We are two programmers aged 18 and 19 and we're working on a game that targets the Android platform.
We have much appetite for work but we're not artists! We need a designer and animator for our models! We need an experienced modeler who has worked with Blender or any other application(s) that offer modelling and animating a character.
The game is about a stealth agent taking missions and solving puzzles to pass levels. The general atmosphere of the game will be comics-like and not much realism is expected. We will use low-poly models so as to run decently on the android platform.
As for the payment, it will be a percentage from the raw profit (a little bit more than 33% of it, but this is a discussable topic (Google will take 30% from sales, so the raw profit is 70% of the value (For more info google "Transaction Fees Google Play" because I am not allowed to post links, yet))).
The name of the game will be Vulpes.

Typical monthly salary in Russia (capital cities) for Android programmer is about 2500 usd, for iOS programmer is 3000 usd.
This is very average digits, in province cities prices are a little bit less then mentioned. I mean here, experienced programmers,
almost on project tech lead positions.
In Europe countries prices are higher.
Definately, coding and creating design, is absolutely diffirent activity, and it is better to have a professionals for these both parts
of mobile project.
Game development time is very depends on game design document, team experinece, tools used, and many other factors.
Minimum estimation can be considered as 1 month. Maximum is unlimited for gigantic projects.
