(Q) Bricked Sony LLW!

Hello. I need help. Im on stock GB 4.0.2.a.0.62, stock kernel and rooted. I installed cwm using the playstore cwm(xpack?). It says the cwm is not permanent though.
I was trying to install the "HASA GB v6 beta all" using the cwm(i total wipe first), but forgot to flash the kernel first(rage kernel?), and now it wont boot.
I cant enter the cwm i guess because the cwm is not permanent.
I tried flashing official firmware back using flashtool but hang at "Reading device information"
I tried flashing the unbrickingxperia2011 ftf and flashing the firmware again but it still hang at the reading device.
Btw, my device can enter flashmode(green led) n fastboot(blue led).
Help please! Thanks a lot

Is your bootloader unlocked? If yes, just flash the kernel in fastboot mode and then you should be able to boot in cwm
You don't need to install cwm using xparts, all kernels have cwm included, so just flash a kernel you like and you have cwm :good:

No, you need to do try it again like that:
1. Go to flashtool installation folder -> drivers: install all drivers for all devices/modes
2. Launch flashtool
3. Click the flash -> flashmode
4. Select the .ftf, don't exclude anything, but tick "no final verification"
5. When the poup appears, take your phone, and take out the battery
6. After 10 seconds, reinsert the battery and hold volume down. While holding volume down connect the phone to your pc
7. Now the flashing should start and we can hope it'll work!
8. Boot up the phone, root it, install cwm, restore the backup!
On a locked bootloader, you can't flash a kernel. You need to choose a rom for locked bootloader and follow all instructions like given there :good:

First of all you don't need to try PC Companion as it won't work on an unlocked bootloader!
Have you tried flashing another kernel in fastboot mode?

How to restore the A2017U Axon 7 to stock B20 with TWRP and locked bootloader

How to restore the A2017U Axon 7 to functional stock B20 ( System,Wifi,ETC ) with TWRP and locked bootloader
1) Download rczrider's TWRP System backup
2) Extract the A2017UV1.0.0B20 folder on the desktop.
3) Copy the content of the A2017UV1.0.0B20 folder in /sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/DEVICE_SERIAL_CODE_HERE/Stock
4) Download tenfar's B20 root kit and extract it on the desktop
5) Turn OFF the phone.
6) Hold both volume buttons and plug the USB cable in the phone. The screen should stay black when the cable is plugged in. (Make sure to have the Qualcomm 9008 drivers installed).
7) Open CMD in tenfar's B20 root kit folder and type: axon7root.exe -p (com port) (See tenfar's thread for help).
8) Once the boot.img and recovery.img are both installed successfully, hold volume up + power to restart the phone. You should arrive in TWRP.
9) Click on Restore->(Folder where the recovery is).
10) Make sure the System partition is checked and Swipe to restore.
11) Wipe Cache/Dalvik and then restart the phone. It should boot fine in Android.
12) BE PATIENT COMPLETE BOOT WILL TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES
NOTE : Step 3 - TWRP uses your device serial number to create /restore your backup , if you are not sure what it is just do a simple TWRP (Cache for sample) it will show now
Thanks to @DrakenFX, @tenfar, @rczrider and anyone else involved in this!
Wow thanks and the fixes are pouring in!

All content inside the zip file (forum.xda-developers.com/axon...files-t3443818 ), has to be extract into /sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/DEVICE_SERIAL_CODE_HERE/Stock?

Yes. If you want you could just do a small backup in TWRP of the boot and it will create the right structure for you, after that you just have to drag the files in the right folder.

normally you'd use "fastboot flash boot boot.img" from bootloader mode.
I need to return phone. Does anyone have the stock US bootloader? The one I have called stock shows as A2017UV1.0.0B20_boot, but the Build Time is in Chinese and I don't recall this being the case when I got the phone.
Thanks
Following this guide, I was finally able to get my phone to boot again (not even sure what I did wrong in the first place, following a well-known guide).
However, I have no radio/modem functions.... no cell connectivity, no wifi, bluetooth, etc. I've tried flashing rczrider's untouched modem backup, but I get an error about flashing a critical partition not being allowed. Here is the error. Can anyone help?
Code:
c:\Users\chris\Desktop\Chris Phone\Axon>fastboot flash radio modem.bin

sending 'radio' (97280 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.148s]
writing 'radio'...
FAILED (remote: Critical partition flashing is not allowed)
finished. total time: 2.170s
**EDIT**
I flashed tenfar's original modified boot (the one that is now crossed out) just for giggles, and now my phone boots AND has wifi.

