Tested by myself on Locked/Unlocked Bootloader.....but havent tested this rom on C5303 plz test and report to me

FAQ
1- can i install this rom on locked bootloader
yes u can
2- can i install this rom on C5303
yes..i have not tested plz test and report to me
3- lockscreen sytle is not working after i select it
for locked bootloader system is not patched R/W use the 'mount system' app i provided in the rom and mount the system to R/W and use the lockscreen style
4- long press back to kill apps is not working for some apps
atm it will only work for foreground apps it wont work for apps with multiwindow ..(me and serajr are working in to make it work on all apps)

Settings -> Developers Options -> Drawing -> Force GPU 2D Rendering (Get better graphics score for 2D graphics)
Settings -> Developers Options -> Drawing -> Windows Animations Scale -> 0.5x (Reduces lags if present)
Settings -> Developers Options -> Drawing -> Transition Animations Scale -> 0.5x (Reduces lags if present)
Settings -> Developers Options -> Drawing -> Animator Duration Scale -> 0.5x (Reduces lags if present)
Settings -> Developers Options -> Apps -> Background Process Limit -> 2 (Can use your own number... Gives you more ram other words releases ram)

1. Flash CM10 (or CM10 based) kernel for your device (Mini, Mini Pro, LWW)
2. Enter CWM
3. Wipe data / factory reset (it's a MUST to prefent FCs)
4. Flash JellyVanilla 4.0 part1
5. Flash JellyVanilla 4.0 part2 too
6. Non-LWW users - flash yourdevice_dev_files.zip (see attachment)
7. No need to install GAPPS anymore
8. Boot your phone and...... Done !! :laugh:

1. Enter CWM

Good to see JB rom with Sony look, not this Google stock. Hope you'll get all necessary permissions I'm waitin'. About the poll: I've voted on 2011 look, because now everyone crow these Xperia NXT apps and themes into their roms :/ I'm bored of them I can't see anything special about them (except some apps).

That's very basic rules in XDA,
You must ask for permission from original author if you want to publish them or using their work into your work and publish them..

Just wanna mention the bugs, I noticed one. It doesnt seem to wanna keep the brightness settings. When you wake up the phone it automatically sets the brightness down to lowest level.

and you can use it for daily use if u don't use camera and video playback..

I installed fresh stock 4.1.B.0.587, after panic kernel 1.25 and then i wipe everything in the CWM and install HD Mod, after installation wipe cache and dalvik. But now after all when I try start, loading stuck at Sony logo. How can i fix this?

After installing the ROM don't wipe cache and dalvik cache and try again to see if it works....btw u wiped sys?

Installation Guide eXperience™ v2 on Xperia U
Instructions(READ & FOLLOW CAREFULLY):
Flash any Stock B.1.54 / C.1.0 / B.1.89 (use flashtool).
Let it boot properly.
Download eXperience.zip and transfer to internal memory.
Now flash Munjenis's CWM kernel
How to flash?
Download fastboot package and extract it.
Download Memory Tweak.zip and extract it.
Copy ftr file from memory tweak and Place ftr to fastboot folder.
While device is power OFF:
Volume Up + USB cable connected to PC -> FASTBOOT MODE (BLUE LED will light up)
Open Command Prompt (Shift+Right mouse button) in Fastboot Folder
Write this commend and hit enter fastboot flash boot ftr
Done
Now boot into CWM recovery mode and flash the eXperience.zip.
You will be entered in AROMA
Now follow the instructions(Select your device carefully and specially be careful in Speedy Droid menu.) select the apps you want to install and remove.
Again boot to CWM recovery.
Do a wipe data/factory reset. (It will not remove data from SD card)
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Turn the phone on and wait for POWER OFF button, when it appears hit the button.
For smoothest and fastest eXperience.(UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER ONLY)

Note:
It might take long time to update media database if you have too much files on your SD and external SD. During updation your media apps(Walkman, Album, Movies) will not show media files(mp3, images, videos).
Have patience and give time your device to settle.
It is recommended, you don't change pre-defined options in aroma for more faster and smoother performance.
After flashing its recommended to calibrate your battery.

Settings -> Developers Options -> Apps -> Background Process Limit -> 2 (Can use your own number... Gives you more ram other words releases ram)

Can I just say that WhatsApp Plus/ Pro/ Advanced (Not sure of it's actual name) never works for me, it always says the program has been modified and to download it again from the store. Also I would like to know if it's Munjenis's CWM kernel that allows us to use the OC ability. I know there is a search bar and what-not but whenever I search for OC compatible kernels I get no hits (Might be my fault). Thank you in advance

I myself have found 2 issues so far mate.
1) When I turn on my phone and it boots in to the ROM it comes up saying USB Connectivity has stopped responding (every time).
2) When I go in to OTA Update it says that a download is available from eXperience v1 to eXperience v2.
Other than that I have found no other issues Keep up the good work
I've just flashed your rom dude. seems realy nice . Some bugs i found :
1)Same as Kieron Williamson "USB Connectivity has stopped responding" everytime you come up from a boot .And every time i connect phone with PC same message pops up and after that a message says "Unfortunately ,USB connectivity has stopped"
2)Camera isn't working at all . It gets a FC
3)In app drawer there is an empty folder and when you press it ,it says application not found
same problems camera and usb connetion.
There is no live walls....
Taking issue of the Camera and usb rom ta very good, as your rom based on Stock and
I advise you to use the mod Cyber-shot ™ in future versions, and only a hint.

