Reboot in TWRP recovery (Volume Down button when the phone reboot), Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.

Flash kernel is for people who are maybe coming from a kernel different from latest 254.
Status bar and navigation bar are same as stock with rounded corners (like Honami) when transparent

Problem : how can i set size of soft keys to default one as on stock ? this on are smaller and i want it bigger.
Problem - any edit with root explorer ( wifi fix, delete some blotware) cause restart device... why ?

I will do a 48DPI nav bar add on
No problem at all with root explorer.
Confirmed, reboots, trying to edit files with root explorer, trying to install xposed framework, all apps that need modify something with root access.

Instructions to install the ROM
Make sure you are on Official or Stock based ICS 4.1.B.0.587 or 4.1.B.1.13 Firmware
If you are in any other ROM like CM,PAC,AOSP,AOKP,MIUI,GB,JB--flash stock ICS ftf
Place the ROM zip in your SD Card
Reboot into Recovery
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache, Wipe Battery Stat
Mounts & Storage> Format data, Format Cache, Format System
Choose Rom zip to install
Finish Aroma Installer
Reboot from CWM
After 1st boot, complete setup wizard & give phone full charge & let it settle for 15-20 mins
Note: for honami keyboard swipe & dictionary support go to keyboard settings & download your language dictionary

I just have one request, can you make small apps or no small apps selection in aroma? Because not all people, including me like using small apps. To be honest, I never use them and small apps also eat a lot of ram

No it's ics rom... For now only jb roms support 3.4+ kernels

Root using DoomLord method.

FAQ
I have a message asking to "fix root" in recovery...
Ignore that message and select NO, this is a common bug with JB 4.3
How to flash 12.1.A.0.266 Kernel with flashtool?
1) Download any FTF of latest 12.1.A.0.266 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
2) Plug the USB.
3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
4) Select Flashmode.
5) Select 12.1.A.0.266 firmware on left side.
6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
7) Select Flash at bottom.
8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.

Weird, after wiping data and installing black version, i have bootloops, can't even get into the recovery.. On white version didn't have that problems.. Is there a way to get into recovery now? Or only reflash through flashtool?

Weird, after wiping data and installing black version, i have bootloops, can't even get into the recovery.. On white version didn't have that problems.. Is there a way to get into recovery now? Or only reflash through flashtool?

How? The phone reboots even before vibrations (on sony logo) so I can't even reboot it into recovery..

C5303, never had any problems with white version, I think it might be because of TWRP, as I wiped data in it, because philz doesn't recognize sdcard0. Anyhoo, i'm doing a fresh install atm, redownloaded rom again, will try this time with CWM

1.Put cm11 build 24(it can run on next cm builds) and [BUILD 24][ROM ][RC-1]RepeXpersiS Z2 Edition V 3.8.A.1.F by gamzekal on Sd card
2.Go to TWRP
---->Wipe---->Advanced Wipe
---->Swipe to Wipe
Dalvik cache,system,Cache,Data,Android Secure
After than CM11 Build 11

How to use Z2 Lockscreen with non lag
-Go to settings/about phone
-Click build number 7 times
-Go back to setting menu
-You will see Performance Header
-Go to Settings/performance
-Change profile from Balanced to Performance
How to Fix Back Button Issue?
Go to Settings/Language
Change the Language ex:from spanish to english
wait 10 seconds.And see the magic
back button works.
You can change again your country language

You didnt install rigtht.Do step by step.I tried it no lag,no fc or navigation bar.Dont Flash Part1 and Part2 together.Part2 has system services.Therefore i made 2 part
buttons not work smoothly
somtimes home or back button not working
lock screen has not stability
some Fc's on changing themes
Multi window works good
sony apps working smoothly
and rom isn't laggy !

first .open CWM and flash CM11 W8. reboot
next. open CWM and flash part1 and google app. reboot
next. open CWM and flash part 2 . reboot
after boot finish,I have a problem like that!

i think u should reflash the ROM and gapps first then start the next steps
until now,i found some themes not work like TriFlat.walkman and movie give FC
still testing
found walkman and movie solution:delete the files in system/app and just install like normal app and done

.For CM11 W8(first go to mounts and storage---->make [format /system,format/data,format cache] after than install cm11.zip )
-This is important only flash part1 not together GAAPS.I know it was complex.But this is early build.I will remove next build those steps.
.Dont use yet GAAPS.It is not good compatible with 4.4.3.(from percy ultra gaaaps)
-------------Dont install GAPPS----------------(it is not compatible with 4.4.3)
(For download googleplay apps from Browser-Read Addon Section)
Stamina is not added to this rom.Porting of this is really difficult.I musst too much problem on Framework2.jar.First i musst solve it.

Yes completely real Z2 animation not app or other thing.It is ported from Z2 Firmware.Thanks to @ashishdubey.I compiled his source code for cm11.

