Two different editions will be done, the black and the white; This is the Black Edition.

Fresh installation:
LOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 12.0.A.2.254 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install this recovery (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2649923).
Reboot in Touch CWM recovery (Camera button when the phone reboot), Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Unmount System, Flash the rom AND SuperUser fix ( https://mega.co.nz/#!lY1hHYqC!J9ireBCZBitNVlWIPDerFVst_7JIJd8QK8XnkgdX_FE )
Choose Power OFF in recovery.
Flash 12.1.A.0.266 kernel only with flashtool (see FAQ).
Turn ON and Press volume Up when the phone vibrate twice, then select Reboot System Now

FAQ
I have a message asking to "fix root" in recovery...
Ignore that message and select NO, this is a common bug with JB 4.3
How to flash 12.1.A.0.266 Kernel with flashtool?
1) Download any FTF of latest 12.1.A.0.266 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
2) Plug the USB.
3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
4) Select Flashmode.
5) Select 12.1.A.0.266 firmware on left side.
6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
7) Select Flash at bottom.
8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.

Weird, after wiping data and installing black version, i have bootloops, can't even get into the recovery.. On white version didn't have that problems.. Is there a way to get into recovery now? Or only reflash through flashtool?

C5303, never had any problems with white version, I think it might be because of TWRP, as I wiped data in it, because philz doesn't recognize sdcard0. Anyhoo, i'm doing a fresh install atm, redownloaded rom again, will try this time with CWM

Make sure you are on Official or Stock based ICS 4.1.B.0.587 or 4.1.B.1.13 Firmware
If you are in any other ROM like CM,PAC,AOSP,AOKP,MIUI,GB,JB--flash stock ICS ftf
Place the ROM zip in your SD Card
Reboot into Recovery
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache, Wipe Battery Stat
Mounts & Storage> Format data, Format Cache, Format System
Choose Rom zip to install
Finish Aroma Installer
Reboot from CWM
After 1st boot, complete setup wizard & give phone full charge & let it settle for 15-20 mins

Instructions to install the ROM
Make sure you are on Official or Stock based ICS 4.1.B.0.587 or 4.1.B.1.13 Firmware
If you are in any other ROM like CM,PAC,AOSP,AOKP,MIUI,GB,JB--flash stock ICS ftf
Place the ROM zip in your SD Card
Reboot into Recovery
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache, Wipe Battery Stat
Mounts & Storage> Format data, Format Cache, Format System
Choose Rom zip to install
Finish Aroma Installer
Reboot from CWM
After 1st boot, complete setup wizard & give phone full charge & let it settle for 15-20 mins
Note: for honami keyboard swipe & dictionary support go to keyboard settings & download your language dictionary

Go to XThemeEngine & apply any of the four theme packages (Blue is default) Grant SU
It will ask for a soft reboot/interface reboot, allow it

I have wanted to try it! which kernel you recommend for open bootloader?
when you start pressing on my walkman and music ... closes unexpectedly
and the application of style lockscreen does not work does not make any changes

This Rom seems beautiful & Good but have one query that this Rom have Xperia Z1 themed framework like Sahaabs Anzumi Rom but when i tried Anzumi Rom that time i faced too much Graphical glitches like coz of White Honami themed framework i can't see any font clearly :silly: coz font also white & framework theme also white so its pain to read anything in Rom & hard to use that Rom so is that same Graphical glitches have in your Xperia Z1 Rom @saqib nazm coz white framework always gives pain :silly:

I am using Vengeance. I am quite new to hdpi so I am not sure which kernel will give you best performance. Try one or two, changing kernel is a matter of 10 seconds about music tab, disable devices/semcDlna from settings app. If you want to use Dlna then reflash the Rom with full wipe I hope that will solve your issue :good:

It is really recommended to flash back stock when changing base. But you can try 1st time but If any problem occurs do flash stock

Just a question, the OP says people using some particular ROMs need to flash stock ICS ftf file. I am currently on Zelly Cream 3.0.1 ROM with Stock Kernel and Locked bootloader. So i think i need not flash the .ftf file, please correct me if I am wrong.

It's there in launcher settings you can find the option in drawer, drag screen from left most

Its because of the phonebook package I suppose you chose Xperia Z phonebook in aroma right? So you can replace with any previous phonebook package which worked fine for you anyways it won't harm in any way though
About Walkman I assume it runs out of ram, & it touches the minfree value which has been set for the rom, so check if many ram eaters are running background, cause I can listen to songs when using whatsapp

No bro I just checked, in updater-script & aroma the option of TTS is 1.9 & Emai is 1.10. So you might have mistakenly chose that instead of that. Sorry if I am wrong but I couldn't find a problem in scripts

Instructions to install the ROM
Make sure you are on Official or Stock based ICS 4.1.B.0.587 or 4.1.B.1.13 Firmware
If you are in any other ROM like CM,PAC,AOSP,AOKP,MIUI,GB,JB--flash stock ICS ftf
Place the ROM zip in your SD Card
Reboot into Recovery
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache, Wipe Battery Stat
Mounts & Storage> Format data, Format Cache, Format System
Choose Rom zip to install
Finish Aroma Installer
Reboot from CWM
After 1st boot, complete setup wizard & give phone full charge & let it settle for 15-20 mins

So far, I have been really impressed with the ROM. I only have one suggestion, which is to add true Z1 theme by DdcCabuslay for the next version along with extended power options. It will make the ROM perfect in my eyes.

