External to Internal Memory Swap method
please follow the steps carefully
- Download and install the app that i attached here
- open the app and grant permission
- pop up message will appear press'I dont care'
- go to settings:
1.check 'send rescan'
2. check 'Use per default'
- press original mounting point and change as 'sdcard0'
- press Ext.sdcard device Access and change the value from 179:49 to 179:33 its our device access value
- press back button and come to main screen
- check 'At Boot' box
- Now press External>Internal*
- wait till u get a small fraction popup message like 'Android sdcard permission granted' something like this
- Now go to storage option in settings there u will see your ext sdcard is swaped as internal sdcard
- Reboot device to work properly:victory::victory::victory::victory:
Guys it works only on JB 4.1.2 and if you dont like to swap just uninstall app and reboot
Use Class 6 or Class 10 Sdcards...I prefer Class 10 :laugh::laugh::laugh:
Dont worry all your apps data will be swaped to ext sdcard so apps will work normally
I swaped my 8gb sdcard as internal memory:
If u use 16gb - internal will be 16gb
If u use 32gb - internal will be 32gb :laugh::laugh::laugh:
its tested and working everybody should try this

Hey doc.. ur update script seems to be ok... I think the problem is with aroma... try without adding aroma in the custom rom... may be thats why our phone gets stuck in boot...

Open ur my files app in your phone if your internal Sdcard name is sdcard0 then change as sdcard0...
If it's just Sdcard then leave the option as it is.
Yes it should be /mnt/sdcard0

About Kernel Source please refer this thread:
It is clearly mentioned that "If you can not do any of the above, release your rom without a boot.img in the flashable zip."
And my ROM does not have a boot.img and it is a flashable zip.
How To Flash :
You Can Take CMW Backup/TWRP Backup to Revert back to your old system (Just in case)
Please Note that the first boot may take upto 10 minutes.
1) Download Melting Rocks.zip File
2) Put into External/Internal SD Card
3) Go to CMW Recovery/TWRP Recovery
4) Wipe Data
5) Wipe Cache
6) Wipe System
7) Wipe Dalvik Cache
8) Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
9) Select Melting Rocks.zip and Select YES
10) If in CWM select OK / TWRP swipe to flash
NOTE:- This ROM is Rooted if still u have issue with rooting then Download and Flash Attachment below after installing My Rom
11) Reboot Your System
12) Enjoy
Known bugs: NONE (LET ME KNOW IF ANY)
DOWNLOAD HERE.
Note: I Will Not Be Responsible For Any Brick or Any Problem.....So Flash At Your Own Risk.

its not multiwindow its just a sidebar.......but great rom

stability test by antuntu sntuntu bench mark quadrant standard nena mark 1 and 2
stable rom
less battery usage i used it for 1 hour 37 min and it use only 8 percent battery...
no issue with wifi and network
nice camera

One question.If it is without boot.img,will it boot?
First of all thanks for your ROM, its really nice and smooth.
But thus ain't 4.2.2 android version but 4.2.1 only. Its just the version number has been changed under build.prop that is why it is showing 4.2.2 under settings. Why is it so? As this rom doesn't have the changes made in 4.2.2 ROM.

Hey! What's Up guys?
I am going to tell you little tweak to improve your free memory.
Galaxy Star has just 512MB of RAM and many suffer due to that!
Using this will help that.
This is using a tweak called "Adrenaline Boost" developed by @ImbaWind .
This is for both GT-S5280 and GT-S5282.
And will also work for all other android phones out there!
This is has been tested in my GT-S5282 and works like charm.
Here is the guide to do that:
Prequisites:
A rooted Samsung Galaxy Star with ClockWorkMod recovery (CWM 6 preffered).
You need to have BusyBox and all its binaries installed! [Link]
You also need Terminal Emulator! [Link]
Procedure:
Download the Adrenaline_Boost_Prime.zip from the thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1542602 ( It's there in the first posts attachment!)
Copy the file to extSDCard (or sdcard too).
Now boot into CWM Recovery.
Now go to "Mounts and Storage" in Recovery Menu.
Choose "Mount /system"
Go back to the Recovery Main Menu.
Now choose Install Zip from sdcard
Choose the zip (adrenaline_boost_prime.zip) from sd card and flash it.
Its quite a quick process.
Now reboot.
Open Terminal Emulator. And type su.
Now type 'boost'.
It will now boost your memory.!
How it works:
Basically this Adrenaline Boost installs a little binary called 'boost' into the /system/bin .
When we call this binary throught the terminal this app gets into action.
The 'boost' clears your old system cache, gets more free ram for you and gravely boosts your phone's performance! :laugh:
Warnings:
Adrenaline Boost clear your system cache and your cpu will work harder to build back needed cache.
You system need caches to work , this boost is intended to clear old cache that are no longer using and let the system to build new cache, so if you boost it too often , your cpu will be very busy building needed caches and may consume more battery than normal !
Boost it only when you need it, then there will be no problem!
I am now getting a free memory of around 150MB - 200MB using boost!
And thats great because before this my star would be having some 100MB free during idle!
Just check this out and share your experiences in this post!

Yeah that would be great. But its not possible now!
But you can make it execute every time you launch a terminal session!
Go to Terminal Emulator -> Preferences -> Initial Command and enter
"
su
boost
"
Click OK and exit. Now whenever you open terminal , Boost will execute!

-I Wanted to install some apps as user but all turned out to be system
-There is force closing on some apps (due to bug above)
[FIX]Open Titanium Backup and click on the app then swipe to get to advanced
and select "convert to user app" and then app will work normal
[BetterFIX] Go to mi file explorer and go to /system/app
click on the apps that are fc-ing and reinstall

Installation:-

I think quickpic is the best gallery app,
and one doesn't need es explorer when they already hav mi file explorer
and try to upload ROMs to dev db for better management.

with kitkat easter egg ull get kitkat mini game

but u can uninstall or freeze second app it is safe
i wnated to include these as user apps but their permissions became different
if u find force close on any app convert to user app

In this script you can let your apps odex eg I use the plus + and whatshapp all know that when we download some application from google or internet play and when we install it on our cell he did not believe the odex extension already in my case I installed whatshapp plus + with titanium backup and I converted the apk to system app and then spent the script and restart the whatshapp was odex consuming less ram, opening faster, these are the BENEFITS that script and able to do.

But their effect is only visible to locked bootloaders... By unlocking due to ta partition Bravia engine effect no longer works

Yesterday i downloaded the zip
From github before it was closed .
I opened the zip
Meta fn
Ms013g
System
Superuser
And repacked them into a zip when it restarted after installation i got stuck and repeated at the Samsung grand 2 powered by android and vibrated couple of time and it happened in a loop.
@buggaty @aapav01.
I noticed that when we boot and restart our phone we find words at the top left corner but when i booted in 16.5 the writing was missing and something kernel was written there.
