Lg Browser? - Verizon LG G3

Has or does any know how to get the stock lg browser to work or where even to find it?
Sent from Bad Azz VZW LG G2 Cyan Tapatalk

Probably not gonna happen. I don't think anyone ever got the Samsung browser to work on the s5 after Verizon stripped it.
Annoys me that Verizon constantly does this stuff. I hope someone gets it to work, I just kinda doubt it

True they managed on vzw G2 so hoping they can it pull it of on G3.

I'm new to Verizon the G3 is my first phone with this carrier. Why does Verizon remove the stock browsers?
I'm having trouble with Chrome's latest update causing rendering problems on Web pages with animated GIFS on them. I went to go look for the LG browser and to my surprise there was none. Did a search and found this thread...
Just weird.

Verizon removed the browser, call reject feature, LG update center, task app/widget, I'm sure there's more. It's just what they do.

It downloads the apk then mounts it and it does its thing and it will say please reboot. I hit yes and it reboots but no aosp browser. Then when I open the installer app,it just says aosp browser not installed.

Can you make a video where you show how android 4.4 works on g2? Nobody has made one yet.. So would be great if you was the first:good:And one Question, how is the gaming performance on this rom compared to the stock 4.2.2 lg rom?

[Q] Need help w/ LG G2

So I got an unlocked Verizon-VS980 LG G2 (I have t-mobile) and when I first started the phone it could connect to the t-mobile service right away, however after a few minutes of playing with the phone, it knows there is a sim card, but is not connected to t-mobile. The only way I can get this to work is to switch over to an AOSP rom but I really want to use a stock one. Currently using Xdabbeb and it's still not working. Any help would be great!

Yeah for sure it was unlocked. I used it for a few days before the problems occurred.
If this is any help, I've used Mahdi rom and it worked but, but I hate using Google camera and most custom cameras don't support it. Also the battery life isn't where i like it to be (using greenify and all the other what nots)

[Q] VZW G3 and edge.

I'm on Verizon's edge plan. Have been for little over a month. I want the nexus 6 when they have it in the store. I'm rooted. Would it be bad if I bump'd it and installed a Rom on my g3? Or should I just wait? How do I unroot when the time comes?

When I joined the edge program, I traded in my unlocked, rooted Galaxy S3. When I traded in my Note 3 for the LG G3, it was also rooted. All they care is that the device boots up and isn't damaged.
I'm debating jumping to the Nexus 6 when it comes out, it all depends on dev support now that the G3 has been opened up.

Okay good. I'm just more familiar with nexuses. I had a galaxy nexus, a 4 and 5. So. Yeah. And with the g3 you can't do much. If I understand correctly, you can't run a Rom with a different base as the stock Rom. So most aosp and lollipop Roms are out. And on my n5 I ran the loli dev preview. Its nice and clean. I loved it.

"Bone up"? So are you saying I'm dead wrong? I thought that was the case. It had to have the same base or something. I don't know. I figured if it was completely open I'd see things like AOKP, CM, and PA... but like I said. I'm familiar with the nexus line. The G3 made me realize how much I don't know about Android and how much a breeze nexus is. It's a learning experience.
