performance option in settings menu.
Where did this go?
Do I have to d/l something like SetCPU or is it hidden somewhere?
Nvm. 7 clicks on build enables it.
Thanks for this! One question, when the cm10.1 code changes, is it a speed increase or what? I never really notice. Couldn't find much on the subject for some reason.

Faux, do you think this kernel will work on the G900F?
I'm asking this because the G900F rom's are working on the G900T.
Attempting to set GPU governor to simple_ondemand (using kernel enhancement pro) causes my phone to crash and reboot.
Glad to see you here - and happy you are creating kernels for the TMO S5 - THANKS
You offer a link to a beta but there is no file there - was that intentional - or are you waiting to upload the beta until later?
You listed this kernel as OC/UV -but I don;t see a way to do that - is that coming in a future release? (I can certainly wait for it - just wondering if I am not seeing something I should be seeing...?)
I've pulled the trigger... and flashed this kernel on my G900F... And it's WORKING!!
It's working very smooth & nice on my own rom (see my signature).
So you can also post this kernel on the G900F forums if you want more users faux!

Looking good. Will restore the apps. Restore from TiBu is not working. (A reboot has fixed this )
Will check and report back!

Didn't I say I did that
Is this rom also had changes that sykopompos did? Or you worked on factory images and added your changes in it?
Good work in any case
BTW, I use CWM.

Oh sorry i read 'Had' as 'How'. Happens when you're high
Yes it has some changes made by sykopompos. I reverted the SElinux stuff though now that chainfire managed to get root even with enforcing SELinux.

Honestly i am planning to add a lot of features from KK. But forward porting is being a pain bcoz not only is code change drastic but some of the paths to certain files have also changed. Hence a simple cherry pick is not going to work for deep system level mods. Hence it's taking a lot of time.
ATM i'm working on bringing a network mode toggle to the QS and a vibrate when the other person picks up your call.

[5.1.1] Temasek ROM

Hello everyone. As you might imagine I hate to see sad faces because of some dev leaving. So i've decided to do something about it. There are many of you which want Temasek funtionalities as also some of you which wants jgcaap ROM speed.
How about a combination of both?
Seems to much to ask but, today I've decided to play a bit and post a build.
Basically you have here is a CyanogenMod ROM with temasek goodies and jgcaap optimizations.
Features:
Updated SQL to 3.9.0.0
New Kernel - v2.75
Optimized Build and compiled with custom GCC (Odexed)
Improved sound with speex resampler
Improved bionic with many optimized libraries
Chamber of Secrets
OnTheGo
3 finger gesture screenshot
TRDS
PIE
OTA's
Unified F2FS & ext4
Lockscreen Gestures
OmniSwitch
AppBar
App Circle bar
Gestures Anywhere
Heads Up Notifications
Network traffic meter
DPI Settings
Proguard 5.2.1
CameraNext
F2FS ready for data and cache (only recommend over cache.)
Sounds good enought?
For best compability, use this firmware update for your device:
Firmware 17/06/2015
Download
All the credits go to CyanogenMod Team, @temasek , @arter97, @katinatez as also many other devs which provided toolchains, support code etc.
Please first test with stock, only after flash other kernels!Source Code

NO since this is still cm12.1. It would be a wonder if you wont get stuck in a bootloop
@jgcaap you mentioned a separate build for xposed users in katinatez' thread, is this statement still valid?
nevertheless thanks for making magic for us OPO users :good:

Oh dang, i was sure he was going to continue his cm13 branch. Forget me.
Hey @jgcaap, thanks for carrying @katinatez's awesome work forward. Much appreciated.
Found a small boo-boo.. Camera comes up with 'cannot connect to Camera' after a while. I had to delete camera and re-flash Cameranext.zip in recovery. Please take a look.
Thanks!

Some naive questions..
Jgcaap, thank you so much for your awesome work. I do have some really silly and naive questions and i would like your inputs.
1. Which GAAPS should i flash, I normally use TK Gaaps
2. is there an xposed version we should use
3. is the approach the same (reset, clean flash and then install the xposed and cameranext) ?
Thanks
