rest.
I can get into download mode and recovery and i can also load new roms in odin.
but i just dont think the file system is correct anymore.
can anyone help me?

I would keep well away from pit files if i where you! You should only use pit files if you can't boot your phone and have tried everything else pit files have the potential to brick your device..That said have you tried using a root explorer to look at your system files?
Edit just seen you have a T mobile edition you need to post your question here http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-t-mobile any advice or files flashed from this forum could brick your device.

What's the point of posting meaningless comments on XDA!! Every comment you have made in peoples post's is useless and not helpful do you want to get band before you have even started. If you have nothing to say that's is constructive and helpful to the thread then don't post or you will be reported!

Yep that's why i wanted to know if you had used a root explorer...Read this it explains everything and also how to free up some files >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/info-flashed-4-2-sdcard-data-t2274218 <<

Thanks will read up on that just one thing does this screw up a restore of titanium Backup?

Indeed the i9300T is the same as the i9300 in all hardware aspects.
The 'T' version has the baseband optimised for the 850 Mhz frequency range to get a better reception from Telecom.
Its an Australian/New Zealand Version

installed apk and Xposed framework
then installed the Disable SMS to MMS Conversion apk(http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/mi...ion.1/viewfile), enabled it on the xposed apk and works like a charm.
I've tested this methods and it's proven to work. Although read a lot before you flash because flashing something not proper will easily soft brick or even hard brick your device. If you have doubts, put them in the correct place for the effect, or just don´t flash.

Try re-instaling the program and then making sure the phone is in DIAG Mode. If that doesn´t work try asking lyriquidperfection perhaps he can help you.

That is strange, are you running stock kernel? sometimes different Kernel messes that up, do make sure the device is rooted. Try asking directly to Chainfire because i´ve run out of ideas.

the help is much appreciated as I had been hacking at it for two days. it was not easy finding the firmware but I eventually found it and it is now backed up in a safe place with a proper name. Tablet is running like brand new. although I like my new Nexus 7 a lot more. learning that I just had to install the firmware and not a ROM made all of the difference. I was about to give up but I have never given up in the past and I'm not about to start. I was a little more patient but I was finally able to get it back up thanks to your advice.

You couldn't find one? Then you didn't to search very hard, as a 30 sec!ond search pulls up multiple sources for what you want. The stock recovery is of course contained in all of the full stock firmware images. So you could simply download a full firmware image from any number of places and use winrar to get the file that you need. Or a search would have also shown you that a member named toastido has already done so for you.

No it won't. As far as I know (and tried) it won't brick your phone, but you will have to flash the correct file over it otherwise you won't be able to boot into recovery. Feel free to prove me wrong.

MODEM Latest NH5 tar.md5

Here is the latest modem / baseband out of the latest update NH5 . Install in odin or mobile odin. I can put together NH5 firmware only if anyone needs it but im sure it will be in Beanstown106 collection of modems and firmware thread soon enough and will probably be best off in that thread
. this is just for anyone who wants the modem right now like I did.
here it is https://www.dropbox.com/s/85ss6hl4xtqj09j/nh5modem.tar.md5?dl=0
For any first timers that are using ODin on your PC I recommend that you pull your battery for 10 seconds max and then reinsert it and then boot into download mode and then install using ODIN . If you dont do this the modem wont stick .

No problems at all . The modem doesnt have to match the firmware to work properly . Also wifi calling functions fine .Whether it has improved or not I cant say . I barely use it but I can confirm it fucntions properly . As far as mobile data I think it has improved as far as stability . It really varies for everyone depending on your location . I would suggest trying them all and at least test each one for a whole day before deciding .
hmmm no doubt, ill give it a shot! thnx!

Why dont you just use a PC to flash it ... Word of advice if you flash using your PC . Make sure to pull the battery for about 10 seconds and then boot into download mode . If you dont the modem will not stick . By the way if mobile Odin factory reset your phone then you did something wrong , probably had it set to do that . If i were you I would read and investigate more before doing anything that might brick your phone ..

If the hardware is exactly the same, you can probably flash the e120s firmware on the e120k device. If anything is different between the K and S devices, it won't work. If the placement of the hardware keys along the bottom edge are in a different arrangement between the two devices, it won't work. For example, my S2 SPH-D710 is very similar to i9100, the only difference is the bottons at the bottom are in a different arrangement on the two devices, the search button is where the menu button should be and menu is where search should be, also, screen rotation is different. Up on i9100 is down on D710. I could flash i9100 firmware on d710 and everything works but everything is backwards.

thank sir for the reply, the e120s looks similar to e120k, i tried to flash the stock jb rom of it in my e120k via odin but it failed, i compared the files of the stock roms for the two models and found that some files are not the same size.. would this be the cause why it failed?do i need a e120s pit file so i can flash the stock rom to my e120k? thank you so much for the reply sir.

Make sure that the firmware that you tried is not made for a device that has more internal storage space.
For example, if your device has 8GB internal and the firmware that you tried is for a device that has 16GB internal, it won't work, regardless of what PIT that you use.

Yes, that might be a problem, but you can extract the modem.img from the firmware for your model and place it in the firmware file from the other model then flash it.
