The ROM feels much less EMUI and much more stock Android, without losing stability, compatibility, features etc. With future releases of the Stockify theme, we should also be able to virtually revert the notification*pulldown / toggles (SystemUI) and lockscreen to stock style too.

I'm really interested to this custom ROM.... I'm coming from pure Android of Nexus 5, and I miss it....
...Is there any possibility to restore the Android stock energy saving instead of the awful huawei one ?
...I discovered that under lollipop still the stock Android service there was, hidden under the emui and with problem to be turned on (possible with a "working around" tool), but after no way to disable it.....

Probably because it's not really possible. Huawei have ripped out everything related to the lockscreen and replaced it with their own code as far as I can tell.

I can agree with the launcher, it is heavier so it is closed a bit more often than Google one but I haven't faced lags

Allusive - Pointer Replacer
I am presenting my new Xposed Module, Allusive. This module replaces pointer_spot_touch drawable in framework-res.apk.
In short it replaces a dot appears when user touch the screen [Require Show Touches to be enabled in Developer Options.]

Great app!! Although it doesn't have enough features right now. I think that the user should be able to customise the colour if the dot as this purple dot is driving me crazy against my black keyboard whilst I type this! Also, the dot needs to fade away, not just suddenly disappear
Really nice mod! I have a suggestion though. Would it be possible to select a custom color for the pointer, or have it change automatically like the status bar does for different apps? Maybe you could poll the color from the current theme. Just some ideas, I'm not trying to tell you how to build your app. Thank you for the great mod!
Can be emulated the ripple touch effect like in WebOS? I miss it so much in Android. You can also be inspirated by the Ripple Touch Confirm app in Google Play Store, it worked only in Android 3.x

Sorry for the double post.
This is only an automatic replacer, so to have an animation would require a bit more work.
If you wish though, decompile SystemUI and put an image of your choice in turn of the image provided by default.

Check new Update in Xposed Installer. This update will work on KitKat.
hi , thanx for your effort ,you said you want to implement new features -> what id really LOVE or even NEED is the "Pointer Location"(developer options) fullscreen crosshair but without the pointer-path-drawing , ive worked for years on the pc with a fullscreen crosshair , which makes measuring alignments and dis-alignments easy and professional in digital drawing or also photographing . if you can add that into your addon it would be super nice and beast !

In a bit I'll try to make an animated touch pointer and upload it here for users to change it themselves or mod author to add it in the module. Just found out this module existed last night and it's already my favorite!
I decompiled the apk then switched out the pointer, but after I recompiled it everything started force closing. Thank god for backups. I'll try again later today if anybody has any advice I'll be appreciated to hear it.
The purpose of this thread is to discover and solve bugs with Android Oreo in P10
So, currently I'm on B185 and System Update keeps insisting I should update to Oreo. As I am a bit skeptical and pleased with my current version I am asking you if I should wait or update? What bugs have you notice? How's the battery holding?
I got problem Whit Huawei email client using Gmail and a couple of time a day it won't log in to the account
as far as i know it was a beta project for Oreo where who joined were able to report any bugs and funtionality issues... maybe the beta was not understood as should be

It's Gboard. The whole system have font like this...It looks like Google Pixel 2, not Huawei's standard font.

I discovered only one minor bug: the flashlight app and screen-off widget do not work with Nova launcher. Fortunately, flashlight works from the quick settings menu.

Try this took it from a post on the P10 plus forum.
Download EMUI TWEAKER From The playstore, then desable "hide font select" and change the font in settings ( in display menu )

I've already found solution. I had to long press "Theme" button -> text style then I've chosed "Huawei font style" and bingo! Everything is fine. I'm just wondering, why EMUI lost original font...

Screen dimming in apps still not been sorted in Oreo, if anything it seems worst than what it was on B185 Nougat :/

Yep , they are not fixing it on purpose ! Will never get Huawei phone again with these bugs !
It's one annoying bug was hoping that Oreo would finally fix, but it seems to have gotten worst not better.
If Huawei don't sort this out soonish then i may consider getting rid of this phone & picking up a Nokia 8.

Instructions:
* Uninstall previously GoogleFeed modules and update Launcher in Play store.
* Install OOSLeft_V1.zip.
* Now you can updates the launcher from Play with out losing Google Feed:good:
Instructions for Android 9
1. Download the module flash it and reboot .
2. Go to Google play store and uninstall OnePlus launcher and disable auto-update.
3. Hit the home button.
Tip: If you want to keep the same layout of your homescreen from the original launcher, use OnePlus Switch application to backup OnePlus Launcher and after you have the modded launcher with Google Feed installed, do a restore for OnePlus Launcher from OnePlus Switch, worked like a charm. Avoids having to re-do the entire homescreen layout or app folders.

Edit: um, sorry abt this, I came across a topic saying flash via TWRP is system mod, via Magisk is Magisk module. And based on the topic name, it should be flashed via Magisk

Really good but ...the app drawer when it opens do something strange ...Is this happening to you? It's the oneplus launcher mod cause on nova it doesn't do that ..

No. Nothing strange her ?
Every once in a while it stops showing google feed.. tried everything enabling and disabling the side panel. If i choose shelf it works great. Had to restart the device..

Maybe I'm crazy but on dark theme animations are like crazy .. maybe it's touch latency and that feel more on darkness theme? Animation are 1x on develop mode, rooted with magisk 17.2 with patched boot IMG I don't remember if with stock IMG it's the same or not..

V4A has nothing to do with this mod. Reflash v4a or aml.

Good Morning xda and emui users, im here again maybe some guys from emui 5/8 know me and my themes anyway today share another personal Emui 9 Dark theme extracted source from my beloved Mate 20 (not pro but i think work fine) well you know the dark mode is only avaiable for huawei amoled device so i decided to build one .
almost all system files are themed
and as usual will do the possible i can for some google apps like:whatsapp/and gplus
installation instructions: download theme hwt file and put in Huawei/themes folder then open theme manager and navigate to your themes chose it and install after installation is done reboot your device .
Guys i have a job
a Family wife and daughters
this is an hobby
so will work on fix and news when have time
Bugs? well theme should good but some glitch probabily here,if you find one simply post in the thread whit screenshoot and will try to solve
have a fun guys and if appreciate my work you can buy me a beer absolutely not mandatory but appreciated :good:

but pay attention:this is a bug for individual app.....
bug is fixed for:whatsapp/Gmail/Google Message/Telegram
if you have same problem in other app just tell mw which app and will look

Hello. I really like your theme. I'm using it in my P20 Pro, but i have problems with the dark notifications version, i can't read anything. In change with the light notification i can read perfectly, but i want the dark one, could you fix it?

Yes, I have restarted. I'm thinking it's a bug because P20 PRO still has EMUI 8.1 and this theme is for 9.0. But the light notification is great, thanks anyway ?.
Is there any way to put the planet's wallpaper of the Deep Black theme in the Red Devil? I like that background more than the current one. Thank you.

Great theme, one small issue for me is when I use the tunein Radio app the buttons to play/pause/stop are not visible in the notification card, not sure if it's fixable, just letting you know.

Don't open it by archive preview just copy it or move it to folder Huawei > themes in storage.
