they tweeted today asking if anyone wanted them to make lg g3 skins. Tweet at them saying yes.
They emailed me saying they were waiting on a test unit to start production. That was 8days ago.

We are indeed offering skins for the LG G3. We put up the preorder page tonight, but will be perfecting the fit over the next few days. Official shipping will begin on August 1st.
You can check out our signature "preview interface" for the G3 on our page, linked by @osmidy above. We'll be offering Front, Back, and Accent skins to cover the power/lens.
We toyed with the coverage on the front of the device for a while, but finally landed on a bottom piece only. The reason for this is three-fold:
1. Having just a bottom piece on the front mimics the original design of the G3 without adding anything "extra". We felt that a top piece looked unnecessary and detracted from the OEM look.
2. Offering just a bottom piece (and not both a bottom and top) allows for a screen protector that can be easily aligned along the top edge of the bottom piece. If there was both a bottom and top piece, the distance between the two would result in the height of the screen protector. While the bottom piece has a clear alignment reference, the top does not. What ended up happening was that even a slight misalignment of the top piece resulted in a screen protector that was either slightly too small or slightly too large to fit between the bottom and top pieces.
3. Creating a front skin that covered the top, bottom, and the side bezels was also not an option. The side pillars got far too thin and were too fragile to justify creating this as the coverage option. In addition, point 1 (OEM look) was a factor in not offering a full "picture-frame" front skin.
We're still in the process of manufacturing the screen protectors, which is the reason you don't see them as an option on the site. To ensure there's no visibility issues with the front camera, screen protectors for the G3 will be crystal clear (as opposed to matte/anti-glare).

1) The colors are uneven on the blurple model
2) No visible fingerprints anywhere on the device
3) The themes will contrast the bezel better

Yea love my white phone . pebble blue is nice but I'm glad I sold that one everyone told me it looked purple not just the button the whole phone

Pebble Blue, I like the violet button and the way the faux metal looks with being blue.
I ordered Pebble Blue and HATED IT! Should be called butt ugly purple... Plus the colors are different which adds to it's FUGLY'ness...

It's a fantastic phone nonetheless, just for me I would much rather have the whole phone the same color shade shade. In the end this will bother us for maybe a week or so before we focus on the more important aspects of the phone (case, roms, updates).

I'm sure it is, but the more I hear people talking about the "purple" home button and the more pics I see where you can clearly tell it's a different shade, the better the white one looks....plus I can go with whatever crazy color I want for the case and it'll match fine. I like that much better.

i have white, but every time i look at pictures of the blue from forums (where it really looks blue and not grey)i wish i had gotten the blue )=
also the bright ass capacitive buttons that bleed light and won't dim with the screen really bother me. can't wait till cm9 when i can set the light value threshold.
I am owning a white Mega 6.3 , and i loved it . Before that i was using Titanium silver Note 2 which looks premium too.
So guys share your viewpoints/Opinions between white and Black Mega 6.3:good::good:
I prefer black as it looks more professional (in my opinion) and makes the Mega look more compact (e.g. if you want to look slim wear dark colored clothes). The screen also blends with the frame when it's off plus it's not as obvious when watching movies at night. The holes for the sensors are not noticeable and makes the front look more solid. Moreover, the white galaxy phones are known to get light bleed on the capacitive buttons and gets marks more easily (e.g. ink from pens, markers, dirt). If you smoke, it will also tend to make it yellowish overtime as it may absorb tar stains.

True. Mine is in a blue ultra slim case right now but the front will always be exposed so you'll still see the frame, the holes for the sensors, and light bleed from the capacitive buttons if you have a white Mega. I'm just answering the OP's question, it's always up to the user what will make him/her happy.
BTW, just noticed the photo of the black Mega in my previous comment. It has the back button and the menu button on the wrong places. Weird.

Thanks for pointing that out. Also, the speaker is in a different place on the back for each of them.
Personally, I love white phones because they just stand out more. I don't like to conform.
Edit: Now that I look, those phones don't look the same at all. Maybe one is the Mega 6.3 and one is the Mega 5.8?

