Can anyone help me to solve my issue related with network.
I am suffering with poor network problem/inconsistent network.
I have tried so many modem base bands to resolve this problem.
Bu no luck.

Hmm, on the battery compartment, do you have 1 IMEI or 2 IMEI printed? Did you tried other SIM cards (different telco)?

Hi,
Yes IMEI is printed.
network is available but poor not so strong and not consistent like samsung/micromax etc. mobiles.
I have tried other sim/ operator.
Also used the same sim in other device.shown so strong network.

Hi,
I have tried following versions-
V15, V16, V17, V19, V20, V23, V51, V52
other basebands also
MOLY. WR8.1248.MD.WG.MP.V5.F1.P53, V7.P1, V28, V6P11, V8P3.
These all basebands i have already tried.
Did you found any solution as even I am facing similar issue. Please help...

I am facing network problems.I have no signal in both sims.I had 4.2.1 and now upgraded to P780_ROW_S221_140729 but problem is not fixed.I tried a couple of other modems but still the same.Does anyone know how to help me?I used to have excellent signal and one day it stopped .I did not move country.Is there any way I be sure if there is a hardware problem?Thank you!

ROM S221 is KK - modems for JB not working, U must install only those from this directory (Modems for S221)

I tried all of them.I have signal in some places but it is empty at the most time.I think it is a hardware problem

Did you try to reflash your rom amd see if it is not an hardware or software problem ?

To reflash your ROM you will find a lot of tutorials in this forum. To know what is the problem, is to root and install custom recovery and change modems one by one till something is going on.

I have tried all modem versions for my p780 and they dont work properly.Is there a way to find out if it is a hardware problem by myself?I bought the phone from China and I live in Greece so I think it is going to be a long time I guess till it returns.So I d preffer to fix it on my own.

I think it may be hardware antena problem, because before U had excelent signal. Or try flash the same ROM and modem which U had before (when everything was OK) On Youtube is a video how ro repare hardware antena on P780 (it was russian video).
I am unable to connect to 3g network always shows x dead signal 2works fine .. :crying: ... My phones version is ROW S124 ; baseband version v23 ... Any solution how can we fix this issue?? When I went to service center , they told its a hardware issue we will have to change PCB .. Pathetic service in India (Bangalore) ... Need help ... Newbie

3G coverage in India is very bad and that is the highest possible reason. Do you get GSM signal to make and receive calls? Whenever I saw 'x' near the signal icon, the problem was IMEI lost or wrong Radio flash. Try retrieving your IMEIs using Mobile uncle if you have backed up them. Else try different Modems which is also explained with steps in one of the other thread in this Forum.

GSM is absolutely working fine on 2G mode. No problem with calls n all so far,I just have problem only with WDCMA mode and on auto mode thats all . whenever i select WCDMA mode it show X near signal... I a newbie so plz help me installing modem on this or any other solution.. Thanks
Cek your sn. If appear like mine. You got same prob with me. And i still has the prob unsolved.

yes sir, it is the same. i traveled to the town and i had signal. but when i came back to our location, problem returns. phones here should have a signal cause we are just about 2 kilometers away from the town. my s3 is LTE capable. i tried switching to gsm and what the other one? but still didnt solve the problem,

Hi people, i'm here once again to ask for your help... I have one samsung galaxy s6 edge SM-G925F that is working at 90% only... My problem is that i cant make or receive any voice calls, i can send and receive sms, network, wifi, everything is working except voice calls... IMEI is ok, i checked it already, tried diferent roms but nothing worked... can you please help me to figure out what the problem might be?

Make sure your network is set to auto
it is set to auto, everything works, but i cannot make or receive voice calls...
everything is working, when i try to make a call it just disconnects, if anyone calls me, it gives the same as if i had it powered off.

Ok, flashed that firmware and same result... I try to make a call and it just end the call imediatly and change to emergency calls only

Sounds like it's ypur SIM that might have an issue. Can you try a different SIM in your phone?

My SIM card is working fine... I tryed it in another phone and it works normally

same problem too!! i'm in italy my sim have ever worked very fine on p8 on 4g. but on this phone no..calls stop after 15 sec anytime flashed custom fw rooted note solved first i had a t-mobile rom....

checked a few times all clean. and not blacklisted

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my s9+ DUOS SM-G965F. I cannot make any call. The carrier is showing, but the signal is dropping.. and then I get not registered on network. I tried:
1. Reset network settings
2. Factory data Reset
3. 2 SIMs different carriers(is not locked), both sims works on another phone.
What can I do? Maybe hardware problem? If hardware, what can be? What piece of hardware? Thank you!
On dialer put: *#06#
If IMEI = 0000000000000 then you can't get a working line because you don't have IMEI.

Did you purchase your mob new or 2nd hand?
I wonder if the hone is blocked / reported lost or stolen in Your country?
Type *#06# and make a note of the IMEI then paste it into https://imei24.com/blacklist_check/
You can also consider flashing the stock firmware via odin. You can download it for free from sammobile
I bought it 2nd hand, I have 2 IMEI s and none of those IMEI are blacklisted. I got the phone to a service and told me it wasn't unlocked properly.

No, it was a hardware problem. A common thing on the s9. I sold the phone.
@cpanait69 I have the exact same problem but it happens like 70% of the time. Started happening since 7 months. Not really sure what to do with this phone now.