HOW TO INSTALL VIPER XPERIA
* Works with any ICS Kernel
1. Make sure you are on ICS .587 Build
2. Place ROM zip in SD card
3. Power off the phone and boot into CWM
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Wipe Cache Partition
5. Mounts and storage > Format /system,Format /Data,Format /Cache
6. Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache & Wipe Battery Stats
7. Install zip from SD card > Choose Viper Xperia.zip
8. Follow on screen instructions on AROMA, remember to choose correct "bootloader"
9. After complete installation Reboot from CWM
10. After the Rom boots up for the 1st time leave your phone for half an hour & give full charge.
* To launch small app use Small App Launcher.
* If Music Tab gives you force close then Disable Devices.apk/SemcDlna.apk
* Reboot your Device atleast Once in a Day
On Screen Buttons
To Disable on screen buttons goto Settings > On Screen Buttons then press "Disable Navigation Bar" & Reboot. Same technique if you want to enable it
Lockscreen Change
To change lock screen you must first disable on screen buttons,If lockscreen doesn't change normally then go to Settings > Lockscreen Style & change to your desired. Then go to Settings > On Screen Buttons & disable it. Then again go to Lockscreen Style & change it.
3D Panorama Camera
Remember that 3D camera won't work if you are using MESA. So,it's not a problem with the Rom.
Kernel Module
Choose the correct kernel module in Aroma. If the module is included in Aroma for the kernel you are using & you chose it but wifi doesn't work,then re-boot the phone again cause modules sometimes need rebboting twice. If kernel module isn't included for the kernel you are using then don't select any module any Aroma. Flash it separately.
Walkman FC when tap on "My Music"
1. Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Devices,force close it or Freeze it with Titanium Backup or Disable Serivce
ROM is very laggy and slow
- Go to Settings > Developer options > Untick "Force GPU rendering"
- "Windows animation scale" & "Transition animation scale" set to .5x
- Install Script Manager > Open the app and navigate to /system/xbin > Run flush script (Remember to click the SU button)
What is the best kernel to use with this ROM?
Every user use their phone differently, some are heavy user who love to push their phone to the limit, and some are just normal user who use their phone for calling and messaging only.
Every different kernel fulfill different conditions for different kind of users, so I will not give you suggestion for the "BEST" kernel, personally I am using MESA for my Xperia Live With Walkman and it works perfectly without any problems, but my suggestion for you would be "TRY and FIND OUT by your own"..
Will this ROM better than XXX ROM?
NEVER compare ROMs, it is a kind of disrespectful to the ROM creator. If you want to know which is better, try it yourself.
How to install OTA update?
1. Settings > Viper Xperia Advanced Settings > System updates
2. Under UPDATES, if there is an update available then you will be notified
3. Download the updates, after "Download Finished" was shown, reboot to Recovery
4. In Recovery, Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/OTA-Updater/ViperXperia_OTA_Vx.x.zip
5. Reboot and done
WiFi doesn't work after ROM install
Reflash Wifi modules downloaded from the kernel thread
The ROM is not rooted after updates
Download SuperSU binary installer (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.xx.zip) HERE then flash it in Recovery
xLoud™, Clear Audio™ and Sound Enhancement didn't work
Change another kernel, some kernel has some issue with this.
Google Play Store didn't show purchased apps
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Google Play Store > Clear data
Google Play Store unable to update apps with error
Remove your Google account > reboot > then sign in again to your account
I Installed Xperia Z Home with 4x5 drawer but it's still 4x4
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Xperia Home > Clear data
Installed apps are missing in drawer for Xperia Z Home 4x4
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Xperia Home > Clear data

Yes
Can this ROM install on XXX device?
This is for Xperia Live With Walkman, Mini Pro, Mini & Active.
What is the Antutu/ benchmark score of this ROM?
I NEVER use Antutu or any other benchmark tools to determine the performance. Benchmark score can easily get cheated by overclocking, increasing memory read ahead or using different IO scheduler. I use my OWN observation to determine and experience how fast is the ROM.. remember BENCHMARK SCORE IS NOT EVERYTHING!!
How much free RAM in this ROM?
More free ram doesn't mean your device will run smooth, but if you askit's140MB and above, depends on how much background process are running, your Minfree setting and any task killer app installed. If you need more RAM, remove Xperia Home and install other launcher from Play Store, or just change you ROM to those BORING AOSP BASED ROM WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION & MODS

