Call recording - Asus Padfone X and S

Is there any xposed app for this device to enable call recording? Or will one of the Samsung or xperia work?

I'm not sure about a xposed module to enable call recording. But I'm using call recorder from the play store and it is working good on my device. It is a paid app but worth the money.

I tired the trial, but I can get it to record under any of the four methods. What are your settings? Also, I have it set to auto record, however it only turns red for a moment then back to the old icon.

I'm using version 1.5.2 with default settings the HTC one setting will not work for me but "other" setting works. Hope this helps.

Got it working, thanks. Looks like it's worth the $10 they want.

[MOD] Enable Dolby Digital Plus

It´s for the LG G Flex but it also works on my D802 (Black Pearl Rom).

What kind of difference does it make on the sound?

Works really well in my stock player with flac files via OTG. Why this isn't active as an option by default is a mystery. Would love it for Play Music as well, but won't work at all for that. And I don't fancy breaking the stock app just to get that working as I use both. But still, nice find :good:
I have noise sound with this mod

I have changed the one line to dolby and i can see Dolby Digital Plus but i dont hear any difference and all other settings now also not work. I hear bye all the same, no difference.
Maybe it's the player that you use.

Ah it's from the search widget. There is a way to hack svoice always listening so it launches Google now when screen is off

Yeah that's with the exposed module

I can't get s-voice to recognize my start command. Screen on, off, nada. Does yours work?

I saw that out of the box, but when I switched launchers and put the search widget back on it seems you lose the hotword detection. Can anyone confirm? I'm guessing they built it into TW ala GEL

Yes I can secondly confirm that this App works, well worth the couple bucks they charge!
WiFi tethering requires no app now. It is supported in the OEM. May I ask why you need an app?

Sure can try to activate it but with app it forces it on

Auto-Brightness: Misbehaving for anybody else?

Is anybody else having an issue w/ autobrightness? It's blindingly bright even in dark rooms. I tested it with my finger over just about the entire front face at the top. When I watch logcat, over the course of an entire minute, the screen brightness starts at around 130 and slowly ekes its way down to 80. When I remove it, you can barely see a change.
Mine acts just fine. This is weird. What is your base band and kernel version? I am running the version below.
