Well, I'm using stock ICS here and it's great.
Should add though that I'm also trying Nova launcher, which works a treat.
What is the application to check who uses the internet provided by me? (didn't using root)

I use an app called "fing " to monitor and troubleshoot my wifi but I'm not quite sure from the question if this is the kind of app you're looking for.

I'm a student and I'm practicing for exams.

I need to remove this limit or increase it to 300 or higher because it seems developer leaves that and He did not release any updates after 1 year.

works well on DN3 ROM
Yesterday when i was using mobile data everything was ok, but now when i enable it, it works but the arrows below "H" or "E" dont become white when im using mobile internet. Its not problem with rom, i tested 3 different roms, still nothing. I think that it is problem with my carrere (Orange). Can be it true?

I tried on Lenovo A820 with MIUI and it seems to work...
Maybe its becouse of kernel... i dont know.