I think it's locked ... if i try with adb & fastboot ... (several commands to check if the phone is locked i don't get an answer) ... only <waiting for device> message.
Is there any other way to check if it's locked?
I'm afraid that if i try to install TWRP it will block the phone and all i have left is a useless paper weight.

The bootloader is not locked. Samsung phones don't have a fastboot mode, they have a download mode. You have two options for flashing twrp: odin or heimdall.

Hello,
I installed Odin307 and downloaded CF-root-sgs3-v6.4.tar, after connecting odin to my S3 and selecting the CF root file ... after the phone rebooted and went back to android i got the message "PASS" in odin.
So if i am correct, the phone should be rooted by now.
Now i guess: installing TWRP via odin and the google apps ... what version of Lineage Os would you recommend?
If i check on the website of lineage os, the samsung s3 i9300 is no longer available ...

It is not bootloop..it is hardbricked..same like mine
No solution yet because of xiaomi locked flashing by user via edl mode.
i found solution ;
And tutorial is mine
What should to do in case of infinite reboot on REDMI logo after stock rom flashed?
1) If Bootoader is unlocked, enter twrp; If it is closed, try to unlock it, if it is the same pc and account for first unlock can be unlock.
2) Install the twrp version of stock rom (can find on web)
if boots very good to rescue
3) Re-install stock rom from fastboot with flash_all.bat (dont wipe on installed, let it wipe itself.)
Use MiFlash20191206.zip , this miflashtool saves my life
4) If the device is turned on, should be turned 99% percent, You can use unlocked bl or lock with flash stock rom with flash lock script.
Congratulations you fixed the problem!!!

Mi note 10 lite stuck infinite boot with any ROM

Hi guys
I have a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite.
After upgrading to MIUI 12.5, the camera "macro" has stopped working. In the CIT test, it fails. I just ignored this, since i don't use Macro Camera.
After a week, the front camera has stopped working. This made me more nervous. Then, after a month, ALL Camera fails, and i notice the vibrator is no longer working too. I searched and some threads told to restore persist.img file, or just flash stock rom.
Ok, I unlocked the phone with "Mi Unlock", then i flashed the stock rom. The phone doesn't boot anymore. It is stucked in MI logo (about 3 months stucked).
I got a new phone but i want to repair my phone with tools.
I tried unnoficcial TWRP (the 3.4.2B get errors mounting the partitions) , tried OrangeFox (the touch doesn't work), tried the stock recovery, tried to flash Xiaomi.EU, tried to flash some of customs ROMs, NONE worked. I got stucked on mi logo forever.
And, it is hard to get the recovery. In 1 of 50 tries (holding the power and vol+) it gets to the recovery. It's hard, and i don't know why.
I don't know what to do. I've been trying to recover this phone about 3 months, and my last hope is asking to you.
I appreciate your help.

try to wipe everything under twrp, use stock rom that u had working and install from twrp (recovery rom). if that doesnt work try to fix data partition under twrp (maby others). to make it clear:
1. wipe everything(if u feel it is necessary wipe partitions 1 by 1) and do factory reset under twrp
2. try to fix partitions especially data but maby all need this
3. go to fastboot mode and install stock rom which used to work. install it from cmd/powershell by using adb/fastboot command or miflash (had problems with xiaomi.eu and other roms when something fu..ed up)
if that doesnt work try tu use install on twrp with stock recovery rom (first do 1 and 2 aswell)
fixing partitions and factory reset after sometimes help to flash roms correctly.
hope i helped. if not let us know.

fasbot logo means that u r in fastboot mode then u can connect usb to pc and flash from miflash or install twrp by console. everything u want to flash from pc u do it in fastboot mode (there is only logo nothing else no menu console nothing just logo). u have to install drivers for adb and fastboot on your pc, also miflash got drivers aswell u have to install them. if u using fastboot or miflash method make sure your rom is fasboot rom, for twrp or stock recovery use recovery version of rom (for my phone fastboot roms usually 4,5-5 gb, recovery 3.5gb). if u r using recovery custom roms use twrp (also u can use fastboot command or adb in console for that) it will not work in miflash.

Did you try "fastboot boot twrp.img" instead "fastboot flash twrp.img"?

Ok i dont know if that is possible i tried fastboot flash boot boot.img or fastboot flash recovery recovery.img or twrp.img
I have tried installing every stock rom, tried installing different recoveries stock orange twrp, i have not tried installing custom rom because i dont know if its possible to install from fastboot.
could you confirm if that sentence its well written?
I think is fastboot flash boot boot.img no fastboot boot twrp.img
if it helps if i put fastboot continue, it just power off
Here is nice and well explained guide.
