I suppose you could raise a valid point regarding the famous 2x2 chroma subsampling and image quality, but is the image quality on a Ray better than on a Neo?? or did SE use the same libmmjpeg.so on every phone???
Well the video recording is not working on Neo, maybe the Ray version does, and thus giving us video recording again. Maybe the quality is better of the Ray ?
Quality is better on ray when compared with neo.. But is it possible to replace the files from ray and use them on neo??
update : tried using libs from ray on my neo!!!
result : BOOTLOOP!!!

hello! if you want that you would have 3D Sweep Panorama and Sweep Multi Angle as on the original camera from xperia S, after installing Xperia V Camera Mod 5.1.1 Cyber-shot™ For Xperia 2012 Updated "17-01-13" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1945470 or XPERIA S, TX and V Camera http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2101943 we do the following,1)we unpack archive in the titanium backup folder on phone if you have no titanium backup, it is in archive 2)go in titanium backup, there we delete! ! ! Camera common1.0, 3D camera 1.0.0, Camera extension1.0, 3)restore Camera common1.0, 3D camera 1.0.0 and Camera extension1.0 (restore App+Data in Titanium Backup) 4)Reboot. friends mine of modes doesn't affect graphic effects! if before it worked for you, there shall be no problems with it, strictly follow the instruction! it is necessary to delete files which I specified, and to restory APP +DATA! you look a video manual, if someone writes the instruction, I won't be against as I badly talk in English.
Since the author is fine can someone write a guide please?

Didn't worked on mine Xperia P stock ICS .75 fw. Deleted the three apps and restored+data on Titanium. Everything still working but panorama didnt appeared. Trying over the 5.7.2 cybershot mod updated.
Hello, I tried to follow the procedure but it is impossible, when I try to restore 3D Camera 1.0.0 application the titanium backup not end the restore process.
Does anyone can tell me that I can be doing wrong?.

Can u make JB camera Quality AS GOOD AS OF ICS? I know without new camera libs its not possible but sony have released jb for xperia t and v so if u can take their camera libs and make them work it on mdpi phones!

Honestly, considering the fact that sony is never gonna give us a jb.... i guess what we really need now is ..a jelly bean rom that is totally 'sony'... i mean to say.. like what they have put there for xperia t and v..... this rom should look lyk as if it's frm sony (and far better than sony, ofcourse). from the Ui to the customization (like for an exanple..sony never gives a blue colored text anywhere in statusbar... it's white). mayb i sound like one with only wishes and wishes but no wish to help but i swear most of us would like the rom to be a fresh,sony-themed,fast and stable one. just spare the blue/miui/cm theming and all....other roms have that. we need a 'sony jb'. ...would be happy to test the rom once i get my bl unlocked. keep up the good work.

I think you should use a mix of sony style with aosp and you could use pacman rom as base because it has more options to costumize... for last, you should include walkman player with sound mods because the sound of jb roms for our devices sucks
I like to use an hardware button for flashlight, the option in cyanogen and in rom control ...

Good to hear ur idea .. however as aosp style/mixed style is already present in other jb roms here in xda, u could hav thought of the idea of making it pure sony-themed. but i can't imagine the amount of hard work u r putting in it so whatever u like, bring it on mate .. a bug-free jb rom,that's it! <fingers crossed>

this is just modded hwCamera from huawei ,, and huawei camera works on ics without problem so this should work without problems too
yup exactly my point....
This is a huawei ascend camera.apk working on 4.0 and up....
Cybershot can never work on jellybean roms....The title is misleading....

What launcher do you use? I use z1 launcher and doesn't work that's for sure. I am on XperianZe ROM.

Im just a music freak.I love wat comes out of my earpiece.And love to get lost in some lovely beats.For me thousands option is waste unless you have a good and crispy sound coming out.I mean only the quality of sound it produces.
Hope you will add this walkman in UHD 6.

Walkman widget doesn't work on honami home launcher, it sets on the left top corner and home launcher fcs after ttaking it.
Walkman fcs with the Xperia z1 framework v3.0.0 (in this thread).

You can use widget for launcher from any ICS rom who has xperia z walkman and launcher. Just put in in system and give permissions. Just combine semc music from Eagleboy and widget from other roms and will be ok.

Use light walkman from v6 then install widget from v5.1. or another rom.
