I can agree with the launcher, it is heavier so it is closed a bit more often than Google one but I haven't faced lags

Here's my review :
- A little lag at homescreen, but i like the launcher
- Sometimes (often) the phone is force close, but i don't know the force close message is not appear anymore after a few minutes
- As emwno said that the lockscreen not fully working, maybe need some editting in layout
- Wifi Works
- Signal sometimes zero
- Browser sometimes force close
Anyway, this ROM looks very promising. Maybe i will test this rom for a day

No i did not. The FC notifications stopped automatic after 2 or 3 times. I got fc notification when i go to settings/network.
well, thats because its in network standby mode. and yeah, the tab bug is listed already.

Rotation works also. I tried it in gallery. And video playback, and gmail.
thats why its listed under buggy. sometimes deivce didnt rotate and, sometimes when trying to view something in landscape app crashes. (on arc/arc s/pro)

First bug: headphones aren't working.
Next: quickpic isn't working

1- copy systemconnector.apk from cm7 and it will work
2- reinstall quickpic and it will work
3- i will try my best to fix that

I know about theme but for example: there is other deskclock app, music app looks like in ldpi phones ect.
Cypress is fixed on jb but it's laggy on gb.

this is not straight port from the old GingerDX for xperia x8 , but I will fix that for the next release and next time I will try and stay close to the original look

Bugs:
- Walkman Widget Doesnt Show Album Art
- Themes Dont Appear ( i do not have a 2012 device and hence will be difficult for me to fix )
- FC on clicking Shortcuts
- Theme Color Does Not Change

I not have first and third bug! When i click on shortcuts i not get any FC, and walkman widget work perfect for my!

CUI grid is different
App Tray Drawer is slightly different
plus i believe there should be some bug fixes
6.1.A.0.5 is also out but it is not yet out to the Z1
i will port it once it is out to Z1
it has been released to xperia T

Does v3.0.1 support touch sounds? I am waiting for 5x4 app drawer before updating my launcher from 2.4. :good:

ya i believe it does to some extent
testing is the main thing to do
and 5x4 may take upto 2 weeks as i really dont feel like working on anything related to android lawl XD kind of getting fed up of posting stuff on XDA and etc XD

Actually the thing is m not from programing side. M a mechanical engineer. Thats why do know about codes.If somebody could help me, I can do that.

next update will also have the shortcut and theme fix
so ya dont worry about it
stay with 2.4 for now and endure the 4x4

As well as my main Custom ROM for all current Honor devices, I am excited to announce a Beta release of the 'Stock Style' version. This ROM is based on the main MCR, but has a host of changes to provide a more 'stock Android' experience!
Changes include...
Removed all 'additional apps' installed from cust (Twitter, Games etc.)
Replaced Calculator with Google Calculator
Replaced Calendar with Google Calendar
Replaced Clock with Google Clock
Replaced Contacts with Google Contacts
Replaced Dialler with Google Dialler
Replaced Gallery with Google Photos (can still be launched straight from Camera)
Replaced Phone with Google Phone
Replaced Messaging with Google Messenger
Removed Email / Exchange app (now replaced by Gmail Exchange support)
Removed File Manager
Removed HiCare
Removed Music app
Removed Notepad app
Removed Sound Recorder app
Removed Videos app
Removed Weather app
Updated default theme to Stockify
Added missing 'base GMS' apps as required
The ROM feels much less EMUI and much more stock Android, without losing stability, compatibility, features etc. With future releases of the Stockify theme, we should also be able to virtually revert the notification*pulldown / toggles (SystemUI) and lockscreen to stock style too.
Have a play and let me know what you think - a wipe is highly recommended before installing this ROM.

Hi, greetings for the cool idea !!
I'm really interested to this custom ROM.... I'm coming from pure Android of Nexus 5, and I miss it....
...Is there any possibility to restore the Android stock energy saving instead of the awful huawei one ?
...I discovered that under lollipop still the stock Android service there was, hidden under the emui and with problem to be turned on (possible with a "working around" tool), but after no way to disable it.....
Thanks if you implement this feature on your ROM !!

Been waiting on this since you mentioned you were doing a stock look. Great work really appreciate it! Installed yesterday and been straight forward so far. One potentially daft question - how to change lockscreen wallpaper?

Really nice rom @paulobrien really appreciate the work and your contributions to the Honor 7 Are there any plans to implement lockscreen notifications, wake screen on receiving notifications and the touch plus function to hide the navigation bar? Other than that it's a great rom.

Probably because it's not really possible. Huawei have ripped out everything related to the lockscreen and replaced it with their own code as far as I can tell.
