Where does the stock wallpapers located in 4.2.2 ?
I want to replace them with my custom wallpapers.
I know that it will be inside an apk file.
Does anyone know where ?

as far as i know the stock wallpaper is stored
in the system partition dev/block/mmcblk0p9

dev/block/mmcblk0p9 is the mount point of /system
So he is right, but not actually adding anything to the conversation because we know SecWallpaperChooser.apk is in /system/app anyway

There is an another Problem.
I hope rootSU can help me.
Currently there are only 5 Wallpapers.
How do i add More ?
Could you plz have a look at public.xml file ?
"hd_01" to "hd_05" are the 5 wallpapers
After that there is a list of lots of dummy files.
Could i just rename a dummy file to "hd_06" and put a custom wallpaper called the same ?
Will that work ?

I don't know I have system overlay and just repleace bootanimation.zip I'm sure there are other methods too... Also I added flahable zip files too.

Same here. Tried Widgetlocker and Go Locker but both are an extra app besides the default one. This means they use resources and sometimes you have to unlock both the default one and the locker. I saw some themes around here with modded scrollbars but there is no guide or collection around...

The app looks good, the theme on the other hand... But this is no different to widgetlocker or go locker. We are looking for a mod, not an app which resides on top of the default locker.
EDIT: found this one on the ARC forum. It changes the slider. The files that can be edited in order to change the slider are in this package. The other files are also in framework-res.apk but I don't know which we need to change the rest of the lock screen.

I am not to be held responsible if the phone melts in your hand for some unknown reason or causes your wife to leave you.
Simply copy this SystemUI.apk to your phones SD card, then use file explorer on the phone (I use ES File Explorer) to copy the APK to <root>\system\app\ and OVERWRITE your existing SystemUI.apk (Make sure you back up your original SystemUI.apk!!!!)
Phone will semi-crash, SystemUI will stop working and you will need to reboot to apply the change. You may have to dismiss the force-close message 5 or 6 times as it's very persistent. Done!

Systemui is in /system/app
Hard resets formats /data /cache and some other stuff. What do you think?

Attach ur AccuWeather widget apk here will make it for Mega .
This has only been done for the main widget, but I'd like someone to try it before I do any more.
Make a backup of /system/app/AccuweatherPhone2013.apk
Copy the file below to /system/app overwriting the file above.
Reboot, you may need to add the widget back to the home screen (I did).
Please let me know if it works for you.

OK, I have had another look and this is completely transparent, no lines.
Copy the file into /system/app and reboot, then add the widget to your home screen.

You don't install the apk, you copy it to system/app and set permissions AS PER THE OP! You then set it as your theme in settings.
