Hi everyone!
I have a problem with this app, I had a Pantech Burst but I've upgraded my phone to an Xperia Z. When I did this and I insert the Micro SD into to my new phone I saw that all my files that was hidden now are .bin files and the app its not detecting this files anymore to restore them. Does anybody know how to recover my files or change them to mp4 format??

Hey there,
I have a huge problem with my C550 (with latest firmware). My little cousin has deleted some files of HTC album and the camera app - so they wont start anymore (phone just tells that files are missing). As I dont want to reflash at the moment I have a huge request.
Can someone with a C550 or equivalent phone *.zip the whole Windows folder and send it to me so that I can extract the missing files I need to resurrect the phone (currently I have no idea which files are missing - i need to compare)?

I have cyanogen 6 the final version on my mini pro and my media apps (like gallery 3d, or MIUI music) can't find any pictures or music from sd card. But these files are in the sd card - I can open it from my computer or Es File Explorer. One gallery app said that it can't find any photos from sd, because I have to get access for it, or something like that. I think this is because of the superuser app.

I had the same issue initially. A reinstall of the ROM fixed it though.
I tried this. First Gallery 3d was ok, but laiter it started showing ,,there are no items in your collection. I think the files in sd card are protected or something like that. But thank you Sideromelane for your trying to help. Any more idea?
Hey check if you have a file/folder named 'nomedia.' in your sd card. If yes delete it.

Make sure you look for it with your PC, as it's a hidden android file and some android explorers won't show it, it's a file called .nomedia
check whether its excluded from media scan...
Yeah! I found the file with name .nomedia and deleted it. Now it works perfect!

ahmmmmm... i wanna ask how to put/install games,apps,themes on motorola defy mb525? can u share it w/me in a step by step procedures ... im just 17yrs old trying to put a games,apps,themes on my phone cause the only one i know about putting in it is putting a music and video there

The games themes and varoius aother apps are in apk format just upload them to a folder in memory card and then disconnect the usb cable from phone access this folder and install those apk
..ithink,u don't need to disconnect the phone to check it...u can check & test everything with phone connected.use file explorer from phone!
Get Apps -> the easiest way to get apps is to use the Android Market
-> or get the app apk files from the internet and put them to the
SD card and install them with your file explorer

I am using a Samsung grand quattro (Model No. i 8552) andriod version 4.1.2.
To hide few personal pics, i was using audio manger version 3.2, My folders are missing, i had stored them on the phone rom.
to recover the deleted pics & audio files I tried using recuva but it doesnt detect the phone rom.
To enable the usb mass storage system I have to root the phone which i am not able to it,
Isnt there an simple method to recover the deleted pics & audio files from Phone rom.
Can anyone help me regarding this I would be very very grateful to him or her.
Why you are not able to root it?
I would suggest to use another file explorer, maybe the program just hid your folder(s) and you are not able to see on stock file explorer

Did you try cwm recovery through odin
Did you deleted them? if not then open My Files (default file manager) and check here

if you deleted them from Audio Manager then you may try File Scavenger to recover them.

I wanted to hide some video and audio files from being viewed in both gallery and the music player, so I placed them here(/storage/emulated/0/Android/datacom.android.providers.media/albumthumbs).
I came back later to find out all my files were gone... I'd like to find out if there's a way recover my files...and by the way, I've tried connect my phone to PC and enabled show all hidden files, I also downloaded an app(dumpster) from the playstore but doesn't show anything... I am using an HTC one m8 running android revolution 43.3 and is rooted. Thanks in advance...