Umm..yeah I can make you black settings just remind me again later & you can use any black phonebook/dialer which is black from themes n apps section or from any rom that has those black. But take LocalContacts, Infiniteview, SemcPhone, Phonebook from the same place as they work as a package

Yeah I will implement it in the next release about extended Power Menu all the options are there look in the screenshot. Isn't that what you are talking about?

Sorry, I should have been more clear with my request. Installing Z1 theme on top of your ROM gets rid of all power options, this is what I meant, for you to add them back when you embed Z1 Theme into your next version because the developer does not want to add power options to his theme by himself.

But I face problems with gaming, I'm not able to run Subway Surfers/Temple Run 2/Beach Buggy Blitz. No force close messages, just it closed automatically. Even with Gaming Mode in X-Booster. Any solution? Using CTCaer Kernel, Freq 122MHz - 1024GHz, maybe because of LMK?? Not sure, will try with other Kernels. Are others ppl facing this?

1. See if there are wi-fi modules available for xKernel.
2. Try flashing stock wi-fi modules.
3. Flash another kernel, you can find many on this forum.

Yeah its because of Minfree I suppose, do check if many apps are running in background process, you can delete zram from syste/bin because most of the custom kernels enables zram automatically

Flash kernel is for people who are maybe coming from a kernel different from latest 254.
Status bar and navigation bar are same as stock with rounded corners (like Honami) when transparent

I will do a 48DPI nav bar add on
No problem at all with root explorer.
Confirmed, reboots, trying to edit files with root explorer, trying to install xposed framework, all apps that need modify something with root access.

Downloads And Instructions
Instructions:-
Download StryFlex™ LP ROM and put it in your device storage.
Download TWRP Recovery and flash it.
Make sure you have taken backup of your contacts before flashing the ROM. Use Super Backup App to take backup.
If you are flashing StryFlex™ LP Minimal Edition then first flash any latest CM12.1 nightly and add-ons then boot into system. Again reboot and go into recovery and then flash Minimal Edition Zip. Wipe cache and dalvik-cache after each zip flashing.
If you are installing StryFlex™ LP Ultimate Edition then no need to flash CM12.1. Just follow the below instructions.
Now Reboot and go to Recovery.
Format system, data, cache, dalvik-cache and internal storage and make a clean install.
Then click on Install Zip. Select storage where StryFlex™ LP ROM is kept and Flash the ROM.
Now wipe Cache and Dalvik/ART Cache.
Reboot your phone.
Done!Enjoy Xperia Lollipop UI!

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Qs.):-
Ques: Mobile data toggle is not working in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Mobile data toggle works as long as you don't edit and rearrange the default quick settings toggles. This issue is not in Ultimate Edition. All toggle works fine in StryFlex Ultimate Edition even if you edit and rearrange the quick settings toggles.
Ques: Xperia Keyboard is not appearing in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Go into Settings->Language and Keyboard. Change your language once and Xperia Keyboard will appear.
Ques: Why Xperia Z5 Settings is force closing in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Before flashing the Z5 Settings, add these lines at the end of build.prop. Then flash Z5 Settings and wipe cache and dalvik-cache.

Ques: How can I have stock Sony's icons for Battery?
Ans: Go in Settings->StryFlex Special->Status Bar.
Check "Sony's Battery Icon" and restart SystemUI (at bottom) then go in Battery Status and select Hidden as Indicator. Also to set battery percentage inside battery icon, go to Settings->Display->Status bar icons->Tick Battery Percentage.
Ques: Why the Quick Toggles animations are not working anymore?
Ans: Quick Toggles animations are only working in you are not coloring the icons, coloring engine is not able to color animated images.
So to restore animations, turn off Custom color switch in Settings->StryFlex Special->Notification Panel->Display Options.
Ques: Double tap anywhere to sleep can't be turned off?
Ans: The switch in Lockscreen settings is only working when Double tap to sleep is turned off in Status Bar options.
Ques: Volume to skip tracks doesn't seems to work?
Ans: Volume to skip tracks doesn't work with Ambient Display On.
Ques: What happened to Home launcher, no more Home drawer?
Ans: By default Modern layout is used, to restore old style, long press Home desktop, go in Home Settings->Home Screen Layout and select Classic.
Bugs:-
Pattern Lock is not working in Ultimate Edition only.
Import/Export Contacts and Groups tab is not working.

There are some issues with framework and MediaProvider.. I think I can fix it soon with the next update..Till then enjoy v1.0!

Sony Camera works..Link is given in Add-ons post.. Conversations not yet ported.. Will try to port it..

I don't think tangerine would be compatible considering the base is official CM12.1. Don't quote me on it though.
