[Q] Truesmart not charging/booting - Ornate TrueSmart

Hey there,
i got my Truesmart, tried booting it and it worked. Battery was at 45%
I started the OTA-Update that was suggested after 10 minutes, it shut down and started the updating process, after which it remained black. I then put it into the craddle and tried charging it. Here is what happens now:
When charging, the omate spash-screen pops up for ~5-10 seconds and then blackscreen. This process repeats itself every ~30 seconds. I've already tested the spare battery with exactly the same result. Charging over usb gets the same results and a faulty usb message on my pc every blackscreen. I think, there is enough charge on the battery but I cannot test it.
What can I do from now? Is there a possibility to restore/flash the watch?
Help greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Kostronor

Looks like a bootloop to me. You should try to go back to stock rom. Most people use "sp flash tools", there are tutorials on this forum. (If you made no backup, you may find one also on this forum)

You interrupted the system update, so you've probably soft-bricked the watch. I'd take the above poster's advice and use SP to flash the stock firmware.
In the future, just as a point of advice on any device you own, don't do any OTA or recovery/backup processes if your battery is less than 60-70%. It probably won't make it.

My HTC HD2 Is Acting Funny...

My HD2 Won't boot Successfully every time.
Most of the time It Rumbles about 6-7 Times after the first rumble when Turning On.
Sometimes The HD2 Boots Successfully. Then out of no where, the device reboots itself and gets stuck at STICK TOGETER!
I tried to install 4.3 HTC Sense.
I didn't do anything wrong.
This just happened.
Is there a way to fix this?
I'm trying to recover to original Stock ROM.
I can't find it anywhere.
If anyone can help me. Please, help me.
Hi,
You can download original rom on HTC support page.
Hope that your pboblem will be fixed...
Thanks for your help. I'll try it.
Another thing to try, make sure that your battery is properly connecting to the contacts. Removing / pulling / reinserting the battery on my phone caused the connectors to get a little bent and resulted in random shutdowns / restarts.
Also, try recharging using the AC plug not over USB. I found that my phone sometimes got into such a deep discharge that it didn't have enough power to boot / charge.

[Q] [SOLVED] My Rooted Evo 3d Doesn't Charge

Hi to all,
Recently, my rooted Evo 3d's battery died twice (by died I mean the phone shut down and I couldn't put it to charge at least in 5 hours) but when I try to charge the phone as usual, it wouldn't charge. The orange light would light for a few seconds than go off. Therefore phone wouldn't boot up.
I must admit as both were agonizing, the fist one was thrilling. I thought I had bricked my phone whatsoever but started to search for the answers throughout the web. The first time was luck but I guess I have solved the problem in the second time.
First of all the problem is caused by clockworkmod. However, it doesn't charge the phone when it isn't in hibernation. To overcome the problem, I have tried to;
- Take out my sd card and charge or boot
- Charge it for the overnight - even though it said it wasn't charging - which is the case.
- Take the battery out and try to boot or charge. - no luck I must have tried it for 100's of times.
- Leave the battery for 10 mins. and try to charge again.
- all the combinations.
But the solution was simple;
SOLUTION: Connect the phone to your computer. You will hear that usb is connected. The orange light will go out but don't bother. Let it charge for 15 mins. than disconnect, take the battery out, then put it in and boot. Voila!! When the phone is up, charge it with your desired charger.

Good to know you solved your problem!
It really sounds like there is something wrong with the phone.....unless I'm mistaken ,you should she able to charge from any source ....usb or wall ...at anytime.....
I have read a considerable amount of people who have changed the phone over this. But if you have a rooted 3d with clockworkmod, it is free to try. Just after shutting it down, take your battery and wait for few seconds - just to make sure it isn't in hibernation, - than put it in and try to charge without booting. Will it??

Hello,
I just bot an evo 3d with cwm already installed. It has the same issue with not being able to charge when powered off.
Is there a cwm version that doesn't have this issue? My other friends modded evo 3d doesn't have this charging issue...

I would do the battery remove again, leave it disconnected for at least 10 minutes. With no battery and no charger connected, press the power button for 10 seconds, then let it rest.
Make absolutely sure that you did not damage the connector for the battery to the motherboard. With no power cord, reconnect battery and try to boot. If a 10 minute battery pull doesn't work, it may indeed be bricked.
The phone can act very strange and then go completely normal forever also, some people have left it plugged in for hours with the red light and it magically began to work again. Best of luck.

I haven't used LGNPST but I understand that it does get stuck at 85%, from what I have read.
A lot of others on this forum have experience with flashing, try searching or asking someone. Glad your phone powers on again.
Same Problem
I know this thread is quite old but I didn't want to bother anyone by posting another thread about the exact same problem. Anyways, my phone is behaving in the exact same way as the OP's and I have tried the aforementioned fix to no avail. I know this is a bit of a toss up but does anybody have any other ideas?

[Q] HELP-Razr wont boot - OMAPflash?

Hey guys,
unfortunately my 3-year old Razr died the other day. Battery has been an issue for the past few months where I had the battery completely drained 2 times but always got the device back to work. This time it's different though.
I shut down the Phone at aprox. 20% Battery to safe it from low charge. I have NEVER flashed a custom rom, the phone is purely stock. The phone wouldn't turn on the next time i tried. Initially , I had zero reaction. Then, I got at least the white LED when charging with the original adapter. Let it charge a few days. The white light would turn off after a few hours but the phone is still dead.
I replaced the battery with another (new) EB20 but still nothing. I bought a wall charger (1A) and still nothing. I even tried direct charging the battery for a few hours and still no effect. Also, every combination of Power+Volume buttons didnt work.
So i bought a factory cable but still didnt get any reaction. When hooked up to a computer via USB i have a "connecting" and "disconnecting" sound. Once the device was detected as OMAP 3340 but couldnt install it. The problem is that I dont even get the phone into fastboot mode.
On my research, I found these posts:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2055839
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2047750
I think this will be my last try and option, but i have no experience whatsoever with flashing and I find the description very hard to understand and follow. Is there maybe someone who can explain step by step what there is to install/do and in what order? This would be awesome.
Greets,
razore

Cycles between on and off when charging

Hi Guys
Hopefully someone can help. took my phone out of my pocket this morning to find it off. Thought the battery died but when I plugged the charger in and it just starts up till the Sony logo (and red led) then crashes, continuously. It hasn't stopped doing that. Tried plugging it into the pc to run Flashtool but it doesn't have time to recognise the device before it shuts down again. Reset button, soft reset and Hard reset have not worked.
Please help someone, need a guide or instructions here.
Have you tried plugging in your phone to your charger and wait an hour ?
