[Help]Swap internal to external SD Card. - LG G2 Mini

Hi guys, so i'm having some problems with my SD card, i can't make my phone use my SD card entirely, i mean first of all the I/O sucks on this internal memory and it's too little, i can't even install 2 games like MC4 and WWZ. I wouldn't have come here if had not choice, i followed lots of tutorials that bricked my soft and had to reflash stock, so if any of you know any idea, it would be much appreciated, also i want to say that my phone it's rooted. Thanks in advance.

If so please tell how to do this since I have the user skills and this idea ......

Sorry, I couldn't figure it out
What you need is a kernel patch and I will need the boot.img of your device for that.

hi all..
this device was able to unlock bootloader ? if yes, can someone give me the boot.img and build.prop from this device?

0. Make sure you have full root access
1. Install a terminal emulator app from Play Store
2. Open it and run this command: su
3. Give the app SU access
4. Run this command: dump_image boot <path to your sdcard>/boot.img
5. Upload the img somewhere for me to download

Never mind then
I will find a flashable stock ROM and extract the boot.img from there.

Towelroot + supersu + foldermount
I use this.

This would be awesome. The problem with the G2 mini is the internal memory of 4GB

[Q] How reboot into recovery and directly flash .zip file

Hey guys,
do you know how i can directly reboot into recovery and flash a .zip file via script for terminal emulator?
I think you know the ROMManager, you can download updates there, it automatically reboots into recovery and flashes without asking the .zip file, how can i realize that via script for the terminal emulator? cuz i want to create a updater for my and my friends roms
Is there any way to realize that?
Thanks,
Glenn

[Q] Looking for help

So I know realize i shouldn't have attempted rooting or flashing but thats all hindsight. I'm before even a noob but hoping you guys can help me out.
Currently have a m8 att that I think is savable but I cannot figure out what to do next. I never made a backup and I'm stuck without a rom installed. I believe it is rooted and I do have twrp installed but am failing when trying to flash a rom. I'm willing to pay somebody to help me if they are willing to walk me through fixing it. Any help or direction is appreciated. I have been reading different threads but honestly I'm just getting more confused.
Thanks in advance.
Can you boot into recovery? Does adb see your phone when connected to the computer? If so you can push a rom to your phone through adb and then install it. It happened to me. The guide to doing this is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1667929

Yes I can boot onto recovery and adb does see it. Can I just copy a rom to sd card and install from there or does it have to be pushed? I have copied them to sd card and tried but it keeps failing to install.

Yes you could give that a shot but that's odd that they won't install from sd card. Have you tried more than one? Did you flash a GPE rom? May need to look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2721435

Does this help at all?
Make sure the MD5 checksum of the ROM .zip you downloaded matches the file on your SD card.
Also, wasn't there an issue with a certain version of TWRP not flashing from an external SD card and the fix was just flashing an updated version? So also make sure you have the right version of TWRP on the device.

Copy a working rom to where your adb and fastboot are located connect phone via twrp run this command
adb push nameofrom.zip /sdcard/. exactly as shown here change nameofrom.zip to the name of the rom your trying to flash...this will put a rom on your internal storage and it then can be flashed via twrp

Copy it to internal storage and make sure, that you write commands correctly.
Don't forget the unpack and don't forget the "su" before you try the "dd".

Installation:
1 - Unzip the file. E.g. using 7zip.
2 - Copy the extracted file to /sdcard on your phone.
3 - Start a shell using a terminal or ADB
4 - Get root rights: su
5 - Install the bootloader using dd
Says in the instructions must be copied to the SD , now I 'm confused.

Ok , you were right and I was able to unlock the bootloader. But now I have another problem , I flash the CWM.img with flashify, and when reboot the phone i got a green screen "TZ Crash - DemiGod Crash Handler" how i can fix it? thanks.

Unbrick Qualcomm mobiles with Step-by-step guide

hi all
MY POCO F1 IS BRICKED WITH NO FASTBOOT MODE OR RECOVERY MOD:crying:
There is a way to get my phone back to life by creating a backup
“backup.img”
(root the phone first)
Format your external MicroSD card with “exfat” system file, and the size of this SD card should be morethan 16 GB , which is the size of the whole partition.
Do a full factory reset, meaning wipe your cache, data, and internal storage using either CWM, TWRP, or PhillzTouch.
Insert the SD card to your phone and connect your mobile with ADB, type:
adb shell
su
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/storage/sdcard1/backup.img bs=512 count=30535646
The size of the “backup.img” is around 16 GB, However, if you compressed it, it would be around 2 GB.
The way to back up “backup.img” https://www.droidsavvy.com/unbrick-qualcomm-mobiles/
Please create a backup "backup.img" and upload it so that I can download it
Any help is appreciated

update:
creating the backup file now. your path to sdcard was wrong so i had to figure out whats the right path. And the command works only in twrp. right path was of=/external_sd/backup.img and i had to create the backup.img at first because it wouldnt be created by adb itself.
It will take mabee 30 minutes from now to create and a little more to place the file on my shared drive. I will notify you when its ready.

Question Backup and restore pixel 6?

Seeing there is no TWRP for the pixel 6 yet, was wondering if there was a way to backup my current stock rooted rom for I can flash other roms? Then flash back of I don't like it.
There's a twrp. You mind testing it for me?

An easy method of restoring to stock if you don't like a custom ROM is to use Google's recovery tool. Or you can use ADB as it has commands for backing up and - I think - restoring.