Unlocked BL Download Music Info FIX (Download Music Info is Built in from V4.5, so this only needs upto V4)

Why would it need to include WiFi module of MESA and Lupus as it already integrated to ramdisk? Did I mistake sth bro

Thanks Mesa 4.0 version module is integrated but not earlier versions & it's just released yesterday by that time I was uploading the zip . & I just noticed that Lupus V5 released

I think you mistake again as MESA WiFi module already integrated into ramdisk since ver 2.x ( I can't remember correctly).

then it needs to delete a file (I can't remember the file name) then reboot twice..or flash kernel module. So I included it

Sure.it will work fine
both lupus v5 and mesa v4 have wifi modules integrated in kernel, it's a bit confusing now how one would proceed with installing this rom with either of those kernels in place...
Saqib, you done it! I'm sticking with this ROM! I have nothing more to ask, this is everything I needed and more then I wanted! I use it from last night and everything is working good, ROM is decently fast, but more important - it's very stable. In Aroma there is too much to choose , it's hard to decide when you have so many nice options, but, I managed to find my combination for now . This morning I changed font to Ubuntu and I fell in love .
Oh, yes, I flashed Mesa v4 hybrid kernel and choose in Aroma: Mesa modules, and even with that mistake I made, wi-fi works normal . If I experience problems because of this wrong step, I'll just reinstall it without selecting Mesa modules.
I'll be back with more feedback. Thanks for wonderful ROM!

Some suggestions for you:
- For the ROM download you may add some description on the zip name like Viper Xperia_mdpi_V3.5 to avoid conflict with my hdpi version
- The switch toggle .9png are corrupted in your screenshots, did you plan to fix this?

Kernel modules are just an option in Aroma,it's not included in the Rom. If you think smartly then you can find out if kernel module or it's version which you are using doesn't match with the modules included in the Aroma just don't select any of them in Aroma. Simple

If you choose Xperia Advanced then it will install it's own widgets. No need to choose any widgets
Just installed it on Rage kernel and it is working very smoothly....will provide further review later after testing it for some time....still hv to let the ROM settle down....the looks of the ROM is fabulous

Run the V6 SuperCharger For the first use, just go to Terminal emulator then type
"su" press enter then type "runv6" and enter
you can follow this steps/guide by @f3tus original thread here
this guide may be differ from the updated scripts by zeppelinrox
you can skip the ff steps "Bullet Proof".. something like that and also iScream parlor just hit the "X"..
6.1. The script will ask you to select a scrolling speed. Select 1 (fast).
6.2. The script will ask you to use Build.prop, select no.
6.3. The script will ask you to select the kernel "reboot tolerance". I chose (N)one, most people choose (H)ard I think.
6.4. The script will ask you to use SD card tweaks, select yes.
6.5. The script will ask you to use "3G TurboCharger", select yes.
6.6. The script will ask you to use "Fix Alignment", select no.
6.7. The script will ask you to use "Wheel Alignment", select yes.
6.8. The script will ask you to use "Fix Emissions", select yes.
6.9. The script will ask you to use "Detailing", select yes, and then set to 5.
6.10. The script will ask you to "Integrate", select yes.
6.11. The script will ask you to disable the script animation, select yes.
6.12. The script will ask you to apply "SuperMinFree Calculator Settings", select yes (you can later change the values by selecting either "Unledded", "Ledded" or "Super UL" values).
6.13. Select option 32 to "SuperClean & ReStart".
7. Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable, NOT as a mass storage device. Have debugging turned on.
7.1. Unzip the contents from step 3 to your COMPUTER, not phone. Run "ultimatic_jar_patcher_adb.bat" on Windows, "ultimatic_jar_patcher_adb.sh" on Linux or Mac.
7.2. The script will ask you to restart ADB as root, select no, it works without it.
7.3. The script will ask you to "SuperCharge services.jar", select yes.
7.4. The script will ask you to select the launcher strength, select "Die-Hard" (or something else if you want).
7.5. The script will ask you to use the "Maximum MultiTasking Mods", select yes.
7.6. After the script is done, type su and reboot.
8. Open Terminal Emulator, type su and run the V6 script again (step 6).
8.1. The script should say "100% SuperCharged": If it's not, sucks to be you

please make sure that you already installed the v6 supercharger and its ok if you got only 50 or 75% supercharged
- open terminal
- type "su" then type the "powershift"
- you can choose what power script fits on you
- please make a post in the thread which power scripts is the best...
Kill and Boost (experimental)
- open terminal emulator
- "su" then "boostkill"
- always run this script before playing any heavy games..

i tried this ROM and its good!
but for "messaging" and "contacts", i prefer the look of the default cm9 (cleaner look")
and the rest of the APPS are AWESOME!!! no more lags! :laugh:
