Guys i have prestigio 4020.
My problem is low internal memory. I got with my phone 4gb sd card, but i can;t install apk on it.
I can just transfer some apk-s from phone memoery to sd card.
My internal memory is really low *about 60mb installing space.
If u have some idea how i can extend that or how i can install apk-s directly on sd card, pls help me.
If i can do this without rooting phone. I just bought him 3 days ago.

i tried to install some apps but i could not, the phone show insufficient memory.
So i opened aplications-manage applications and unsuccessfully tried to move the apps to SD CARD (which i believe is the internal storage of phone, i don't have SD Card). I was surprised with this because there is plenty of space available. any idea what can i do? i cant install apps and neither transfer them to SD.

But the SD card referees to an external memory card not your internal memory.
You can install a micro sd card (up to 32GB) into your samsung galaxy s2 through the back. You'll have to open up the back cover

This device have only 4gb internal memore show in system as a sd card , and i put my 16gb sd in slot but can not install aps on it any advice for me.

Download an app called app2sd or link2sd. They will transfer apps from phone memory to sd card.
U can't actually move ur apps to mmc. A97i have phones internal memory(785mb) and usb storage(2.02gb) inbuilt.App2sd will only move apps from phone memory to usb storage which is inbuilt 2gb but not to external sd card. U can partition ur external mmc only after rooting.

since Christmas I'm a happy owner of Prestigio PMP5101c.
But I've installed a lot of apps, ran out of free space and found out that I can't move the apps to the external SD card, but there's only option to move it to the internal storage (the tablet memory is separated into internal memory/internal storage), so it seems like the external SD card is good only for movies, music, etc.
I downloaded some apps (like APP2SD), but it recognizes the internal storage as an SD card and the external SD card isn't even showing in there.
Is there a way (through rooting, custom firmware) how I can change this? Or maybe a config file?

I also have this model (well PMP5101C_QUAD) and i use AppMgr Pro III to move apps to internal storage. I have over 100 apps installed with over 100mb free.
I am looking to root it, but can't get it to succeed at the moment. Very fast and good tablet.

I have Ainol Novo 7 Tornados which has 1Gb internal storage and 8gb internal SD
some heavy games apk are like upto 600 to 700mb and hard to install it in 1gb internal storage. I wanted to know is there any solution that I can instal apk directly into sd card or internal 8gb sd folder ?
or
is it posible to switch my internal SD into internal storage ? so I can able to instal big size apk
