First you need a custom kernel for the s5830i, which you havent got yet. then you develop the rom

Not entirely true.
The original ace got its first custom rom by muaythaifighter before it got custom kernel, way back in july last year.
Not sure if the stock s5830i kernel had init.d support or not, but its not mandatory.
Just deodex, add powermenu option, add ics animation, add crt animation, add overscroll glow, themed framework, change fonts, repack as cwm flashable zip and u got a nice custom rom.

Hy thnks for idea i build rom for core 2 but i cant find any custom rom for this device
I have the stock rom how to get the META-INF
Thanks <3
If you have a boot.img and system.img I'm pretty sure they would need to be extracted to make a flashable zip. Just throw them in a kitchen. If you don't have linux try Ricky kitchen or someone has modded dsixda kitchen and called it cygwin kitchen, meaning you don't have to install a virtual box. Ricky is windows based anyway
