Hello guys... Can someone tell me please if I can do something that keyboard to show up automatically if I have this widget (in image) like iPhone
there is a mode or setting.....i even flashed miui but didn't have that thing

When you click the widget, it takes you to a google search page and keyboard comes up. This widget does not accept typing from home screen

You can't type directly in that widget. Maybe your friend has a different widget. The keyboard showing up automatically wouldn't do anything because the widget doesn't accept text.
Also, what I posted is the same as iphone. iphone doesn't have widgets

been a while, but i think you go to the home screen, hit menu, edit
it should zoom out and show previews of the windows with an "X" icon on the upper corner. form there you should be able to delete and add screens.

i just got my FIRST TOUCHSCREEN/ANDROID phone! Motorola atrix 4g... and i hate the quick launch buttons that you cant send to trash! but though i really just wanted to keep stock,, i eally like the others! (adw, launcher pro, and go launcher ex!)

I installed the update to Google Search which includes a widget and lock screen for Google Now. The widget loads fine, although its tiny and only shows one card. But i cannot see the lock screen in the settings. Anyone else?

the lockscreen widget is only for 4.2 devices so if you have a older version it will not work.
And the widget expands and shrinks depending on current cards being used

When i go onto the GN app i have 2 cards visible, weather and a stock/share price. But on the widget only the stock price is shown.
why I can't used google now on my galaxy s i9000 with C-ROM mix v6 ?

Good morning! I'm looking for a widget that just shows a (resizable if possible) live map, like a nav app when you haven't set a destination. Does anyone know if something like this exists?

Thanks, yeah I did as well find a nice app for setting up a live wallpaper with different map styles etc. This is the one I tried. It's close, but not what I'm looking for. I want a widget that can cover, say, half the screen, split vertically.

Put phone in night mode on developer options and pick a wallpaper that is black where search bar is. You will barley see it.

I dont like the constant search bar, but dont want to put a launcher on either. I think this looks pretty good.

I recently got the Reno 3 Pro. Great phone so far.
When I installed my favorite launcher, I found out, that there is no possibility to set/keep it as standard.
In app management>default app the content for Homescreen is missing ....
Got the latest ColorOS update.

Strange, I have the home screen option in default app settings as attached.
I would suggest install some other launcher and click home, it will ask you to choose which should be default as checkbox, choose your fav launcher and uninstall the other launcher.

Did you try installing some other new launcher and try to click home button which should ask what launcher to use, there you can see check box always use the same launcher.

Yes, I did. When I then click the home button it asks me whether I want to set the new launcher as standard launcher - so far ok. When I then click yes, then I get the screen with "standard home app" saying "no app"

Can you try installing QuickHomeSwitcher and see if it shows other launchers for you to select.

FYI: There are many home screen switcher apps available few are virus too thats why sharing link which I installed and tested.

Thank you, I tried the app, but whenever I open it, it's not going to open but switches immediately to the first screen (Homescreen) of the oppo Reno standard launcher.
What I do now is, I start my favorite launcher and it runs like a normal app. To keep it open, I always have to switch back to it in the recent app list. When I end/kill it, then of course I get the standard launcher Homescreen back.
Very strange for me too, I have been working with many smartphones yet, also rooting and flashing things forwards and backwards but not yet encountered a problem like this

I have the same problem. Reno 3 PRO bought in China
i have the same problem but i remember when i received it i could choose the default app to open word excel and pdf files then i did the latest update which is PCRM00_11_A.29_6423cd33 and now i can choose the defaut for message, phone, browser, camera, photos, music and video that all

it's really weird, i managed to add the line for the pdf when installing mixplorer but not for the homescreen. I sent an email to the assistance of my country I will see if they have a solution although the phone is not for my region.

Yes, I did, doesn't work either, so I live with this situation, I am sick of trying around. Still very good phone, the real big thing I am missing is the possibility to unlock and use/install custom roms