Yep, just didn't find a white Mega 6.3 so just used a 5.8 for comparison. Same design anyway.

Here in the UK, the white is cheaper than the black one in some stores. I guess the white colour became 'premium' when Apple started making white iPhones and called it 'magical'. In reality, lots of people like white because it's different but now it has become more common.

I want the back with no cutouts but i dont know how the material will look where the nexus logo is, or the M logo.
If you order it with the cutout you can buy the accent(for the cutout and camera lens) but that way you are gonna have some edge around the cutout.
I want to have the black leather to match my moto 360, but i dont want the sticker unstick where the M logo is.
If the glue is strong it should be okay.
Those samples with the accents look pretty sharp. I'm probably going to use a case for a little while, so I'm going to hold off on the skins for now.

I am thinking the same. As a person who can't stand huge and obnoxious branding, I will get the one which has no cut outs. But, like h0bnail said, the dimple makes me want to see it IRL first.

I've never had a skin from them peel. I removed one of their skins to put a different color skin on and it was a lot of work to remove and it left 0 residue so you should be fine.
As far as the dimple you can get a separate piece to go in it for $2. I may get a white N6, get the black CF Dbrand skin with a cutout, and in the cut out have a red accent in the Motorola dot.

That's exactly what in doing with the blue Nexus (except I'm putting s matte black accent on the camera and red carbon on the moto logo). I ordered mine a few days ago, their skins are awesome.
How does the matte finish skin feel?
Does their titanium skin feel metallic?
Wasted a good 30min going through different configs lol.
I'm going with a two-tone blue back with white accent for the M logo and camera. Matte white for the front.

EDIT: Scratch the front skin.. the nexus 6 looks to be almost completely glass on the front unlike a samsung phone... so it would prob get in the way of a screen protector lol

I don't know what you mean by "metallic feel". I can tell you it looks and feels stylish. Obviously, it's vinyl, not metal, so it's not cold or anything, but it's really cool. It's a bit on the slippery side, but not as much as real metal.

By metallic I meant does it feel cold and kind of slippery. I figured since they advertised it as such, it would maybe have a thing layer of aluminium or something. After Googling, I found some nice pictures. That's good to know though.

I just ordered a Black Titanium skin, will be sure to post pictures/video once i get it.
Ordered a black titanium and mahogany, all my previous phones had carbon fiber look, looking for a fresh new look, also looking to buy a bamboo vinyl to cut it myself, they have one but i dont like it because the texture look is crowded. I'm trying to find one to match a closer look to moto x bamboo.
Dbrand posted a picture on their facebook page of an unreleased skin. I really want it since it looks really nice and grippy. I've emailed them about it but haven't gotten a response yet. Hopefully they'll start selling it soon.
So....
I took it upon myself to make a quick visual mod to the phone, then used a dBrand matte white skin to recolor the back of the phone. Turned out pretty well I think. First "visual" mod to the external portion of a phone that I've tried.
(decided to add some contrast to the case while I was at it)

I used Sharpie oil based paint markers to paint the letters and some acetone to clean them up. It wasn't really SUPER neccesary to clean up excess due to the skin. I painted the NE and US in black to show better on the white skin. Then obv. the standard Nexus colors on the X.
Also, the skin is BRIGHT white. It looks a bit tinted or yellow due to the crappy lighting in my kitchen. It looks pure snow white.

Got them from there. They work for the purpose, but be careful. If you keep pushing down to get ink out after it's already in the tip it will spill everywhere. So once you get the ink flowing just write with it to get more ink, dont push down again.

