[Mod] [Radio] T-Mobile Radio 3.24.531.3 | Flashable zip | - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

I was looking for the latest HTC One T-Mobile radio and didn't find it, so I made a flashable zip with the radio image from the 3.24.531.3 firmware posted by @Behold_this (Thanks). To keep it handy I'm sharing it here.

I would check your APN settings in Settings to see if they match T-Mobiles.
You can find T-Mobile's APN setting in the 3rd Post.
You can get a more updated T-Mobile radio from this thread.

Thanks for the advice but I can only make and receive calls if I put the phone on GSM only as a preferred network. The problem with this is I only get 2G speeds only in a area where I know I have 4G LTE. I flashed the radio and updated the APN but still no calls making or receiving unless its on GSM only as a preferred network. Any other suggestions?

Since you are S-ON, trying different radios is your best option. If you were S-OFF you could try different firmware. Sorry, I could not be provide more help.

Rezound on International Use

I am going to go on a trip to the Cayman Islands in a little over a week and I was thinking about snagging an international VZW phone to use while I am there. Last time I went I carried a sim unlocked iPhone and it worked great by just picking up a prepaid card. I know the Rezound had the radios in the beginning but I am having a hard time figuring out how well it works and where it stands as of now thanks to updates and what not. My question is, how is the Rezound working on voice and data and if I should be looking at certain leaks for better performance? Any insight would be appreciated, and if you guys think there is a phone that will work better for me, feel free to make suggestions.

The rezound is a global phone, if you whant a easy to us eno setup needed rom for gsm, use one of mine(Rezound Miaster) , when you flash this custom rom, just pop in any Sim card and it will work, no settings or tweaks or anything needed to do. you migh thave to enter your apns depending on your carrier.

When using Rezound Miaster for GSM, will I get HSDPA ??
In most of the post i've read before. Rezound were only goes as far as EDGE...
And if I want to use Rezound Miaster, I just flash it ?? no Clockwork Recovery ??

You're gonna get HSPA+ if your network provider uses the 2100mhz frequency band (almost every global provider does). Otherwise you'll have to stick to EDGE.
And yes, you do need recovery, though it's Armon Ra that is recommended not CWM. The later still got some bugs.

I flashed the ICS leak the 605.10 the one that's supposed to be the OTA one. I went to the Verizon store they said it should work but they don't know since its not technically official. It should work with the 4G SIM card. Is it unlocked for any sim or can I only use it with the Verizon SIM? I just didn't wanna post a thread about this.
Thanks

Yes, the rezound is factory unlocked by default, you gotta enable gsm by either flashing a gsm rom (and be able to send texts on gsm for a change) or simply root and look for the stock gsm patch that works on that leak you're running.

But in Sense 4, mms not working
I'm on the leak from three months ago in Afghanistan with an extended battery. Popped in a sim card from a shop on base and it works with no problem. Calls only though no data. I had to use the lte on off app to put it in gsm.

"you migh thave to enter your apns depending on your carrier." this quote concerns me since I haven't heard of it before, I tried to look around but without testing not getting far. Anyway, Verizon cust, plan on flashing GSM Rom and getting prepaid SIM in Ireland. Do I need to focus on apns?

It will probably be sent automatically by the carrier but still, it may not and you're gonna have to manually set it up.

Can't get data to work on any custom rom out there on Telus HOX+

Hey everyone. So I got a Telus HOX+. Unlocked the bootloader. I have flashed every rom that is available and I have only been able to get 2 to actually boot fully. But on both I was able to connect to my carrier but had no data.
I am running a hboot 1.32.0000 atm
Also have twrp for att installed using the all-in-one.
Maybe someone has a backup of the stock Telus HOX+ as I accidently deleted mine while nav around in twrp
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Cheers

Flashing international custom ROMs?

Looking at the codenames, both the international One and the ATT/TMOUS One are M7_UL. I'm pretty sure that they should all be able to run identical ROMs. Anyone know anything about this? Is it like the DHD/Inspire 4G where US variants needed an extra zip to flash things to make the ROM compatible?
Already confirmed that this works fine.
Yes they work fine ,first install Rom then flash boot.img

No such thing as international One.
It's all the same. The only seperation is bandwidth that your carrier operates on.
nugzo said:
Depends.... Supposedly if you update to the new firmware and hboot from the OTA update, roms built on the older firmware have issues. Key is to not do the firmware update yet. Not untill the devs start using that as their base..Or at least a base with compatible firmware. I think if you are on 1.19 you are ok. If software is 1.20 then you might have issues. If you are on 1.20 look for roms with the same firmware.

[MOD] [AT&T/TELUS] [APR 18] Radio Flasher

Description:
This mod enables you to switch radios without actually flashing the radio partition (which requires S-OFF).
How does it work?
The mod flashes the radio files to /system/mdm. On boot up, if the radio exists in this location, the radio partition will be unmounted and a symbolic link will be created from /firmware/mdm to /system/mdm.

i dont know if we can just flash the dev edition??? and then flash the tmobile ratio??
I have a t-mobile variant that I changed to the developer edition thru s-off but for some reason, I feel like my data speeds are slower. We are talking about 2-7mbps from 10-20mbps.... So I don't know if I need to flash something else to it.. Like the t-mobile radio.. But how would I do that?

Unless you specifically did that via RUU, the radios did not change. The ROMs don't contain the radio.

Yes, I changed the RUU to the one provided on the htc website. I also changed my Cid from its stock to Cid 11111111 hypothetically speaking, if I wanted to go back to complete stock, is that possible? If not, what is my alternative to enjoying the developer edition

Ouch, that may have flashed the radio. There are a couple of threads about flashing the TMO radio (attempting to get AWS on international ROMS). You could flash the radio from those, but I don't have a high confidence that those radio files contain everything needed to get AWS back onto a TMO phone that has been RUU.
Here is one of them, take a look:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2247171
EDIT: Eventually TMO will release an update for 4.2.2, that will definitely take you back to stock.
Oh ok thanks a lot. Dan I didn't know it would do that .. I hope I didn't screw my phone up... But hopefully the RUU that htc will release in the future will be beneficiary to me.. Because I still have 3g, hspa+ and in sure I will get low

Yeah, be sure and read the requirements for flashing when it comes out. I think you have to go back to stock recovery, for one thing. Good luck!
