PIMP UR OMNI 4.3
Hello all ,
my english is too bad and i dont know how i say it , xD
its being a year i have i9070 and i just ask for help , and i just want to help a little
So here we gonna add CM FEATURES and some kitkat features to OmniROM which u can download it from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2555445
---------------------
Apps we need : Click on the app name to download
1- Xposed Framework
2- GravityBox
3- Nova Launcher "optional"
4- Kitkat HD Multilauncher Theme "optional"
---------------------
Now after install Xposed and GravityBox which is most important and it easy but i'll explain CM stuff and kitkat. "u'll need restart when u install Xposed + when u active modules"
* Adding Tiles on QuickSettings :
Open GravityBox > Statusbar tweaks > QuickSettings management > Statusbar Quicksettings tiles - here add the tiles u want
in QuickSettings management u'll have more options if u want more for Quicksettings .
* Cente Clock :
Open GravityBox > Statusbar tweaks > Clock settings - here u can enable center clock in statusbar.
* Transparent Notification drawer :
Open GravityBox > Statusbar tweaks > Notification drawer style - here u can Change the transparency.
* Battery style "if u want CM u can find it in settings , if u want kitkat one its in GB"
Open GravityBox > Statusbar tweaks > Battery indicator style - choose whatever u want "dont forgot to hide the original battery indicator from settings or u'll get Dual batterys xD"
* Statusbar transparency for launcher and lockscreen only :
Open GravityBox > Transparency Manager- change it from here "mine is 100% for both lockscreen and launcher"
* LEDs (Back & Menu) :
Open GravityBox > Display Tweaks > Button backlight mode - Put it "always" bcuz default is buggy from the rom .
* Clear all recent tasks :
Open GravityBox > Miscellaneous tweaks > Clear all recent apps - choose whereever u want i prefer bottom left .
NOTE : in GravityBox more features , try to discover it
---------------------
Now if u want better kitkat theme , install Nova and apply the theme which is the best kitkat theme i found :good:
My Homescreen and lockscreen :
i know its not that much but maybe someone didnt know this
if i helped just press Thanks button

I guess switching to 24 hour clock solves that issue! Not sure, you can try

Have you try other launcher?? Like Apex, Nova, Holo, ADW..
Those launcher support transparent statusbar..
But i use default Trebuchet on PAC JB..and this app work for me
I use Nova launcher. Maybe I'll switch to Apex and see if it works.

Compatibility
The module was developed using as its basis the Xperia Stock 5.0.2 firmware, so don't expect it to be fully compatible on others ones. I'll give it proper compatibility asap!
Just saw this on Xposed, giving it a shot, thank u
5.1.1 Too?
Works amazingly good on eXistenZ Y
Here are some screenshots
PS you can control the blurriness in the lockscreen, so dont worry if it looks a lil weird in the screenshots
Good job Dev
I don't know about anybody else but I can't get this to work on 5.1.1. I'm using a Note 4 running CM12.1

OK. Thank you and I think it looks cool. I didn't know because I didn't see anything about it being only for Xperia devices in the Xposed description.

I know but it sounds interesting for me because I am a flashaholic, so I have to be the first, lol.
The screenshot looks promising to me and I hope we can see more shortly.
BTW: your avatar and the mine one will have a lot of fun...

Yes... We all know, there is no custom rom for tab 4 7.0.. So, I decided, I will not make a total rom..! I have made a flasheble zip with some mods with xposed apps.. It is quite small in size and it gives you a fully lollipop experience..!!

This thread looks awesome. I'll be flashing this when its available. What versions of the 7in will you be supporting?
Two things though, my good sir.
1st - this is built from OEM Samsung Firmware. This thread actually belongs in regular development sub-forum. (Original Development is reserved for compiled aftermarket Firmware....ie CM/AOSP ROMs and compiled Kernels from source)
2nd - to post in a development forum, you need valid download links. No place holds allowed.
Other then that this ROM looks amazing.
g_ding, it is my mistake too because right now I help out with the build prop and I have not the 24/7 time range to get it back to Roy. So please we know what's wrong.
Oh wait! Is the base system 5.1.1? Or themed based on 5.1.1??

I mentioned it in the title. It is a themed ROM.
Please stop tagging themed kitkat roms with [5.1.1] tag, it's confusing and it's a lie basically

Keep Up Bro Nice Work
So, any feedback ?
Nice Work
Hope to see more apps by you
Some feedbacks.
1. Extream lag while pulling down the quick toggles panel after applying a custom image which is about 3mb big.
2. Can't revert to the unmoded header. Removing the module doesn't help.
Anyway this module is awsomeNice work!

The best resolution is : h:500, w:2000. or any 1:4 pic .
For reverting back, disabling the module and restarting would disable the module work, it's powered by xposed, not enabled => won't change anything .
Btw, what's your device/model please?

I'm using xperia sp with candy5 rom. I also have blurred system ui module and it's compatible with your xSystemUI
Also adding an option for importing custom images from cm file manager would be nice
Doesn't work with darkobas rom, oneplus one, sadly.

Gonna work on it, just working on compatible issue on Xperia Z Stock LP issue.
I may include Time sets in the next update.
Awesome module but unfortunately don't work for AOSP 6.0 yet.
Abo Hani do you have plans to make it work on AOSP MM?
Thanks for share your great work.

You need a pure SystemUI, Samsung SystemUI files are different, at this time i didn't support it, for 2 reasons :
- No header to modify ? only Quick toggles background ( and it's gonna be weird ) .
- I'm not into Samsung modding yet.
Ill have the requested files up in about 10 minutes. Thanks man!

Here is the SystemUI.apk, Framework-res.apk, Xposed logs from Nexus 6P running Pure Nexus ROM on 6.0.1

Just one last thing please, what doesn't work ? Image and/or Color ? plus, try to long press on the SystemUI Header, and let me know if you see any strange color/drawable appear instead of the TEAL Color .
Thanks!
After installing module and rebooting and then choosing a header color and rebooting again the changes wernt applied.