I'm not wild on the white skin. These things always have minor imperfections and that sort of thing always annoys me.
However, I love the coloured X in NEXUS. I think I'll give that a go myself although I'm not sure about the acetone - that stuff is dodgy.
By the time dbrand advertised them my phone was done. Plus I think the paint looks way better. The fact that the paint/letters are BELOW the skin adds kind of a shadow and more contrast

Wanted to throw an addendum to this post. Especially if you have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid clear case. I found that the case sticks to the matte white finish of the skin, causing what appear to be dirty spots on the skin. The skin is completely perfect when you take the case off, but while its on it looks terrible.
I ordered a white carbon fiber skin and swapped it out. It looks 1000% better and doesn't have the sticking issue that the matte one did with the case. So, word to the wise, if you're considering doing this, order the carbon fiber white, or anything besides just the straight matte white one.

Wanted to throw an addendum to this post. Especially if you have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid clear case. I found that the case sticks to the matte white finish of the skin, causing what appear to be dirty spots on the skin. The skin is completely perfect when you take the case off, but while its on it looks terrible.
I ordered a white carbon fiber skin and swapped it out. It looks 1000% better and doesn't have the sticking issue that the matte one did with the case. So, word to the wise, if you're considering doing this, order the carbon fiber white, or anything besides just the straight matte white one.

Yeah, at work now, but I should be home in a couple hours and i'll snag one with the case off, and one with the case on.

Not only does the carbon look better, but it doesn't stick to the case and also hides "blemishes" better than just the straight white.
I has gotten the white then decided I didn't like it so I got a back from eBay that is a black rubberized matte finish without the Nexus logo. I love it! Mine is the actual back replaced not a skin. Since there is no Nexus logo I think it's from the Moto X Pro, still has the Moto logo on it.
dbrand was kind enough to ship me some skins for review for both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
I figured I would post the reviews here on XDA to help the most people I could, here goes.
For the Samsung Galaxy S7 I have the Black Carbon Fiber skin, front and back, with accents.
For the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge I have the Blue Carbon Fiber with accents.
The skins arrived in simple plastic sleeves with a dbrand insert and the skin itself.
Once you open these the first thing you will notice is the skins have a texture.
The carbon fiber really looks and feels like carbon fiber.
The printing on these skins is second to none, they all look realistic.
The cutouts on the speaker grill, camera, and sensors are perfect.
The application of this skin is the easiest yet.
All you have to do is place the camera cover (accents) on.
Then just use the 3M paper to keep the entire skin from sticking as you align the camera cutouts.
Realign the paper sideways and align the bottom of the phone.
Remove the paper completely.
Finally use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat up the edges and press them into place.
I used a heat gun on the lowest setting, a hair dryer may take slightly longer.
Just in case you do not believe how easy the install is, I have made a video of me installing one.
Remember I have no extra experience doing this, it is this easy.

Once installed you will really see how perfect dbrand made these skins.
Every cutout and edge will be exactly where it should be.
There are no overlapped places or short edges.
I have used both Skickwraps and dbrand and in my opinion dbrand has done a much better job with their skins.
If anyone is considering skins, dbrand is the way to go.

PS I am still amazed at how exact the cutouts and sides are.
The brown wood it looks awesome on S7. Is classy, but i like the concrete one too. How is the grip with the carbon one?

I can tell that the concrete one is amazing. I don't know if it's me... but proximity sensor hate me... always near, it's kind of problematic to dial number during a call..
Got the black one that was in special ( black mate and carbon fiber for 10$) Feel is nice, look is great. But just realise now that the camera lens cover, slided on the back..... no residu on the lens tho. will try to reapply. But that is my only complain, fit well with rhinoshield bumper case.
They ship you free skins because then you gonna spam all forums for them and thats easy advertizing for them. First of all them D brand skins are overpriced and most them skins can be bought from places like ebay or aliexpress for like 2 bucks vs 15-20bucks. Maybe its just me but fools are born every day and before you make reviews of things you get for free, you should ask your self if you would have bought it at retail price. Why you think they send out all these free skins and even in every youtube video you see about mobiles shows that retarded Dbrand sponserd ad.

Trust me dude, buy a black carbon skin on aliexpress for 90 cents and you will be way more happy. Hell i even bought the gold, red, black and chrome full skins for under 5 bucks. this is why i say a big **** you to DBRAND!!!!
