I'm using AOSP for binaries and M8 MaximusHD for port
This is a ROM who is partially fonctionnal. Make a BACKUP of your current ROM before try this.
Do not ask for ETA, or don't say that's thing is not working ... I know. Flash at your OWN risk - It's only for devs
I did not need testers, stop sending me PMs about that, even this is nice. However I need developers/kernel developers/porters for the project is still progressing.

If the ROM does not boot after 10 minutes, try to reboot. And then if the rom does not boot again, go to recovery wipe all and flash it again

Multirom is TWRP. It doesn't support CWM backups as far as I know.

I believe PhilZ recovery has an option to convert backups to a flashable zip (it supports both CWM and TWRP). I could be wrong though.

This backup was done with CWM so maybe you have to use it ?

It failed again, and it looks like clockworkmod didn't copy it to the internal storage. I will try to get the recovery log again later, when I have more time
Edit: TWRP seems to be finding a recovery.log in /tmp. I will try and see if it was generated by TWRP or CWM.

However i'm trying to boot with a flashable zip. It's really hard. Don't know why

Try Cygwin, it makes the flashable zips for you. It really made the whole process easy for me when I used to make ROMs
