This is a non-wipe ROM, will not increase binary count and includes SuperSU binaries
Installation:
Download the zip and extract the tar file.
Shutdown device.
Put your device into Download mode is by pressing "Volume Down"+"Home"+Power Button" and then "Volume Up".
Connect device to pc.
Launch Odin , on "PDA" press browse and select the extracted tar file ,then press "Start".
After the first boot you must reboot the device
Region: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom,Switzerland

Hi guys, got a question regarding reflashing to stock ROM.
I rooted my phone and reflashed back to stock kernel. So I'm on XWKDD_XXKDH_XEUKD1. Got a bit too trigger happy in RootExplorer and deleted some system apps like Gallery, and get some issues with changing wallpapers etc.
Now I want to reflash to the stock ROM to restore the deleted system apps.
I've downloaded the stock ROM files from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
Which files will I need to flash in ODIN? Just PHONE and CSC (no repartition), or everything (PIT,PDA,PHONE,CSC + repartition).
Or is it even easier, like doing a dump of the original /system/app files to replace everything I've deleted?

Follow the guide in the dev forum. Also It says to only do PDA.

I've tried reflashing the 8mb XDD PDA only, but that only flashed the kernel without any change to the system ROM or apps.

2 months ago I rooted my S3,
with the CF-SGS3-CWM-v5.5-v1.2 & odin & stuff, It worked,
Today I wanted to unroot it, & I thought you could just Reset your phone and everyting would go back to factory settings, because I wanted some
original updates...
I found out if i did that it would still use SuperSU & be a Custom Firmware. So I removed the SuperSU app, Deleted CF-SGS3-CWM-v5.5-v1.2 or it was CWM-SuperSU-v0.89 from my SD.
I wanted to reset it again with the hard mode setting or something: Volume up + home + lock key
I mounted everything /sd card /system /cache etc. Why? I dont know..
Now my phone gets stuck at the screen when you turn on your phone: Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9300
Did I just brick my phone?

No you didnt. But your S3 has nothing to boot. So you should flash an original fw from sammmobile with odin.

Are you sure this works?
We are not Samsung customer service and we do not guarantee it work. In this same general section there are two sticky threads that will guide you can download the stock rom and flash it using Odin, titled " [Stock Official Firmwares] I9300XXBLG8 (4.0.4) - United Kingdom" and "[Guide+ROMS]Odin Flash+Root Guide & Stock Firmwares".
You will lose all your data in the phone when you flash Odin. Also this forum section is for the international unlocked version, make sure you aren't using an American carrier locked version.
Also, question belongs in the Q&A section.
I have an International Galaxy S2 i9100 and have been using cm9 for quite some and i would like to revert/restore back to stock rom.....
Can someone please help as to steps to go about for safe restore to stock rom.

Make nandroid back up
Download desired stock firmware from Sam firmware
Wipe data, cache and dalvik
Format system
Download mode
Flash firmware tar. file via PDA in odin.
Done.

If you flash the siyah kernel before you start that gives you the option to boot into download mode after you've finished the wipes and formatting. You can pick any region of firmware I can't answer about the carrier as I always opt for the unbranded version as there is less bloatware on it.

I don't know, as I said, I did not tried this FW.
But I think u can root it using the method described in the thread for S5830XWKTQ.

After you install the new firmware with odin, put the 2 files from attachment in your sd card. Then you have to go in recovery (power+home) and select "install update" and flash the file root_1.zip
Do the same with recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.6-galaxyace-fix.zip, if you want the CWM recovery.

I think i know that...but i just get the phone so i can't flash it..exept if samsung can flash stock modified roms through odin...im a nexus user i dont know how samsung works..anyway i rooted with am3 kernel....from toolbox!
Thats wierd. Because you can use other not N roms on N device. And vice versa.

Yes, you can flash this rom via odin.
Tutorials on first post.
If you want pure stock rom from samsung, you can get via sammobile.com
But if you like use toolbox, just wait until the developers make new release.

rom didn´t change the sim- or netlock - only the branding and removed bloatware e.g. from vodafone.
Where can i download it without register? Has someone a link for me please?
