As of right now there is only confirmation of Silver and Black. The black version is on extremely limited supply and we (AT&T) can't pre-order the black version. I'm not sure if that'll change on launch day but as of right now there will only be stock of the Silver and its also the only color that can be pre-ordered or direct fulfilled once it launches officially.

I read in a couple of sites that they will have a red color. Is this true? when? Guess we will see but me likes the Gangster stealth black
But if they do come out with a red version I believe it will be later on after they have worked out all the bugs of the ones we are getting and of course it will have little extra features. Just my prediction.

The red color is believed to be introduced later--when the HTC site for the One first went up one of the color options was red, and it had all the same promo pics as the others, just in red. It was promptly pulled and HTC said it was a mistake, but most people think that if they went to the effort of making mockups for it then it must be coming eventually.

Go here: http://shopamerica.htc.com/brands/HTC-mobile/homebrands/index.htm and you can either get a 32GB or a 64GB Developers edition that is unlocked. Both work with all of AT&Ts bands (LTE included). I think its a way of HTC providing a way around AT&T locking their bootloader and not allowing HTCdev.com to unlock it.

I wouldn't drop the coin for a dev version, although it would be nice. Also, I don't see a black option on the dev pre order page.
At first it was Red, Black, Silver.. Some how the red got drop and left us with just black and silver..
AT&T said they would carry the black version along with the silver, but as of right now the black isn't available to pre-order or buy. But it's on AT&T site

I'm asking cause I'm a phone addict I have a verizon and AT&T line. I was wondering which will people b getting and why? I myself will be getting the red one on AT&T when it comes out the htc one x will hold me til then.
Waiting for the verizon white 16gb.. lookin to grab it day of release! hopefully sell the D3 for close to 200 on ebay.. should offset most of the cost. Also my first 4G phone so looking forward to that

The red att version will be released much later this summer than the blue and white ones. Are you going to have 2 phones the one x and the sgs3? If so then I would wait for the red one.
I will be getting the white tmobile sgs3, because I don't like metallic colors. That for me is the only reason why I chose white over blue.
Blue TMobile 32gb. Might sell the gs2 to offset the price but I doubt it.

Yea I got the one x so I'm holding off on getting a sgs3 on release I have the white one so ima wait for the red I'm not in a rush to get on plus I wanna hear a lot of reviews on them b4 I get it

Yeah, don't trust it though. If I don't see something from ATT/HTC, I'm not going to trust Costco. I love Costco, don't get me wrong. But even Best Buy pulled down their Stealth Black for ATT...

I talked to a rep and this was their official stance on the Black version:

The Silver model will be available in store on April 19th and availability on the Black model is still TBD. I call bull. Maybe the stores might not have it right away or short supply but I highly doubt that the stores will never sell the white one. Besides its still not the 25th yet so maybe they will get some more shipments this week.
Like the purple Xperia Z, white G2 is online only at least for now.

I called 15 stores in the area in the last coupe days finally found one who said they had a white G2. Got there & the manager wanted me to pay a restocking fee to exchange even though I told him my One was defective (gap issue).
He tried to cut a deal with me to sell me 50 bucks worth of accessories & when they saw I wasn't budging, the girl behind the counter told me all of a sudden they don't have the white phone anymore only black...
I dont think most stores will be getting the white in stock. Judging by the info that I've seen with the device it will be treated like the purple xperia or the white note 2. There may be hope for some high volume stores getting it.

I preordered mine, so I got two already. Couldnt wait for the 25th in-store when I found they were shipping early. Plus Att dont have a data plan that will meet my needs without breaking the bank.

Went to my store this morning but they only had black. I had the girl document everything so I could possibly get a white one somewhere else. On the bright side they had clear screen covers and cases galore for the G2

After another fiacso @ yet another store, I ended up returning my HTC One altogether & ordering through customer care..
Should have it tomorrow.... I'm excited!!!
Does anyone know anything about the S6 Edge coming to the USA in green emerald? I've done some searching on the web and it seems like it's a huge question mark. It may or may not come, and if it does, it may or may not be carrier-specific.
I have not pre-ordered this phone through best buy to get the free charger because I am waiting to hear news about the Green version that is so far, not being offered. I really can care less about getting the free wireless charger, when it may be worth it to wait an extra month or two, to get the color that I want.
Anyone have anymore information?

US markets are only getting black, and white versions with the exception of at&t, and T-Mobile that are getting the gold/platinum version as well. As for other colors, it just doesn't look good for any time soon.

I personally preordered in the martian green with the silver spine. I placed the order shortly after pre-sale went live, while watching GoT. I can't wait to get my hands on new tech, i have been very impressed with my s10+ and hope to have a better experience with the fold.

I got Martian Green with the gold spine. I figure a futuristic phone would look cool in a funky color. I specifically wanted the gold spine and it's only available with blue and green. The carriers are only selling black and silver with a grey and silver spine so I figure those will be the most common combinations. CNET just posted 70 hands-on pics and a lot of them are green. I don't regret my choice..

Gotta pay to play....and the crease is likely a result of first gen tech, I'm sure it will improve. That said, most reviewers are saying it fades out of sight as you continue to use it...much like a notch.

Seems like there was more demand than everyone expected. I just so happen to check my email on a whim and saw the Pre-orders now open link. It was an hour after they sent them out too. Once I saw that some colors were already gone I figured they were selling fast. Didn't expects those numbers though

Right now its only AT&T and Tmobile. It's possible they will release the phone to other carriers later on with the 5g variant. They still haven't said much about that model

I'm planning on buying a pre-paid T-Mobile SIM, load it up with $100 worth of minutes/data, and then request an official unlock code from T-Mobile, as per their unlocking policy. Then I'll test out my Verizon SIM. Verizon is shutting down it's CDMA network at the end of the year, so as long as the Fold can handle LTE bands 2/4/5/13/66, it should hopefully be able to work on Verizon. If it ends up not working, I guess I'll be getting a refund from Samsung.

You can get a refund from Samsung if the device is returned to them within 15 days, as long as it's in like-new condition. https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/phones/standard-device-trial-policy/
But if for some reason they won't accept the return, I'll just sell it on eBay.
I also ordered a Martian Green with a Gold Hinge. I know that there will be many shortcomings with the Fold but I just couldn't resist. I do love being an early adopter and with that being said if I am totally dissatisfied with the Fold, I'll return it and just use my Note 9 until the N10 comes out. I think that I'm going to really like this phone and I'm so anxious to get it and hopefully won't want to return it.
On another note, when I ordered on Samsung.com, I took screenshots of each page as I ordered. Only the final confirmation page **did not** state the Martian Green color, only the gold hinge color. Also, my confirmation emails didn't show the Martian green color either (and the Shop Samsung app doesn't).
Did anyone else have this same experience? I chatted with two different Samsung Agents (one today, one yesterday) and they were worthless. Coldn't find any information. The one tonight said to wait until they are in stock to verify. WTH?!?

Like you, I settled for the silver but really wanted the blue with gold hinge. My estimated delivery is the 24th, so we'll see how true that is. Super excited though, even with it's shortcomings I'm just ready for something super different. I remember when the Galaxy Note originally came out and people were going crazy at the size of it. Yeah i believe evryones is like this who ordered from Samsung . On mine it just shows hinge color as well. Ive even seen screenshots of others preorder and its the same. So no need to freak :good:
Anyone cancelling there pre order work all these fold units problems? I'm wondering whether to cancel it or if becomes big if Samsung going to hault the fold