Review:
Stable Ports.... No LAG with xperia live wallpaper... Cool Man...
No Major Bugs except cm11's bug...
Minor bug- System ui crashes while i connect the usb to computer with usb debugging on. Count down timer in alarm crashes once it reaches 0.
Need more themes, Ambor's themes made the system ui crash, forcing me to reinstall(as i haven't taken backup)
waiting for cm11 to change the status bar from grey to black again... Black is cool man...
Open delta is updating my ROM. Though i stopped it in the middle.
Not sure next cm release will be compatible with Repexpersis. So i won't recommend automatic updates.
I saw some guys asking for this. But if it bootloops, they will start cursing... lol
So better avoid cm automatic update.
Smooth as HELL...

Ambor´s themes are not compatible with new Z2 framework yet.It takes much time.Currently 5 themes are compatible with RXS.Check my threads.
You are right usb debugging is not working.It is about z2 systemui.New Framework of ambor are using Z2 systemui for Theming.I found this codes.But no time to fix it.When you open usb debugging it musst be stop it.But it is impossible because it is continiuing to use sources.
It is compilicated.Short Solution:install cm11 systemui and try to use usb debugging.I am sure it works.

1. Install CM 11 from Percy
2. Let it load and do your personal Android/google settings
4. Enter TWRP and clear cache and dalvik
3. Install this ROM
4. Restart and you are done! As simple as that
As I said before: This is really great!

what happens if we use the open delta after installing this rom over CM 11 nightly build? i mean will open delta still work or we need to install this rom again after updating via open delta!!
In other words will open delta feature still be available as for cm 11 build and does RepeXperiasiS even be available even after Open delta updating to newer build, or will it bootloop?, or do we need to install RepeXperiasiS every time we get newer build?

Downloads And Instructions
Instructions:-
Download StryFlex™ LP ROM and put it in your device storage.
Download TWRP Recovery and flash it.
Make sure you have taken backup of your contacts before flashing the ROM. Use Super Backup App to take backup.
If you are flashing StryFlex™ LP Minimal Edition then first flash any latest CM12.1 nightly and add-ons then boot into system. Again reboot and go into recovery and then flash Minimal Edition Zip. Wipe cache and dalvik-cache after each zip flashing.
If you are installing StryFlex™ LP Ultimate Edition then no need to flash CM12.1. Just follow the below instructions.
Now Reboot and go to Recovery.
Format system, data, cache, dalvik-cache and internal storage and make a clean install.
Then click on Install Zip. Select storage where StryFlex™ LP ROM is kept and Flash the ROM.
Now wipe Cache and Dalvik/ART Cache.
Reboot your phone.
Done!Enjoy Xperia Lollipop UI!

To Enable Particle Effects on Lockscreen, Set Xperia Live Wallpaper as your Default Wallpaper.

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Qs.):-
Ques: Mobile data toggle is not working in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Mobile data toggle works as long as you don't edit and rearrange the default quick settings toggles. This issue is not in Ultimate Edition. All toggle works fine in StryFlex Ultimate Edition even if you edit and rearrange the quick settings toggles.
Ques: Xperia Keyboard is not appearing in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Go into Settings->Language and Keyboard. Change your language once and Xperia Keyboard will appear.
Ques: Why Xperia Z5 Settings is force closing in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Before flashing the Z5 Settings, add these lines at the end of build.prop. Then flash Z5 Settings and wipe cache and dalvik-cache.

Ques: How can I have stock Sony's icons for Battery?
Ans: Go in Settings->StryFlex Special->Status Bar.
Check "Sony's Battery Icon" and restart SystemUI (at bottom) then go in Battery Status and select Hidden as Indicator. Also to set battery percentage inside battery icon, go to Settings->Display->Status bar icons->Tick Battery Percentage.
Ques: Why the Quick Toggles animations are not working anymore?
Ans: Quick Toggles animations are only working in you are not coloring the icons, coloring engine is not able to color animated images.
So to restore animations, turn off Custom color switch in Settings->StryFlex Special->Notification Panel->Display Options.
Ques: Double tap anywhere to sleep can't be turned off?
Ans: The switch in Lockscreen settings is only working when Double tap to sleep is turned off in Status Bar options.
Ques: Volume to skip tracks doesn't seems to work?
Ans: Volume to skip tracks doesn't work with Ambient Display On.
Ques: What happened to Home launcher, no more Home drawer?
Ans: By default Modern layout is used, to restore old style, long press Home desktop, go in Home Settings->Home Screen Layout and select Classic.
Bugs:-
Pattern Lock is not working in Ultimate Edition only.
Import/Export Contacts and Groups tab is not working.

There are some issues with framework and MediaProvider.. I think I can fix it soon with the next update..Till then enjoy v1.0!

Sony Camera works..Link is given in Add-ons post.. Conversations not yet ported.. Will try to port it..

I don't think tangerine would be compatible considering the base is official CM12.1. Don't quote me on it though.
